My 2006 Impala with 178,000 miles had been a great car but I was in the market to replace it. I was looking for used or new but had not had much luck with other Chevy dealers. I reached out to Blake and he encouraged me to swing by the dealership. While not having much inventory on the lot he offered a new 2018 from one of their associated dealerships. I was skeptical at first but he was able to get me pictures of the car and the list of all features and options. We negotiated a painless deal and I was able to pickup my car tonight! My new 2018 Impala made my 2006 version seem like a no-frills ride - a lot of changes in 12 model years! I'm very pleased with the entire experience and look forward to many years with my new car! Customer Service at its Worst... - Louis Josey
Needed a/c repair and after spending over $800 was told the rear a/c line needed replacing and was on back order, an additional $800+ estimated cost. After calling back on 3 separate occasions during a month long time frame, was told we will call you when it comes in. Now, over 2 months later, no call back, summer is over, and still no a/c. Really don't have anything positive to say other than, your just another number, really don't care about you attitude by service mgr, don't call us we'll call you, etc...No wonder people don't like dealerships, especially Volunteer Chevrolet in Sevierville, TN.
Your hometown I don't give a flip about you or your car attitude. Since the ownership change this dealership is simply horrible, and it shows. Now I need a new engine, but promise i'll go to a Knoxville Dealership to get it replaced, and they will ask why I came there when Volunteer is only 2 miles from my house...
Poor body shop workmanship - disapointed
My 2017 Canyon was unfortunately damaged by someone else's negligence. Kirk Automotive was recommended by my insurance carrier and since the truck was purchased from Kirk, it only seemed logical to have their body shop handle the repairs to the two drivers side doors. After their third attempt to make the repairs, they finally got the two doors straight. No more dents or wrinkles. Problem now is the doors no longer match the rest of the truck color. The painter and the body shop foreman both agree the color does not match and the cause is there are too many coats of base and intermediate color on the doors. Well duh, if the doors would have been straightened correctly the first time, maybe the color would match. Now their solution is to repaint the two drivers side fenders in an attempt to "blend" the paint.

This is a fixed price dealership where the price of the vehicle is what you see - problem is they might have a price drop this afternoon, or tomorrow morning, or the next day. Don't waste your time going in trying to negotiate. Complete waste of time. I guess I should have just stayed at home and shoped the internet for the best price? I can almost guarantee that if you buy something here you will over-pay. The salesman actually told me that they were in one of the wealthiest counties in the US and their customers would pay it.

I had a very frustrating experience with this service center. I called the center on 11/1 to inquire about having another key made for my vehicle. I was told that it could be done, but I could not make it to the service center prior to closing. I had my City Express towed to the dealership on that Saturday morning about 8:30 am. I was told that it would be about 2:30 p.m. before it was finished. At around 11 a.m. I received a call that it would not be completed on Saturday, but they would get to it first thing Monday. At this point I had to rent a vehicle as I need mine for work. On Monday morning 11/5 I received a call about 8:30 a.m. that there weren't any keys in stock for the vehicle so the keys would have to be ordered, adding another day. I asked if she was certain it would be ready because I would have to pay an additional $60 to keep my vehicle another day and she said yes they would get to it first thing Tuesday. On Tuesday I didn't hear from anyone at all. I called and left 3 messages for the advisor and no one called me back. At my lunch time, noon, I drove to the service center. At this point I was told that it would be ready at 2:00 p.m. It was ready at the time stated at this point. However, it was very frustration not to have good, concrete information while having to rent a vehicle. The labor charge was more than expected as well. The advisor said this was because two keys had to be programmed. I was originally told on the phone that once they had one key, they could make a copy of the other. The trip proved to be much more expensive then attended. It was especially frustrating because I purchased the vehicle at this dealership and I was only given one key.
