The General manager is also a very nice guy and had to help out and overcome road blocks the sales manager and counter guys all need improvements on and better attitude towards customers. Sorry it is the other Hendricks Jeep in North Charleston. All I can say is have them go through every feature and install every app and make they are working before you leave the lot. I was told just to download an app for remote start, and guess what wrong app and car isn’t capable of remote start. I could rate them lower but I do like the guys.

Aaron is a great low pressure salesperson. I got a great deal and love my Kia. I heard a noise from the front wheel the day after I bought the car. Took it to Dodgeland, they test drove it and diagnosed a bad wheel bearing. Took the car in on Monday for repair. It was repaired quickly and they also heard a slight noise in the other wheel and also replaced that bearing. All at no charge. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased at JT's stores. 3 of them at Dodgeland. Very happy repeat customer.

My 2014 Jeep Cherokee totally quit on me after a battery exchange. I thought that was it, it'll be $1000 to $2000 dollar repair because something was cooked, erased or worse. Going to a "dealership for repairs" seemed crazy. My mechanic said he'd trust Conway Chrysler Jeep before any others because they were honest. Guess what? A reset and update of the computer and 2 recalls repaired was ONLY $85.00! It cost $100 dollars to get it towed from Little River, and my insurance paid for that! These men and women are the best and can be trusted beyond belief! Three hours from drop off to drive out. Wow. I can't thank them enough! In times like these it's nice to know there's still good people around.

I needed to get my oil changed and decided to look at some vehicles while I was there. I got the opportunity to work directly with the General Manager Rod Ricciardi who was extremely helpful. He gave me his card and cell and said if I ever wanted to upgrade he would personally help me. I left here feeling very good. Good people on staff there. The Service Department was very prompt with my oil change and even performed a full inspection. I will definately be going here in the future. The management has changed and it seems to be making a huge difference to me. Thank you Hoover Chrysler.

I consider myself a very loyal customer. I bought my Jeep from McKinney and have my service done there as well! I took my Jeep in for a routine oil change and front end alignment. I was told I would be there about and hour to an hour and a half. I was there 3 hours. Also was told my lugnuts were blown out. Nrand new lugnuts costed 120 dollars how can all of your lugnits be blown out at the same time? Plus McKinney dodge is the only one that touches my tires so McKinney Dodge blew out my lugnuts. I believe they were trying to upsale me and take advantage of me because I am a woman. I have tires for life and power train for life. I don't believe I will go back there because I feel as they ripped me off and I will never buy a car there as well. I hope those lugnuts were worth it!

Sumter Chrysler Dodge Jeep Rams tried to take advantage of my family of 6. They lied to us about the brakes and our almost NEW battery. They told us our rear brakes were at 3mm got a second opinion and the brakes are at 6mm. They told us our newer battery was a bad one, we went to get it checked from the company we purchased from while they still had our van and our company told us that our newer battery was good and not fully depleted. They got over $1400 out of us and we are not ever going back to them.

My boyfriend bought a 2013 F250 and the sales associate told him it came with two keys. We left with only one and have called numerous times every single week to get the second key mailed to us and every time Jason tells us that he will look into it and call us back. Second issue is that our temporary tag is expired, we were told by Jason a new one would be mailed in time for it to not expire and that was a lie. When asked what the status was on his actual registration— “I’ll look into it and call you back”. No call back. No one should drop 40 freaking grand on a truck and be treated like this and not even be able to drive it because they let your xxxx tag expire. If I could leave less than a star I would.
