Brian Gay was put in very bad circumstances as a salesman which was not his fault but he did extremely well at showing us that he genuinely cared and wanted to make it right for us. He found us a great truck and helped us remedy the situation. He was extremely professional and courteous. If I owned a business I would want several just like him.

And spoke with Ken Godwin, the internet manager, When we arrived ken had the keys for the vehicles in which we were interested..We decided on a 2017 titanium..In the office there was no 4 square sheet just a straight no nonsense deal.A couple of items needed attention . The manager David Faulkner, was in the finance office,again no games, We were at the dealer for less than 3 hours. The Escape was picked up the next day. We purchased a used 2014 Ford Flex from this company. It had 39,000 miles on it and it was exactly what we were looking for. We had the balance of the factory warranty left, a lifetime powertrain warranty, and we purchased a 5 year bumper to bumper warranty. We had it for two months and decided to take it on a vacation to Florida. On our way down the engine locked up. We had the vehicle towed to a local dealership in Savannah,GA. The local dealership said the damage wasn't covered due to excessive engine sludge. We had the car serviced the day before leaving on vacation at a (local to us) shop that services all of the fleet vehicles for the company I work for. I asked them how the oil looked and the said it looked fine. So Gateway Ford sent their tow truck from Tennessee down to Savannah,GA to get our vehicle, ordered and installed a new engine, and paid the dealership in GA for the work they had done. It did take a few weeks but it didn't cost us anything. Gateway Ford came through for us in a big way. Thank you again, Kevin and all of the others involved! I would definitely purchase another vehicle from these people.

This is the best place you could buy a car from! Seriously. We got a car that was UNDER our budget and we absolutely love it! Curtis was our salesman and he was fantastic. He didnt try to sell us a more expensive car or make us feel pressured to buy at all really. The car we bought was actually at another dealership several hours away so we couldn't look at the exact car we were interested in but Curtis showed us a car almost identical. We liked it so we took a chance and bought the other car without even seeing it first and boy are we so glad we did! He answered all of our questions, stayed late with us after the store closed and delivered the car to my house at 1030 p.m. on a Friday night! Just to get a across the point of how amazing that is, I live over an hour away from the dealership...This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from this dealership and I doubt we'll ever shop anywhere else. Hands down the best new car buying experience. This is my 3rd brand new car purchase in the last 5 years and this was the easiest of them all. I called at 5pm and Bill Risko said he had a truck that fit my needs and had it waiting by the front door when i arrived. He showed me every feature of the truck, showed me how to program my phone to the vehicle and even stayed late after the deal to make sure i had everything set up in the truck before i left the dealership. The sales managers were awesome and the finance manager was a super nice guy. Overall i am extremely pleased with this dealer and will plan on using them in the future.

This place is hands down the best dealership I have even been too. I got the run around from a different ford dealership in Columbia for over a week. I called them explained the situation and within 45 mins they was calling me back telling me I was approved. Came right down test drove (knew what i wanted) and signed. No hassle at all. I have bought several fords from different dealerships in Tennessee and THIS ONE IS THE BEST. Everyone was so friendly. I highly recommend this dealership.

First off they sold me a lemon. Don't ever buy a focus or fiesta with an automatic transmission because they simply don't work. In fact the state of California and others are involved in a suit against Ford because of this. Ford doesn't admit there is a problem and good luck trying to get it fixed. I am working on trying to get my third clutch in 60,000 miles. Each time you make an appointment and your car sits there with nothing being done for three, four, or five days. Even then they only run a diagnostic and order the replacement parts which usually take additional weeks if not months and require an additional appointment and more time without a vehicle. A terrible brand and a poorly managed dealer and service department. The current focus/lemon will be my third and FINAL Ford.

Lied about breaking vent visor, then admitted after speaking with service manager. Only offered to pay for half of replacement. This service department is unreal and very unprofessional. They have lost 5 customers based on what I have told people. I hope to make it as many as possible
