I have been working with Bob Frensly's service department guys for around 2 years now on two Challenger Hellcats. They worked with FCA on my behalf when I was to frustrated. They have fixed everything that I have ever brought the car in for. I have seen some of the reviews on here and am kinda shocked on the negative ones. Everyone from sales to service that I have had interact with have always treated me with respect.
This is the only dealer that worked with me to debug a oil consumption issue in my first hellcat. Other dealers that I will not mention there names told me my issues was due to parking at a incline which the car was not designed for. Bob Frensly's shop gave me straight answers, scoped the bores; in short, they acted like professionals.
Again, this is the only shop I will take a car to.

Introduced to Homer Skelton Jeep when I needed recalled air bag replaced. A different dealership told me it would take all day (at least 6 hours) and never could nail down time it should be ready. Took it to Homer Skelton, dropped it off, and was given a loaner vehicle. By the time I made it to work had a text from Nate, giving me an easy way to communicate if I had any questions or needed anything else. 2 hours and 15 minutes after dropping Jeep off got another text saying it was ready. I also received a phone call to make sure I knew. Can’t ask for better customer service - and unbelievably everyone was pleasant to talk to.
Last week had to replace the Jeeps battery. Talked to service on phone about issue, and brought battery in. Guy at parts desk took care of things, and I had battery in hand, paid, and was out the door in 7 minutes.
Next time I have an issue with my Jeep, will be heading back to Homer Skelton (instead of the closer Jeep dealership). Finding good customer service is hard, and Homer Skelton does a great job.

I see why. Only roughly 3500 miles later....truck lives in shop. Tried to speak yes 5 messages on his answer machine with problem and contact number since December of 2020. Mr John Farris will not call or attempt to call back. They will lie directly to your face and wait till you wash it. Mine had large peices of steel blow out from under doors and fram from RUST. Called dodge motor company the he represents and well I got a case number of 79311337. I can only imagine how this is going to go. They will patch a ride to make a sale. Yes a 33000$ truck on that note. I kindly asked what will happen if in an accident and fram brakes. Comments was maybe it won't. WHAT!!!!!! Yes after the first day called and explained and meet in person about truck. What I was told (Wait till warranty starts. You did get it right?) Yeap first repair over 700$ with warranty that is a joke too. Next stop social media and news team and bbb and possibly a lawer.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and have both serviced there. Each time the vehicles have been serviced, the work has been exemplary. The vehicles were never given back dirty, no damage ever occurred, and the work performed was completed to the highest expectations. I have, in the past, taken previously owned vehicles to other dealership service centers and have had issues such as scratched damaged rims, and spilled oil on the engine during servicing. Because of my past experiences, I’ve reviewed the work performed at this service center each time and have never found any flaws or damage to the vehicles. They have earned my trust and I no longer look over the vehicles after servicing.

Very dishonest! They actually put an add (Stock #0092867A) on several websites that showed a hard top on a jeep wrangler (painted to match body) that they pulled off and swapped a (non painted black) top. The vin and description was completely false. Then, sales manager Mathew said I couldn't put any deposit down to hold the vehicle as I had to drive from out of state and later sold the vehicle out from under me that night. I found out from a sales person that they do take deposits later. I purchase vehicles every 3-4 years and this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had! I actually feel bad for the sales staff and general public that have to deal with managers that find being dishonest
as an acceptable business model. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere for a jeep or anything else!

Alright so it's easiest to start this story here and then post it to other review sites as I go (thank the gods for long drives and time to kill) So before we moved Kyles truck started having issues with school and the move we chose to take it to Gary Mathews Motors after a few months of back and forth with the engine place we were finally told 3 weeks ago the engine would be in and it would be done by end of week... As the end of the week approached we called and were told they ran into an issue and have to get a part so next week, ok fine then they ordered the wrong thing so we were told the next week (this past weekend) after work we get on the road and begin the 5.5 hour drive we call as we get started and we're told nope it's not going to be done Friday but FOR SURE Monday... ok we're irritated but we adjust so I take a day off work we make the drive Sunday after I get off work. Monday afternoon we walk into the shop and the engine isn't even in the truck and the service guy at the desk laughs when we ask is that truck going to be done today and says no maybe tomorrow. At this point we're livid because 3 weeks of us having to call for updates and being left in the dark. After we talk to the man in charge of services they send a shuttle down for the addtl prt they needed now and have a tech work over to ensure it's done Tuesday. Finally Tuesday 3 pm we have our truck back in our possession! You would think this is where the story ends but of course it doesn't... We look over the truck and the driver side headlight it scratched incredibly bad so we show them and they tell us oh those are after market it's heat damage (pictured is the light) heat damage would not put external gouges in a headlight and when you wipe it you wouldn't feel fiberglass shards. Then they have their "light specialist" come look and he says oh that's heat or chemical damage and I explained exactly what I stated above. He walks away pst my brother and says "that fat xxxxx needs to shut her mouth" while the owner of Gary Mathews SON laughs at this statement. This whole ordeal has caused financial loss and unnecessary stress to our family and then to top it off the blatant disrespect from someone who works with/for Gary Mathews. I'm sorry for the long read but I beg of you if you got this far please spread the word to other families especially Military families to take their business elsewhere unless you want your wives or daughters disrespected as I was today. There's been no communication since all of this occurred so there for I am taking it to social media platforms to ensure the word is spread on the experience that we had.

However, after I signed the paperwork and went to start the truck the tire indicator came on as did the airbag light. I mentioned that before leaving and was told they would take care of it. After a week with a loner car, I went back to get my truck, only to find out it had not been fixed and had only been "looked at." I was then told they were not going to fix it. I have been trying to get in touch with Mike for weeks without success or resolution. I suspect they disconnected and reconnected the battery before I test drove the vehicle so I would not notice the warning lights. Just FYI: I was able to recreate the scenario with the battery, so I know that works for a short period of time. I have asked nicely for this to be corrected for two months. I had thought I found a good, reputable dealership, but alas, they are shady AF.

So i bring it to my local dodge dealer to get it repaired... Not so fast.... DODGE Does not have the wire harness that got chewed ??? So first they tell me they found one in Georgia.. But after a week, No they don't. Then they tell me we can fix it in house by repairing it, after another week , No we can't do that... So now i have a large Hemi planter for the yard.... What kind of Company sales a product then fails to keep parts for the product ? When i ask the service guy my options, "well you need to find a junk yard with your make and model truck and get it that way"... WOW... If you buy a Dodge don't expect to get replacement parts for your dealership, need a good junk yard and a mechanic.
