This salesman Darnell, calmly show us the inventory answering all my questions. I found one I liked so we went to the table. In 15 minutes we came to a reasonable agreement. (This is where it gets good). I continued my shopping and comparing prices across the road at another dealership.I found a truck I liked and we sat at their table. Cole Garner was beyond what I have ever experienced in a sales person.He was very knowledgeable ,actually had the truck brought over from another location so I could test drive it. I purchased a pre-owned truck from Mike Collins. Mike seemed like a straight up honest guy. The truck was great when I test drove it. However, after I signed the paperwork and went to start the truck the tire indicator came on as did the airbag light. I mentioned that before leaving and was told they would take care of it. After a week with a loner car, I went back to get my truck, only to find out it had not been fixed and had only been "looked at." I was then told they were not going to fix it. I have been trying to get in touch with Mike for weeks without success or resolution. I suspect they disconnected and reconnected the battery before I test drove the vehicle so I would not notice the warning lights. Just FYI: I was able to recreate the scenario with the battery, so I know that works for a short period of time. I have asked nicely for this to be corrected for two months. I had thought I found a good, reputable dealership, but alas, they are shady AF.

Overall, great experience at Courtesy. They had several options of Chevy Colorado and GMC Canyon models. I was able to easily test drive different trucks and ask questions about the trim levels. I purchased a 2019 GMC Canyon All Terrain, which I am very happy with. When I arrived to finalize the deal, my truck was parked out front, waiting and was in immaculate condition. Closing process was reasonably quick and hassle free.

If there was a no star option I would have used it. We recently went and bought a 2014 Chevy captiva, WORST experience ever. The car was great, but the dealer did not check oil before purchasing. A week after just paying 7,000 in cash for my vehicle the timing chain broke and blew the motor. They would not offer a trade in nor replace what was broken. They told us they would pay the price the crushers would for the car, saying they would give us back 250.00. The staff told us that we needed to get it of if their lot as soon as possible because it wasn’t their problem. WORST SERVICE EVER.

Champion sent me multiple flyers promising a deal on an oil change and tire rotation and safety inspection at a certain price but when I went in to get it done the price was different because they add on bogus charges for shop supplies and such when they're done. What a racket.
I have bought two brand new Chevy pickups from them but I won't be buying anymore vehicles there and I certainly won't be falling for anymore of their service scams either, I can guarantee you that.

Just getting and appointment at this place was horrible. 3 times I tried calling them only to get transferred to a phone that just rings. I had to actually go to the dealership service department to schedule my truck in for maintenance.
Picking up my truck was horrible NO one would wait on me and when they did they told me to go in the back room where 7 or eight people were back there just talking and laughing I ask where me service manager was they just said they do not know. SO I had to go find my truck look it over and drive it around front. Then went in to get other set of keys that I left, and I have to PAY for warranty work. Oh and the terrible loaner they gave me had 187,000 miles on it and should not be on the road, I was scared to drive above 50 mph.
Then week later I have the same problem that it was in this HORRIBLE dealership for, SO all that AND they did not fix the problem. My truck is currently in a real Dealership at the Wilson County Chevy dealership in Lebanon TN for the exact same problem, At least here I was treated as a Chevy owner should be, with respect. SO this horrible Edd Rogers should NOT be a Chevy dealership.
I would like the $240.00 I paid for them to fix my truck, WHICH THEY DID NOT, refunded. I would not EVER take anything to these unprofessional and disrespectful people.

Body shop repaired my vehicle took 10 days longer than it should have, returned to me with more issues than it had before the accident, dealt with Debbie and had the absolute worst experience of my life with her as she has little to no knowledge of auto body and told me she didn’t! I asked her why she was in the body shop and was told she had no choice that she was a service advisor and was. Forced to work in the body shop or lose her job, so I asked for a manager and was introduced to Shannon Patrick and let me tell you she made Debbie not look so bad, Shannon was extremely rude and had very little knowledge of auto body repair, trust me I retired from body work after 20+ years so I know my stuff, I wouldn’t recommend this shop to my worst enemy!!!
