Bought a new GMC truck from Hatcher in Dec. 2007. By far one of the most trouble free vehicles I have ever owned, even after 215000+ miles. I decided in Dec. 2017 to purchase a new truck because technology has advanced a lot in 10 yrs (safety, MPG, features etc..). Upon enter the dealership, I was greeted by Brandon Jones. He was very attentive to my needs about what I was looking for. Almost immediately he said I have two vehicles that come to mind. I was impressed as he knows the stock very well. I settled on the GMC Canyon. The finance department was very helpful and paperwork went really fast. The entire process took a little over an hour. Brandon, Ray, Rick and the entire staff were super friendly and extremely helpful in every way. I highly recommend Donnie Hatcher!

My experience was outstanding, never had that type of family experience ever in my buying experience. I actually felt like part of the family. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I wanted a RED Equinox but it was overlooked so to speak and you had 3 car lots I still regret not getting RED car because it has been my DREAM. However, Richard Jemison treated me like ROYALTY and I take my HAT off to him. I appreciated Mr. Loran and his hospitality along with Mr. Ricky (finance manager).There was also another man that assisted as well but I can't remember his name but he was very helpful as well. Chuck Hutton was just OUTSTANDING in there service to me and my family and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Chuck Hutton I would have definitely wanted a RED Equinox and I still DO.

We have used this company (sales and service) for 15 years and don't foresee us ever going anywhere else!

My son and I visited the dealership one evening. It was cold and late, Nada was the only salesperson that came outside to speak with us. She was very friendly and listened to what we were looking for. The reason we decided to purchase the truck from Mnt. View was not because of the price, I actually had a better price from another dealer. The sole reason we purchased the truck was because Nada took the time to come to us when no one else would. Needed a/c repair and after spending over $800 was told the rear a/c line needed replacing and was on back order, an additional $800+ estimated cost. After calling back on 3 separate occasions during a month long time frame, was told we will call you when it comes in. Now, over 2 months later, no call back, summer is over, and still no a/c. Really don't have anything positive to say other than, your just another number, really don't care about you attitude by service mgr, don't call us we'll call you, etc...No wonder people don't like dealerships, especially Volunteer Chevrolet in Sevierville, TN.
Your hometown I don't give a flip about you or your car attitude. Since the ownership change this dealership is simply horrible, and it shows. Now I need a new engine, but promise i'll go to a Knoxville Dealership to get it replaced, and they will ask why I came there when Volunteer is only 2 miles from my house...

I drove to Walker Chevrolet to see a 2007 Chevy Malibu and was greeted by a very friendly young man named Austin. He was very helpful and professional and assisted me promptly. I really liked the appearance of the vehicle and how the vehicle performed during my test drive. I advised Austin that I would be interested in possibly purchasing the vehicle but that I would have to have my mechanic do a pre-purchase inspection of the vehicle. Austin went and talked to his manager and came back and said that they could not allow me to take the vehicle and have my mechanic or any other mechanic look at the vehicle. If they were selling me a mechanically sound vehicle why would they not allow an independent mechanic to inspect the vehicle? The answer is simple a lack of integrity. I would not recommend to anyone to purchase a vehicle from this company.

Freindly clean fast. They were good about explaining what’s good or bad. My only issue is that when there’s work to be done on your vehicles ??. They need to PRINT THE ESTIMATE out by computer ?? NOT A HAND written paper on back of something else. A complete break down of what work.... parts... charges will be done

I went there to look at their used vehicles and they wouldn't tell me any prices. They said they had to run my credit first. I have great credit and I probably wasn't going to finance with them anyway. I heard later from another dealer that was illegal. I bought a new truck from that dealer.

We were quoted a final price on a new Jeep after trade in and down payment was calculated. The quote was agreed upon. We went to the finance office and after reading the fine print...they increased the price of the Jeep by $2,000. The finance guy called the sales manager, Al Dugger back to the office and he agreed that we had been quoted $21,995 and admitted it was circled on the quote sheet but he refused to honor the quoted price. Instead he offered 2 free oil changes. If you only pay attention to the monthly payment price...they may have gouged you for thousands of dollars too.
