I had a good experience with Freeman Mazda. There was no pressure to sell me additional warranty stuff. It was straight sale and TTL, no additional fees. I gave them an offer but they wouldn't lower the price of the car, but I believe I got a good deal. The car was ready when I picked it up. It was washed and cleaned inside. The only draw back was they would not give me a full tank of gas. Considering I paid, over $24,000 on a car. Overall I recommend giving Freeman Mazda a shot for your car buying.

IPAC Mazda dealt with my girlfriend in bad faith. She purchased a 2021 Mazda CX-5 Touring edition and we had negotiated the price down to an out the door cost of $29,000. Since she was the one purchasing the vehicle once I had helped hammer out the details of the cost I left her to sign the purchase paperwork. I reviewed the paperwork 2 days later only to find out not only did they not honor the price we agreed upon as the FINAL price with no extras added in there they had tacked on an additional $2,500 in fees. An out the door cost indicates that is the price for the entire purchase into 1 agreed upon cost. They inflated the price and didn't bother to disclose any of it. The purchase has been completed but I will NEVER shop there myself and I am going to warn everyone I know and talk to to stay away from there as they DO NOT HONOR THEIR AGREEMENTS. I was shocked and appalled to see this. Their dishonorable and dishonest behavior tacked on an additional $37 onto the monthly car payment when payment size is already a factor. I believe in honoring an agreement even if they do not and I will never darken their doorstep again for as long as I live. They have forever cut off a possible return stream of revenue by their petty and shortsighted behavior.

I’ve been going here for 5 years and this was my first truly bad experience and I’ll be looking elsewhere in the future. My tech was Gavan Carmona and my Service Advisor was David Castillo. In short, avoid these two like the plague. They’re both scammers recommending work that’s not necessary and providing deceitful estimates. I was in for a 55k mile oil change and they recommended new wipers (they replaced them when I got my inspection there just 3 months ago), a battery, a coolant flush, serpentine belt, tensioner, and water pump belt. I said no On the battery and wiper blades because I can easily do that myself. I replaced all the rest after being told the estimate would be about 300-400 for the work and because they’ve been reasonable in the past. I’m short, the work cost $700 (nearly double the verbal estimate) and after research the belts are supposed to last 90k miles. Finally, when I got home and replaced my wipers they were nearly new. No dry rot, no cracks, nothing. These two are scammers recommending unnecessary work and giving false estimates. They should be investigated by Mazda and gotten rid of because they’re ruining what was previously an honest business.

Purchased a 2019 CX-9. The initial buying experience with Leo was good. He was friendly, helpful, and understanding of our stress being forced to bring our kids along. The wait for financing was terrible but not Leo’s fault. However, when all was done, we were handed two key fobs and sent on our way. Now, we should have tested both right there. It had been a very long day and we wanted to get on the road back home. To our dismay, one of the key fobs was not to this vehicle. The key was different and the fob didn’t unlock the doors.
Leo initially said he’d try to find a solution and contact me with updates. After over a month, no contact. I called back and spoke to the Internet Manager who offered me nothing but paying out of my own pocket to have it reprogrammed. Quite disappointing that they didn’t check their fobs before selling the vehicle and aren’t willing to help me now. I guess they can fall back on the “as-is” agreement but you never expect to be disappointed like this.

He called me two minutes later to say it was under contract but we have similar vehicles but only AWD. This salesman got me there under false pretenses once before but never again. I own a 2008 Miata MX5. I try to keep the servicing up to date. I had to find a better place after several bad experiences with the Hiley dealerships (crappy customer service, promises made and not kept). The last straw was that my car was in for 6 days. They said they were waiting on a part - understandable. On day 6, I dropped by (because nobody answered the phone) to find that the part never got ordered. Enough!
My brother told me about this place. An entirely different experience! Fix took 2 days, at about the same price as the dealership quoted. Customer service was great and the place isn't on the edge of town!
Don't travel farther for bad service. Use these guys. Hiley doesn't deserve your business.

After going through all the numbers we finally sat down to talk to the finance lady.Everything was going great except for the constant repeating of her"are you sure, are you sure, are you you don't want to give us a couple grand for the extended warranty". Finally we started to sign the last papers until I saw the final price. almost 4000 over what we had talked about before. We thought it was an error, and asked them. Turns out they changed our price back to the MSRP. They couldn't get the dealer we talked to in the office after asking them to bring him in. She leaves and bring in the Sales Manager Joe Saldana. We sat there thinking everything was going to get fixed, nope. After we explained what happened he starts to pull out the first price which is the MSRP. He starts talking to us as if were stupid little kids and he even had the nerve to call me mijito. I was not treated with respect and he wouldn't even hear what we had to say. All he said was "Well you don't have to buy the car if you don't want to", in an upset tone. So we left. MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR THE FINAL PRICE before they get you in the hole. Don't fall for their MSRP price either. Horrible experience in buying my second car.

I explained i just couldn't do this w/o assurances ie. - purchase documents. "ok - we will fed ex them - we need to know if you want warranty" let them know that evening i wanted the warranty - they informed me what new payments would be - we overnighting documents (wed night) - Thursday afternoon send follow up email checking on docs. no response. Called friday am - my "rep" at school conferences al day - said i needed answers and person helping me promised to check into it and return my call. called her back friday afternoon - "oh sorry - it was sold today".....what the heck - never heard of having to chase car salespeople down. didnt smell right from start - was even wondering if it was a wire scam, that how little was coming from their side ugh don't waste your time if your not walking into their lot

These people are rude and are all about one thing taking advantage of your situation as well as your money. Chacon Autos picked up my car due to no proof of insurance even though they stated if I did not provide my own they would. They have a trackers on the car as well as will shut them off on you do not purchase here. Now they will not return the car and are asking for very personal information that was not even asked at the time when the car was purchased. They do this so they can keep your payment and down payment money and tell you to your face this is a "BUY HERE PAY HERE" meaning they can do what ever they want go to your local bank or dealership!!!
