He asked if we wanted something to drink and made ourselves feel comfortable. We did look at quite a few vehicles and finally found one. The buying process went without a hitch and the staff made us feel like we were their only customer.

It was an extreme pleasure buying my new Escape from Charlie Rogers Ford. I did an online search for the vehicle I wanted. I found it here, late Friday night. I emailed the dealership with a few questions and by 9:30 am on Saturday Curtis had answered my questions. We pretty much completed the deal online. The following Monday I drove an hour to the dealership to complete the deal. I was out by noon. No high pressure sales pitch. I received exactly what I wanted at the agreed upon price. I don't know who is responsible for ordering the cars or color schemes, but whom ever does it, hit a home run with this one. Every place I have been over the past week, I have received at least one compliment about the color.
Rex is the finance manager and he found me the very best deal I could possibly get thru Ford Motor Credit. Very pleased with my purchase. I encourage any one looking to buy a new or used automobile check these guys out. I don't think you'll be disappointed. These people do not believe in high pressure sales.

I am an 81 year old retired minister and I live in Anniston, Alabama. (Roll Tide). I was in search for a late modle Lincoln Town Car. I used a search engine and located a 2009 Town Car at Moss Motor Co in Tennessee. I called and talked to one of their salesmen (Ben). I cannot tell you how many times I have purchased cars in the last 50 p;lus years. This was the best car buying experience I EVER had. Ben was one of the most helpful salesman I ever dealt with. I drove to Tenn with my wife and it was HOT and when we arrived Ben met us and welcomed us and gave us a cold drink. Then we met the used car manager who was also very cooperative and helpful. I was really floored when they bought our lunch. Who ever heard of such a thing. These guys are really "unreal". No doubt this was the best car buying experience I EVER had. I had to pinch myself to make sure I was still alive. I would encourage you to check these guys out . Fantastic. Unbelieveable. Every car dealer could learn from this company. A special thanks to Ben and the Used Car Manager for their help in making our vist so enjoyable.

I've been working with this dealership for the past 4 years, bought a new 2014 Explorer. They have changed Service Managers multiple times but I believe that they have had the same 2 for the last year and from my experience it's much better. I wish I knew their names but I don't. Young man and a young lady, they are very cordial and they communicate any issues and what the fix will be. They are very courteous and prompt.
There's another Ford dealership in the same area that runs a very shady business and I'll never be back there.
Customer service in many places is a forgotten thing but my experience is that King Cotton is trying to change that in their dealership.

A Bad Tire but a Good Experience - Pachi
We drove 6.5 hours to Jacky Jones Ford to see a 2005 Ford Thunderbird. The car was as represented. We worked with Mandi who was personable and professional. On my test drive, I noticed a very minor vibration which bothered me. The service manager then took the car for a drive and when he returned, said he felt it at 65mph. They then checked it out and found out that one of the new tires had a defect. They then sent someone to Knoxville to pick up a new tire. They balanced it, installed it and checked the alignment. This took quite a bit of time but I was pleased with their response. I think many dealers would have just said there was no problem. I would recommend the dealer and Mandi.

First off they sold me a lemon. Don't ever buy a focus or fiesta with an automatic transmission because they simply don't work. In fact the state of California and others are involved in a suit against Ford because of this. Ford doesn't admit there is a problem and good luck trying to get it fixed. I am working on trying to get my third clutch in 60,000 miles. Each time you make an appointment and your car sits there with nothing being done for three, four, or five days. Even then they only run a diagnostic and order the replacement parts which usually take additional weeks if not months and require an additional appointment and more time without a vehicle. A terrible brand and a poorly managed dealer and service department. The current focus/lemon will be my third and FINAL Ford.

Hands down the best new car buying experience. This is my 3rd brand new car purchase in the last 5 years and this was the easiest of them all. I called at 5pm and Bill Risko said he had a truck that fit my needs and had it waiting by the front door when i arrived. He showed me every feature of the truck, showed me how to program my phone to the vehicle and even stayed late after the deal to make sure i had everything set up in the truck before i left the dealership. The sales managers were awesome and the finance manager was a super nice guy. Overall i am extremely pleased with this dealer and will plan on using them in the future.
