I had a wonderful experience from the beginning, when purchasing the my mazda 6. I have to recognize sales representative, Mr. Lorenzo Maldonado. He did a wonderful job in presenting the vehicles. He did not pressure or attempt to haggle me. He let me take my time and answered all my questions. I also have to give kudos to their entire staff. They make you feel as tho they are here to sincerely help you, the customer. In addition, their finance manager was thorough in explaining all the paperwork. Their service department employees are very welcoming, helpful, and professional. Finally, they have a very modern and comfortable waiting area with snacks and free beverages! Wow! What more could one ask for. I just had to mention, my vehicle has the best 5 star crash rating among other sedans in it's category.I did my research. :o)

I found my Mazda CX-3 on the Russell and Smith Mazda website. I emailed the company and received and email from Gilton Huggett within minutes! I called him a few hours later and we set up an appointment for me to come in. I came in on a Saturday and he had everything ready for me to test drive. I loved it! I got a great deal on my trade in and was treated very kindly by multiple people. I was very pleased with Jason Lainez who was my finance manager. I didn’t feel pressured to do anything I didn’t want to. Gilton took the time to sit with me in my new car and explained everything before I left. I am very happy with my purchase and service. I came in and was very honest with them about what I needed/wanted and I was treated exceptionally.

Let me just start by saying that I absolutely dread the new car shopping/buying process but I can honestly say (and I don't say things I don't mean) working with William Ramirez was about the easiest process that I could have imagined. We began conversing through email (never hassled to call me) and he listened to what I said I wanted in a vehicle and he very quickly responded by offering several vehicles to review. I started the process on a Monday or Tuesday and ended up going into the dealership Friday morning at 9am. From the first meeting, William was very knowledgable about the car and took the time to answer all of our questions. We test drove, talked through what I was looking for in a vehicle, the price, my trade-in, etc and we were off to the races. I had already gotten a estimate from Carmax on my trade in plus worked with my credit union to secure financing so I was ready! I told him what I was looking to pay and why. After a few hours, we were the new owners of a 2017 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring with the Premium Package UNDER what I wanted to pay! I couldn't be more pleased with this transaction and I highly recommend William Ramirez to anyone that is looking to purchase a new Mazda or Ford. He wasn't pushy and I never got the feeling that he was not listening to my requests. Awesome salesman, wish all of my dealings were as pleasant as this one. Kudos AutoNation, William is a keeper!

Mazda 3 Hatchback - bobbyc
Was about to commit to a different brand/model, but had researched a Mazda 3 hatchback earlier when doing online comparisons.
Happened to notice Southpoint Mazda located right next door to the other manufacturer's dealership.
Gave them a call, asked for a salesman and promised to stop by the following day, on the way to purchase from the other brand.
Was transferred to Devon (sales) and explained my situation about the other brand.
But was open to accepting a price.
Within 2 hours, I was calling the orig brand/manufacturer to inform them, that I would not be coming in to purchase their car.
All in all, I was very impressed with Devon's sales approach, no hard sales techniques, but genuinely interested in simply wanting an opportunity to earn my business. Understood that I was on my way next door, but wanted to "try"
Totally satisfied about my new car purchase and hopefully a long term dealership customer.

Hiley Mazda Caught Stealing, Cheating - Customer
Hiley's customer service is radically unstable. Leadership is lax and unethical. Bought a used car from Hiley Mazda Hurst. Before the purchase, I inspected the car and noted the condition of items like new tires and battery. After the car was service I noticed the tires and battery were different and had been replaced with used items. Additionally, I later discovered they did not change the fluids I paid for. This was reported to Mazda USA and I was reimbursed. Following this awful experience, I've found Hiley has loads of social media and Better Business Bureau complaints about similar issues. BEWARE and be on your A-Game if you have to deal with them. Best advice: Go somewhere else- anywhere else.

He was always asking what else could he do for me or answer another question. He was great explaining the differences in the vehicles I was looking at and/or pointed out. Not only did $10.00 worth of quarters get stolen last year from here out of my car, but this time they didnt tighten the lug nuts and I drove it over a week and my tire almost fell off. Mazda says they will give me a free measly service and Tire Rotation smh ...no thank you..I want to live...and WHERE IS THE EYE ROLL EMOJI?????? IM GONNA GIVE THEM SOMETHING TOO! ON ONLINE bad REVIEW!.....and....my back up alert has not worked since I took it in last time, they tried telling me I dont have it on my car so I had to pull out all the standard bells and whistles to prove I do! And they say it's a coinsidence that it stopped working when I was there last time. Then he says they dont even know how to work on that. Eye roll again,...its supposed to be a mazda tech working on it and they should know that stuff. So much incompetence. I have a 2016 mazda 3 grand touring.
