5/5 Stars – Beyond Impressed and Completely Satisfied with Calvin! I had an absolutely incredible experience buying my new 2027 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Hybrid, and it is all thanks to Calvin at Allen Samuels of Jackson! From the very beginning, Calvin was incredibly patient and never pressured me. He gave me all the time and space I needed to make my decision, answering every single question along the way. When I finally made up my mind, the exact vehicle I wanted had unfortunately just sold. I thought I was out of luck, but Calvin immediately went to work for me. He managed to find another beautiful Santa Fe Limited Hybrid and worked it out so I could get an equally great deal! the people in service are top of the line, josh smith, manager, roger haney, mechanic, ad the service, Matthew , tyler, and the lady are all a blessing to tri-cities. but the sales, is a different story, when my wife and i bought the 2020 limited 1500 ram, in november of 2025, part of the trade was the platinum extended warranty. what we discovered later, was that the manager tyler, had included just the gold warranty, now it is not covering, problems we have had with the truck. i have owned all Crysler vehicles since 1980, total in all 14, 11 were new. this has left a bad taste in my mouth, i will never buy another vehicle from tri-cities, because of the manager lying to us. i will always service my vehicles at tri-cities because u have the best service dept in all of the area.

I brought my 2024 RAM 2500 in for service. on 10-21 2026, and I was helped by a service advisor Tonia Emmitt, I was very pleased with her knowledge of what my vehicle needed, and I was very comfortable with this person because she did not push any unwanted services on me. and was very polite and made me feel very comfortable. I was told at that time that my vehicle needed new tires, and I told her thank you, but I was going to look around and see who had the best prices. and after leaving the dealership and going to a tire place and speaking to them about tires, I decided to go back to the dealership Columbia Dodge Jeep ram, and I spoke with Miss Tonia about purchasing tires from them, and I was very happy with the results, and I ordered me new tires. I’m saying all of this because I trust this service advisor. I feel like the information she gave me was accurate, correct, and she wasn’t trying to sell me something I didn’t need. I will continue going back to this dealership for service. and when I’m ready to buy a new vehicle, I will look them up first because of the way this service advisor treated me..

One of the best dealership experiences ever! Down to earth , honest folks. Well worth the 3 hour drive. Scott Jackson worked up the deal before making the drive out and Joshua Young was the salesperson I dealt with at the dealership. Both were top notch. Never pushy. The entire transaction was seamless all the way through financing. And even with the shortage they had an awesome selection. Absolutely one of the most pleasurable vehicle purchases ever. There was a slight overcalculation in the county tax probably since I was from out of state , and they mailed me an overage check within 2 weeks without me even inquiring . Talk about fair and honest! The dealership interior is a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. I have been to some super fancy big city dealerships that look like you're walking in the Taj Mahal. But you have to sit and ask yourself who is paying for that beautiful environment. Yes, that's right you the customer. I would much rather take a HomeTown dealership with honest fair pricing / pushy big city dealerships any day. I highly recommend Stinnett Automotive and will definitely do business with them again in the future .

We worked with James the sales manager and Ryan our salesman. They were able to work with us on payments so we can get a car. Our last car was totaled in a not at fault wreck a few weeks ago. They were nice and are even looking at our Jeep to see why the Auto Start/Stop isn’t working. They so far are taking care of our needs and trying to keep a customer for life.

No way would i recommend the service dept. poor management explained the problem with air ride system they ignored me charged me 600 and had the same problem they fixed NOTHING still had same leak problem i same spot ! had to go to ram and they refunded my money ram said that would go against the dealership

Scheduling has been quick and easy, staff polite and helpful. And service manager super quick to get back to me on a part question.

I traded in my car at North Knoxville Chrysler Jeep Ram for a Jeep, and before I could even make my first car payment, I was already having problems with it. I attempted to return the vehicle because of the issues, but instead of addressing my concerns, they tried to sell me another car. I specifically told them the Jeep was having problems stalling out. Their solution was to replace the battery with an aftermarket battery. I later had to pay out of my own pocket to have a proper battery installed somewhere else, only to discover that the battery wasn’t the real problem at all. The issue was the PTU (Power Transfer Unit), which is now costing me over $2,000 to repair. It is extremely frustrating to trade in a vehicle, trust a dealership with such a major purchase, and end up dealing with expensive mechanical problems before even making the first payment. I feel like my concerns were not taken seriously, and instead of getting real help, I was left with a vehicle that needed costly repairs almost immediately after purchasing it. I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying a vehicle from this dealership to be very cautious and have it thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before purchasing. This has been a very disappointing and expensive experience, and I expected much better from a dealership.

Zachary Nguyen, finance manager, used a rate buy-down to mask adding $8k to my loan and then SIGNED documents in MY NAME while quickly flipping through screens to hide this. Again, DO NOT do business with a company that promotes this type of behavior from their finance managers This dealership is very sketchy and if you do buy from here, you’re doing so at your own risk. They avoid answering phone calls and when you can get in contact with them, they say they will call back and never do.

Had an appt for Wednesday. They took 7 days to diagnose it. Got a call saying warranty won’t cover repair, wanted to charge me 2400+ tax to repair. Contacted local repair guy 400$. They don’t communicate well. They are way over priced. Called multiple times and left msg for a call back never got call back. Won’t go here again
