Andrew was very honest and transparent...just a wonderful guy and he helped me thru the process with great patience and kindness. Everyone there in the sales office was super nice and accommodating. I really can't say enough good things about my experience. Andrew provided me with his cell number for contacting him after the sale, which proved to be very helpful as I did have to call him on my way home in my new vehicle to help with a few questions!! This is the kind of customer service the world has lost sight of, so I am very thankful for Andrew and the Classic Mazda team!!

After seeing the new inventory online, I call Gorman McCracken to ask a question. I spoke to Mike Lopez and he answered the questions that I had and we set up an appointment for me to look at and test drive a Mazda CX-5. He was incredibly patient with me as half way to the dealership I forgot the title of my trade in and had to delay the appointment for 2 hours. Everyone there was incredibly nice and helpful and not pushy. Mike got me the deal I wanted and was the nicest salesperson I have ever met. Financing went off without a hitch, met Terese in Service and I was in and out in 2.5 hours. What a pleasure and I LOVE MY NEW MAZDA!

We just picked up our FOURTH North Park Mazda car (Cx5 ) ! We keep coming back because we love everything about this dealership. The dealership itself is clean and attractive and everyone (including the owner, Mr. Khalig ) is friendly and always available to answer any questions or offer assistance . Our Salesman (Richard Cortes) has always gone above and beyond, and bends over backwards to make sure that we walk out of there with the car ( and the deal) that we want. AND lets face it once you drive it off the lot-it's the SERVICE that counts, and their service dept. is the BEST we've ever experienced ( and we've lived all over the U.S. and Europe!) From the Service Receptionist Kaala to the service manager Robert Castro we always get the feeling that we are in good hands and are ALWAYS treated with courtesy and respect. This is an honest review, we have no personal affiliations with anyone at this dealership , we are from Boston Massachusetts and arrived here in Texas 5 years ago from The England. It was so easy, the staff and managers are a delight and easy to deal with. They met all my needs, answered all my questions, provided the best service and I purchased my first Mazda. I LOVE MY NEW MAZDA. I believe I received a great deal for the Mazda I purchased, they worked with me until my needs were met, no hassle at all . It rides smooth and is roomy inside. I found my Mazda CX-3 on the Russell and Smith Mazda website. I emailed the company and received and email from Gilton Huggett within minutes! I called him a few hours later and we set up an appointment for me to come in. I came in on a Saturday and he had everything ready for me to test drive. I loved it! I got a great deal on my trade in and was treated very kindly by multiple people. I was very pleased with Jason Lainez who was my finance manager. I didn’t feel pressured to do anything I didn’t want to. Gilton took the time to sit with me in my new car and explained everything before I left. I am very happy with my purchase and service. Buying my 2016 KIA Sorento off the internet from John Musoga at Velocity Mazda in Tyler, Texas was without a doubt the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Not only was John honest with me from our first phone conversation, he exceeded my expectations throughout the transaction. As you can imagine, buying a car sight-unseen from 1,700 miles away requires a lot of trust. John thoroughly and accurately described the vehicle to me inside and out. A few days later, he picked me up at the airport, drove me to his dealership, gave me a much-needed water break, and then showed me my new car- perfectly detailed and filled with gas! After we completed the paperwork, he gave me the keys and driving directions back to my home in Nevada . I cannot say enough great things about this man and his work ethic. Thank you, John!

I took my car to the dealership for its first regular scheduled maintenance. The dealership makes appointments so a time slot is waiting for you. The service folks were very courteous. The dealership has a nice waiting area (not spectacular) but clean with a large choice of coffee and snacks. Wifi is free and without a password so working while you wait is easy.

I own a 2008 Miata MX5. I try to keep the servicing up to date. I had to find a better place after several bad experiences with the Hiley dealerships (crappy customer service, promises made and not kept). The last straw was that my car was in for 6 days. They said they were waiting on a part - understandable. On day 6, I dropped by (because nobody answered the phone) to find that the part never got ordered. Enough!
My brother told me about this place. An entirely different experience! Fix took 2 days, at about the same price as the dealership quoted. Customer service was great and the place isn't on the edge of town!
Don't travel farther for bad service. Use these guys. Hiley doesn't deserve your business.

WOW!! What a dealership!!! We found a pre-owed Fiat Convertible on line, and it was a perfect fit for us. We were looking for something to pull behind our Motorhome. So, here it goes...
We spoke with Danny (salesman), and he was very helpful and friendly, so we set things up to drive to Waco from Dallas. The car was perfect, so we moved on to Travis in Finance and finished the deal. (less than an hour total) :) 6 hours after we left the dealership, the convertible top broke!!!! FEAR set in!! Used Car, As Is, No Warranty.. (you get the picture)
Our fear was quickly swept away, as they directed us to Greenville Chrysler, but they were unable to repair it.. We agreed to take the car back to Waco, and that's when we met James in the Service Dept. (Nicest person you could ever want to know) They gave us a BRAND NEW car to drive while they looked into repairing out car. It took LOTS of research and work, but they repaired the top, and we LOVE the car!!

I was shopping for a specific car that was online in Gillman’s Inventory. I called to verify the car was available and told the i was in Sugarland so would be a 45 minute drive to Spring. They assured me they had the car. As soon as I arrived they told me the car had just sold but I could look at other cars I had no interest in.
So instead of being honest, they had no respect for my time, energy gas etc.

Emailed every dealer in the area for pricing on a new CX5. Todd at Hiley Hurst beat everyone. We knew exactly what spec and color we wanted and Todd confirmed they had it on the lot. We made an appointment, showed up with our own financing, looked over the car and signed the bill of sale based on the price he had given me over email. No back and forth on the pricing or any games, the price they emailed me was the price I paid. The entire thing couldn't have taken more than an hour, hands down the easiest car buying experience I've ever had.

Sold a hail damaged car without disclosure - Hanna
We bought a used 2018 cx3. Car has 30000+ miles. The car is off white color. Bought car for wife. I have driven it 2 times. We bought car on a sunny day. I was in the hanger and happened to notice the car has hail damage all over the roof and a few small dents on the hood. Dents are not noticeable in the sun unless viewed at a certain angle. We went back to Beasley. Used car mgr met with us. Goes to look at car with several other people. Pics were taken. Another mgr comes in and told us it would be illegal to sell hail damage without disclosure. Car had a car fax and dealer inspection. Said the “master tech” that checked the no damage box was an expert. After saying this he accused us of trying to scam the dealership. Point blank accused us of lying. Went home and looked for hailstorms in the area in the time span from car bought date and noticed damage date, none anywhere close to us. We have bought 5 vehicles from Beasley. I bought a rx7 in 1982 shortly after I got out of hospital for burn injuries incurred in a helicopter accident while in the Marines. Met Roger Beasley at that time. Nice short visit with him. I also have a rx 7 race car. In summary a teacher and retired disabled vet were called liars by management at Beasley. Yes, I should have looked harder at time of purchase. I put to much faith in Beasley, carfax, and dealer inspection. Learned big lesson and will not go back or recommend beasley any more. Mike Krizan
