My overall evaluation of the service and customer service provided was excellent. Jason greeting me professionally and ensured all my trucks needs were met according to the servicing schedule for me GMC. The waiting room had hot coffee and snacks for customers to eat while we wait. While I was waiting for the technicians to finish with my GMC I walked around the facility to check out all the new vehicles , every vehicle was clean and the organization/display of all the cars& trucks looked amazing. I feel anyone who comes o this facility to purchase or service their vehicle will be completely satisfied. Overall I am completely happy with the overall service provided. Maybe next time I’ll purchase a new car.

I have been dealing with Stan McNabb Chevrolet for many years. Have purchased about 6 vehicles from him over the years. Recently purchased a Buick Enclave with the help of Saleman Isaac Rolling but found out that was a mistake my wife did not like this car at all. Returned said vehicle to dealership and with the help of Mr. Rolling was able to turn the Buick in and trade it in on a Chevy made the wife very happy. My 2006 Impala with 178,000 miles had been a great car but I was in the market to replace it. I was looking for used or new but had not had much luck with other Chevy dealers. I reached out to Blake and he encouraged me to swing by the dealership. While not having much inventory on the lot he offered a new 2018 from one of their associated dealerships. I was skeptical at first but he was able to get me pictures of the car and the list of all features and options. We negotiated a painless deal and I was able to pickup my car tonight! My new 2018 Impala made my 2006 version seem like a no-frills ride - a lot of changes in 12 model years! I'm very pleased with the entire experience and look forward to many years with my new car! Needed a/c repair and after spending over $800 was told the rear a/c line needed replacing and was on back order, an additional $800+ estimated cost. After calling back on 3 separate occasions during a month long time frame, was told we will call you when it comes in. Now, over 2 months later, no call back, summer is over, and still no a/c. Really don't have anything positive to say other than, your just another number, really don't care about you attitude by service mgr, don't call us we'll call you, etc...No wonder people don't like dealerships, especially Volunteer Chevrolet in Sevierville, TN.
Your hometown I don't give a flip about you or your car attitude. Since the ownership change this dealership is simply horrible, and it shows. Now I need a new engine, but promise i'll go to a Knoxville Dealership to get it replaced, and they will ask why I came there when Volunteer is only 2 miles from my house...

I had researched specific vehicles listed online and knew the price point I wanted. The first vehicle I was offered was much more expensive, but there were no objections or pressure when I started that I wanted one of the models at the sale price.

Brand new 2017 Malibu with less than 25 miles on it when we drove it off the lot. It's been back to this dealer at least 10 times!! Still having the same issues along with other issues with it to this day!! They push vehicles and sale crap!! Apparently their maintenance department doesn't know what they are doing either. Only gave a 1 Star because I had to!
Poor body shop workmanship - disapointed
My 2017 Canyon was unfortunately damaged by someone else's negligence. Kirk Automotive was recommended by my insurance carrier and since the truck was purchased from Kirk, it only seemed logical to have their body shop handle the repairs to the two drivers side doors. After their third attempt to make the repairs, they finally got the two doors straight. No more dents or wrinkles. Problem now is the doors no longer match the rest of the truck color. The painter and the body shop foreman both agree the color does not match and the cause is there are too many coats of base and intermediate color on the doors. Well duh, if the doors would have been straightened correctly the first time, maybe the color would match. Now their solution is to repaint the two drivers side fenders in an attempt to "blend" the paint.
General manager was very rude and disrespectful - Never again
I just got off the phone with the general manager about my vehicle being stolen from their premises before I picked it up for repairs and his only concern was the money i owed them from a vehicle that I never received and told me I quote I'm not going to get over on them and if I'm calling to fuss then fuss on note my vehicle was stolen from their possession very smart mouth and nasty attitude I l never in life or anyone I know purchase a vehicle from this god-awful dealership last thing I must know I purchased my vehicle from them brand new and had 15 years of servicing my vehicles with them.
