I brought my 2019 Jeep in cash 2 1/2 years ago from this dealership. Never had any issues or problems with anyone until this evening. How is this person a sales manager!! He is rude , a liar and very disrespectful. I got a call right before the service department closed to pick up my Jeep . Once I got there they just closed . He tried to be smart by saying i should have made arrangements to have my keys brought up front for after hours pick up .How would I know they were closing soon after i got off the phone with the service department if he didn't mention it to me. I ask if it's someone he can call to get my keys , because I wouldn't have a ride back up there tomorrow. He turns and walk away and sat down in his office and started a conversation with another sales person. I'm standing there in front of his office thinking he was calling someone . Nope , he basically was in full disrespectful mode and sat there having a whole conversation with a sales person. I went outside told my husband what happened and he comes in to address him. This dude lied to my husband and said I walked away so he thought the conversation was done. Now I'm very upset that not only has he been rude and disrespectful. But you lying on me. Another sales manager over heard the dispute and offered to assist with any problems. He went back there got my kids and checked me out. So all this could have been avoided !!! I wouldn't recommend anyone , especially a woman to purchase a vehicle from him .

Twice they ran my credit with out my permission.
They “performed” an alignment on my truck.
Told me: this is the best we can do. Our machine is old and may not be calibrated correctly. If we attempt to correct your trucks alignment based on the computer readings. That will cost you more. That will cost you more. Alignment is ala cart? Not based on stated price. Two many big heads and small minds. The last person stated he was the GM.
And if I want my truck aligned I needed to pay more. Pay and get out or get in hand cuffs hand cuffed. I paid. Truck pulling to the right. It did not pull at all before. A couple hrs later,
I took my truck to an alignment shop.
They adjusted right Caster. Truck drives straight now. There was no pull to the right before leaving Farris. I took my truck in for PMS based on new tires that were put on.
I ask the alignment shop what the industry standard is for alignment. Adjusting casters is always part of the alignment if needed.
These are they facts.

Towed 2013 Grand Cherokee to dealership due to alternator failure. There were several open recalls for various mechanical issues one related to alternator wiring harness that supposedly was the diagnosed countermeasure. Jeep was at dealership for 42 days waiting on parts and service and of course the PCM had to be replaced for $1300 which may or may not have been the issue. Meanwhile driving rental for $3200 so basically spent $4500 plus tow fee. Called everyday for updates instead of service calling me. So as soon as market returns to “normal” I will be replacing with new vehicle and Jeep won’t be on my list.

Brought my daughter's Dodge Dart in for an oil change. I specifically advised the service agent of this; however, when it came time to pay the bill was $110.36. This way more than I pay for an oil change at Wolfchase Honda for my vehicle. When asked why the price was so high- much higher than I paid previously at Gossett, I was advised that it takes a certain type of oil- 0W-20 and that was the reason. Well I will not be returning to this location again. The service was subpar at best and downright scandalous at worst.

BUYERS BEWARE.. I purchased a used 2018 Ram 1500 with 30k miles on it from Jones. When I left the dealership I took it straight to a mechanic to look it over because I had a vacation planned to Montana two days later. Long story short the mechanic called saying the truck was from up north and needed brakes and rotors and that it was so rusted and seized up they had to unpin the rear ended just to get them off. That cost me $700. Obviously the dealer didn’t take the time to pull the tires and wheels off or they would have seen the terrible shape the brakes were in. The emergency brake didn’t work at all. The next day I noticed the sunroof drain was clogged up and leaking and the headliner had Velcro used on it and was falling. On top of all this Jones was also supposed to order me a leveling kit as part of our agreement when purchasing the truck. Called several times, going on 6 months now and still haven’t heard from them. If your buying a used vehicle even if it’s almost new, get under it and check things before you buy because it’s obvious Jones will not. I will say they were very helpful in the buying process and worked to get the numbers where I needed them to be. I am however very disappointed they sold me a $45k truck in the condition it was in.

The service department has to be the worst in the country, they had my suv in the shop for 5 1/2 weeks, the vehicle was not fixed at all, on the way home the check engine light came on and it was running rough. That is what I took it in to get fixed. I will never do business with them again. You have been warned.

This is he worst dealership I have dealt with in 40 years of buying vehicles. I went in to trade vehicles and we come up with a price and I told them I didn't need their financing that I would be using my money. After the deal was done and I had the truck in my pocession at approximately 5 am my Equifax alert went off and upon viewing it saw the dealership had ran my credit I was furious and I have contacted them over one dozen times the General Manager said he would get it removed from my credit and also told me three times that he would call me which he has never done. I have called the owner three times to be told he would call me back and I have never heard from him either...The Owner and the General Manager and the Finance guy are nothing but liars...stay away from this dealership and go somewhere reputable.

As far as buying a car there, they were wonderful. After that, everything changed. I needed to get the oil changed on it for the 1st time, so we drove it all the way over there from home on my day off. When getting there, they explain we have to make an appointment for an oil change and they are scheduled 2 weeks out. We drive all the way home then contact the Dodge dealership in Gallatin and they said yes, they would get it in and that we didn’t have to call. It’s first come, first serve there. I have bought many brand new cars from places and have never had to schedule an oil change to get them completed at the dealership. My car will be serviced at Gallatin from here on out and the next one I buy will be from Gallatin as well. If this had been the first dealing with them, I wouldn’t write this, but I had a recall on my car right after buying it that the service department was very confused about. I got transferred between several people trying to figure out how they could do it. I’m not even sure they did it right after it was taken to be fixed, but I hope so as it was a theft deterrent issue.

Took my car down to be diagnosed because we've been chasing a problem in circles. We told the service advisor multiple times everything we had already done and the problem always seem to come back. The mechanic refused to listen he basically went in the same big circle we just did to come back and tell us the same thing we had already figured out. The advisor and the service manager refused to keep in contact to the point we had to call the dealership screaming just to get some answers only for them to say take the car we don't want it. Don't even get me started on the lady that thought she was big and bad on the other end of a phone. We can square up anytime! Basically do yourself a favor and take it to a local mechanic. Stay away from these night school drop outs that are to stupid to change their own oil

Excellent staff!! Rachel was helpful, knowledgeable, the very best! We were traveling from Kentucky to Florida to visit family over the Fourth of July weekend. They had our Dodge Grand Caravan on the rack and reviewing it five minutes after the tow truck delivered it. Rachel told us what the repair would be and the cost. Luckily, the needed parts were in stock and she said it would be ready by the end of the next business day. She was right! We were contacted at 3:30 that the van was ready to go & we were back on the road ASAP. Highly recommend!!
