The service from the person I talked to was really good, courteous and clear.
I wanted to have the screen checked because sometimes it hangs, restarts or stays in black, so I put it on the comments when I submitted my appointment online. The person from the service department told me that will take a full day and I should have said it ahead of time. When I told him I did, he said those comments are not for that and in those cases it's better to just call instead of doing it online. This needs to be clear in your web site.

I have been a Mazda owner on several occasions since 1989. My last purchase was a 2010 Mazda CX7 so naturally when it came time to purchase my next vehicle, I looked toward a Mazda. The customer service was excellent! Otto Schnellbacher was so considerate of my needs and desires. I had test driven a couple vehicles with him almost a year ago, and when I returned last weekend to test drive again and bring my husband to get his opinion and make my purchase HE REMEMBERED ME! He remembered the details of my needs as we had discussed this on our test drive over a year ago. The purchasing process went smoothly and they were very accommodating. I am in LOVE with my 2018 Mazda CX5! The process took about 3 hours start to finish and we could not be more pleased with our purchase. I have had several years of dealings with Mazda Clearlake obtaining service on my 2010 and they have always been very friendly and most accommodating to my needs. Diane in service is truly a pleasure to interact with and understands from a female perspective which is nice!

They had our new vehicle ready to pick up and finance papers ready to sign the next morning at our request. They spent considerable time teaching us how to use all the controls and options. Let me just start by saying that I absolutely dread the new car shopping/buying process but I can honestly say (and I don't say things I don't mean) working with William Ramirez was about the easiest process that I could have imagined. We began conversing through email (never hassled to call me) and he listened to what I said I wanted in a vehicle and he very quickly responded by offering several vehicles to review. I started the process on a Monday or Tuesday and ended up going into the dealership Friday morning at 9am. From the first meeting, William was very knowledgable about the car and took the time to answer all of our questions. We test drove, talked through what I was looking for in a vehicle, the price, my trade-in, etc and we were off to the races. I had already gotten a estimate from Carmax on my trade in plus worked with my credit union to secure financing so I was ready! I told him what I was looking to pay and why. After a few hours, we were the new owners of a 2017 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring with the Premium Package UNDER what I wanted to pay! I couldn't be more pleased with this transaction and I highly recommend William Ramirez to anyone that is looking to purchase a new Mazda or Ford. He wasn't pushy and I never got the feeling that he was not listening to my requests. Awesome salesman, wish all of my dealings were as pleasant as this one. Kudos AutoNation, William is a keeper!

They do their best to make sure you leave happy. I can’t tell you how much this dealership went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my car. My back began to hurt after I bought the car, and they worked with me to try and fix it. They very easily could have said “too bad so sad, you bought the car, so good luck.” I am so relieved that there is a dealership (and someone like Steve and Richard) who show folks like myself that there are still honest dealerships out there.

I had a wonderful experience from the beginning, when purchasing the my mazda 6. I have to recognize sales representative, Mr. Lorenzo Maldonado. He did a wonderful job in presenting the vehicles. He did not pressure or attempt to haggle me. He let me take my time and answered all my questions. I also have to give kudos to their entire staff. They make you feel as tho they are here to sincerely help you, the customer. In addition, their finance manager was thorough in explaining all the paperwork. I wasn't planning on getting a new Mazda. But, when I just didn't see the value in an Escape or a Santa Fe Sport for the cost of each, I turned my attention to the new CX-5. From initial web form contact, Craig and Roger Beasley Central team made the whole process very easy. He was available and responsive when I needed him. He helped me find the right car, gave me all of the details I needed to make a decision, and didn't ask me to accommodate or compromise on anything. No pushing, no pressure. Just ready to assist when I asked. The finance team got me the deal I wanted on my lease, and I didn't have to spend more than an hour at the dealership before we (and a weary toddler) were out the door and on our way home with our 2017 Soul Red Crystal CX-5. It was the best buying experience I've had in a long time, and I recommend Roger Beasley Mazda Central for that alone. Coming in from another dealership with a negative experience. Being upfront with the details and being told that he would not treat my experience as that and that he would be transparent. Unfortunately he used my age, gender, and his personal opinion of my credit score as a means to disrespect me. He was later of fact but not on a way that is appreciated, more of a way that he has being rude. Would not recommend.
