I was towing a heavy trailer on the interstate near by when I had engine trouble. I was able to limp in to the dealership at noon and by the next morning I was on the road. The service department bent over backwards to help me out and get me going. I have never in my 38 years of driving been treated so well by a car dealership, The service manager Eric was amazing, this guy is a true professional, he really cares about his job and his group of service employees. My hat is off to these folks, If I was ever in the area and in the market for a newer RAM truck I would buy it from these guys just due to the service experience I had.

Okay, so I know this is hard to believe but there really is a car dealership and a car salesman that treats a customer with respect. I know, I know, you are thinking I am under the influence of something but guess what? I'm not and it's true. My husband and I were in the market for a new 4 wheel drive vehicle and I stopped by Stinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Newport, TN., on my way home from work. I wasn't immediately descended on by a salesman, which was nice. I went into the showroom and met Mr. Bill Francis. He wasn't "honey this or honey that". He treated me very professionally. I told him what we were looking for and he suggested we get pre-approved through the dealerships website and then we could look at vehicles and options from there. He didn't drag me by the hair to sit down and "work the numbers", which I had heard before. Bill didn't call or email every hour. He let us do our homework and when we were ready he was there for us.
He also understood that my husband and I are professionals and lead EXTREMELY busy lives. When we finally decided on a vehicle he made sure that the paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently by the finance department as it had to be done on my husband's lunch break. Also the gentleman "Curtis" in the finance department was polite and thorough. He went over the options as far as warranty plans and he respected our choices. He made suggestions based on his experience. He turned what is usually a painful, excruciatingly long process into an informative, professional and concise process.
I highly recommend Stinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep. It is a small town dealership that still treats customers with respect. Very rare in our world. Thank you Bill, Curtis and the Stinnett family.

My husband and I had been to four other dealerships in one day looking for the right SUV. The salesman at the places we stopped at were really pushy and only wanted to sell us what we didn't want. We decided to stop at Taylor Automotive on our way home to McKenzie. We met Kevin Kelley and for the first twenty minutes we never even spoke about an SUV. He was a genuine nice guy who asked us about our family and how he could help us. I wanted a Honda Pilot and he happened to have one with real low mileage. The price was a little out of our budget but the monthly payment was where we kind of expected it. We needed to think on it over night and Kevin said that was fine and understood. We talked to the sales manager Chris who was as nice and understanding as Kevin. We drove home and talked about it and we were debating on going back in the morning. Kevin called me and asked if I really wanted the vehicle and I told him yes. He said he was having it cleaned up and Chris was going to redo the price on my trade in. Kevin and Chris were not your typical salesman but they did persuade us to buy it. They did not pressure us and were not pushy at all. They both took the time to explain to us different things and they valued our time. I would recommend Kevin to anyone buying a car!

We called at the end of a long day looking at cars. Corina met us at the door ready to show us what cars they had that met our specifications! During our test drive she sold us with all of her knowledge about Jeep’s. While driving she explained all the features and was able to answer all our questions. We loved working with her. I also want to say that the manager was great as well and everyone was so friendly. They really took care of us! I would recommend them to ANYONE and EVERYONE! If you want to make sure you are getting a good quality car- with a warranty- and friendly service.... this needs to be your FIRST stop!

I came to this dealership to try out a vehicle and Justin Stricklin was assigned to me as a sales rep. He was STELLAR. He knows his vehicles and he truly has the customer's best interest at heart. I really appreciated the time he took to let me ponder the decision and help me uncover what I really wanted. In the end, I chose to purchase an entirely different vehicle elsewhere, but I would still recommend this dealership. Beyond the dealership, I would recommend Justin Stricklin.

I wanted to do a review of Royston's Dodge Dealer in Morristown Tennessee. First off, this is now owned by Farris Motors out of Jefferson City. This dealership is completely different than the old Royston's you probably could never deal with. Everything has changed with this place and right off the bat my salesman and sales manager started offering a fair trade for my truck. The one pictured was a little high for my price range but I really wanted a Air Suspension Laramie so I went to Rocky Top to look at a used one. Rocky Top Dodge offered me Kelly Crook Blue Book trade in for mine and 2,000 over NADA Retail for theirs. I was so angry I had to walk out and I was going to Greenville to look at another used one but by the time I got back to the Morristown exit I just went back to Royston's. When I got there my sales team started hammering away at rebates and kept giving more and more for my trade until I finally gave in and got the most incredible truck I've ever been blessed to own. I don't usually do a review on dealerships but in this day and time of crooked dealers I had to do this review. I can honestly recommend Royston's to anyone looking to trade or buy and my salesman Brandon Davis was the best!!!

I traded 2 vehicles in on the 2015 Jeep compass, Jeep had a miss in it that royston denied said it passed a 61 point inspection well after taking it back for the third time the service manager drove it and acknowledged there was something wrong now they are charging me with the repairs hadn't even had it a month yet so if anyone is looking for a used car or truck DO NOT GO TO ROYSTON MORRISTOWN TN
They Pulled A Bait & Switch On Me - Joseph Rzeczycki
I got interested in a white 2011 Toyota Prius they now have. I wanted to swap my 2014 Elantra for it (so I'd get better gas mileage and get $$$ back). Someone named Ashley Stone told me via email that "I could probably swap them and get a positive amount back for the Prius", meaning that I'd probably get cash back on the swap. I told them I'd be up the next day to drive the car. I drove the car with Jessica Bellamy with me (their sales lady). They drove my very nice car and gave me an offer of $5850 + my car for the 2011 Prius, after she told me via email that I'd "probably get cash back". I was shocked and a little angry. Then he said $5150 + my car. Needless to say. I refused and drove back to Johnson City. So I wasted 70 minutes to drive there, plus the time wasted driving the car and talking to their sales people.
I'd never deal with these clowns again. Beware, they can't be trusted for anything they say. They will turn around and stiff you no matter how far you drove to get there.

After keeping the jeep multiple days and then finally being told parts are being ordered and it will take 2 weeks for them to come in (after having to ask!), a month later still no response. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE POSSIBLE!PLEASE GO TO WOLFCHASE JEEP if you're looking for quality customer service. This company is straight ridiculous and the owners don't care , if they did they wouldn't have so mannnnnnny bad reviews on multiple outlets. There was a response from them saying they've tried to reach out to me to solve the issue on multiple outlets that a lie, no one has called. "What goes around comes around" cause I'm not the only consumer that has been mistreated. Does it make sense for a dealership to order parts for you and don't tell you when they have been received ...right then when I called and asked Bennett stated yes they are in with no remorse like I'm not riding around daily with an issue. Why not call the customer if I've been waiting for weeks?!?!?!
