Monday November 20th I called Roger to check on a vehicle I had found on the internet. He answered my questions and I made an appointment . When my wife and I arrived the vehicle was parked in front of dealership and we were met by Randy our sales representative. Randy was a true professional and let my wife and I check the vehicle out while answering all our questions. After taking a test drive we were sold. Randy checked with Rockie who referred us to Sean for the paperwork completion. Randy set up the service department to prepare the vehicle for delivery to us upon completion of all the paperwork. When we finished the paperwork the vehicle was brought back from the service department and parked. As my wife and I were leaving I told Randy that I felt more like I had been dealing with family than a dealership. The service technician even took the time to compliment us on our new ride. Thanks again Rockie and crew!!

I had an issue with my jeep coming down the Interstate. Fortunately the were fairly close. I went in and described what my issue was to the service tech who happened to be standing there. With a quick pop of the hood they noticed right off the bat there I have a few Dry rotted hoses (jeep has 180000+ miles). We could not fabricate a hose on site, however the parts department made a few quick phone calls to see who had what in stock. We had the part on site in about 20 min.
The next issue was that the service department was SLAMMED. I am fairly mechanically inclined so I started to replace the hoses my self in the lot. I had one portion that I simply could not reach Due to the tight area. That same tech from earlier happened by again, and was able to reach into the tight area and had it on in just a minuet.

I just bought a used truck today at Steve Jones Chrysler Dodge and Jeep and I had the best experience buying with them. I had been shopping around through the whole nashville and mid TN area and had some really bad and rude experiences. Glenn was super friendly, honest and understanding. He really was genuine and all the rest of the staff there were very nice as well. I'd definitely recommend shopping here if your on the market for a new or even used vehicle! It was a fast, quick and easy process and they weren't pushy or trying to be forceful either.

Okay, so I know this is hard to believe but there really is a car dealership and a car salesman that treats a customer with respect. I know, I know, you are thinking I am under the influence of something but guess what? I'm not and it's true. My husband and I were in the market for a new 4 wheel drive vehicle and I stopped by Stinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Newport, TN., on my way home from work. I wasn't immediately descended on by a salesman, which was nice. I went into the showroom and met Mr. Bill Francis. He wasn't "honey this or honey that". He treated me very professionally. I told him what we were looking for and he suggested we get pre-approved through the dealerships website and then we could look at vehicles and options from there. He didn't drag me by the hair to sit down and "work the numbers", which I had heard before. Bill didn't call or email every hour. He let us do our homework and when we were ready he was there for us.
He also understood that my husband and I are professionals and lead EXTREMELY busy lives. When we finally decided on a vehicle he made sure that the paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently by the finance department as it had to be done on my husband's lunch break. Also the gentleman "Curtis" in the finance department was polite and thorough. He went over the options as far as warranty plans and he respected our choices. He made suggestions based on his experience. He turned what is usually a painful, excruciatingly long process into an informative, professional and concise process.
I highly recommend Stinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep. It is a small town dealership that still treats customers with respect. Very rare in our world. Thank you Bill, Curtis and the Stinnett family.

My husband and I had been to four other dealerships in one day looking for the right SUV. The salesman at the places we stopped at were really pushy and only wanted to sell us what we didn't want. We decided to stop at Taylor Automotive on our way home to McKenzie. We met Kevin Kelley and for the first twenty minutes we never even spoke about an SUV. He was a genuine nice guy who asked us about our family and how he could help us. I wanted a Honda Pilot and he happened to have one with real low mileage. The price was a little out of our budget but the monthly payment was where we kind of expected it. We needed to think on it over night and Kevin said that was fine and understood. We talked to the sales manager Chris who was as nice and understanding as Kevin. We drove home and talked about it and we were debating on going back in the morning. Kevin called me and asked if I really wanted the vehicle and I told him yes. He said he was having it cleaned up and Chris was going to redo the price on my trade in. Kevin and Chris were not your typical salesman but they did persuade us to buy it. They did not pressure us and were not pushy at all. They both took the time to explain to us different things and they valued our time. I would recommend Kevin to anyone buying a car!

Any questions , concerns were answered in a timely manner. I found her representation of the dealership to be courteous, kind and professional. She was prepared with all the information I requested in our phone, text or email contacts. Upon my arrival to the dealership Tiffany greeted me at the door, had the truck cleaned and available for a test drive. She also understood/respected I was on a short timeline when I arrived. Long story short, the next day she drove the vehicle 2.5 hours (one way) after a full workday and personally delivered the vehicle! She stayed true to her words from start to finish. Class act.

