Sales staff (Kenneth) was professional and courteous. No hard press sales tactics he listened to our needs and nice to have items and was able to match us with the prefect car. He knew the model and the features and was patient in explaining them and answering all our questions. Although our purchase took place over several days and multiple visits, we were always given his full attention. The finance team was equally courteous. Options were given and explained but never pushed. Overall, a wonderful team to work with.

My spouse was kind of a @$$ towards them to begin with, but they remained kind and completely frank with us.