She paid attention to my budget. She did not use pressure sales tactics (thank you). It is obvious she takes pride in her customer service skills. Five starts for her quality of work, friendliness and customer service.
FYI: I contacted three other Dodge Dealership internet services concerning similar vehicles and it was not even close after the first initial contact. Her work was heads and shoulders above the other three internet contacts.

HORRIBLE! My Dodge Magnum went into the shop only needing a replacement acuator pin because it would not crank, thereby not start. They decided to take 5 freakin' days to double check what I'd already told them the problem was!!! They quoted me an OUTRAGEOUS PRICE, and because of which, I had them to stop all work and restore everything back to the condition it was in when it was towed to them. I go to pay the diagnostic fee and the 1.5 hour labor fee to put everything back to its initial state, but now my whole ignition is SHOT and my vehicle has NO POWER AT ALL, whereas I at least had power when I delivered the car to them.
Chad denies that my car ignition cylinder was operational and we went back and forth about it! If you want your car held up abnormally long and quoted outrageous labor fees, go to Chad, the service supervisor at Collierville Dodge! Take your vehicle somewhere else.

I took our truck in for a recall and my husband's oakleys are missing. They were in the visor in a sunglass clip when I arrived....didn't think they would be stolen. We are beyond mad! I'm still waiting for a call. Needless to say I will not do anymore business with this dealer. Don't leave anything of value in your autos...lesson learnt! Until today we've always been happy with their service.

I saw a big white truck in town. I Followed him to the walmart parking lot. He told me his story and his motavation behind his sign. After talking with him I decided to call the dealership and hear their side of the story. I never got an explanation instead I was hung up on twice.
The man in the white truck's story made sence. Talk to him and find out for yourself. Going somewhere else to buy our car!!!

I am an 81 year old retired minister and I live in Anniston, Alabama. (Roll Tide). I was in search for a late modle Lincoln Town Car. I used a search engine and located a 2009 Town Car at Moss Motor Co in Tennessee. I called and talked to one of their salesmen (Ben). I cannot tell you how many times I have purchased cars in the last 50 p;lus years. This was the best car buying experience I EVER had. Ben was one of the most helpful salesman I ever dealt with. I drove to Tenn with my wife and it was HOT and when we arrived Ben met us and welcomed us and gave us a cold drink. Then we met the used car manager who was also very cooperative and helpful. I was really floored when they bought our lunch. Who ever heard of such a thing. These guys are really "unreal". No doubt this was the best car buying experience I EVER had. I had to pinch myself to make sure I was still alive. I would encourage you to check these guys out . Fantastic. Unbelieveable. Every car dealer could learn from this company. A special thanks to Ben and the Used Car Manager for their help in making our vist so enjoyable.
Lousy Service - Randall James McCroskey
I took my elderly visiting friend's vehicle in to this dealer on Saturday, 11/9, for a simple swap out of the driver's side mirror, which had been damaged in a minor accident. The Service Tech SEEMED friendly, competent and willing to help, but unfortunately, this part had to be ordered from the Atlanta distribution center. We were told it would take 2 days to arrive and could be installed immediately upon arrival, likely on Monday or Tuesday. After hearing absolutely nothing by Tuesday afternoon, I tried many times to reach someone in Service to ask the status, but without any success. I left messages, as the automated system suggested, but got NO call back. I finally just left my my workplace to go in to the dealership to check on the status. I was disappointed to learn that the part had NOT been ordered, Service and Parts both blaming each other for the communication snafu, so we had to wait an ADDITIONAL 2 days for the entire ordering from Atlanta process to be attempted yet AGAIN. This time I followed up regularly with the parts tech to make sure the part did get ordered, which it did. Finally, on Thursday, the part did arrive and we were told to bring the van in for installation, which we did. Half hour later, we get a call from Service that the part shipped from Atlanta was broken in the packaging, but nobody had QC'd it before asking us to come in. I asked about expediting a replacement part since this entire debacle was due to their incompetence, but was told that there was no way to get it here any quicker, thereby pushing this simple one-hour repair to an entire week from request until POTENTIALLY getting the repair done. Unfortunately, my friend, the owner of the van, is 81 years old, and due to physical ailments, doctor appointments, etc, cannot wait the additional time for this bumbling dealership to get it right, so he's on his way from Knoxville to his home in central Florida with a taped up temporary fix mirror. This dealership should be ashamed of its performance and failing to even attempt to make up for it's unnecessary mistakes. I'm certainly ashamed that I took my friend from out of town to them for help. No Chrysler, Dodges or Jeeps for me, especially from Rice!!!!!
