Nick is awesome! He is so fun to work with and is extremely knowledgeable! He was so accommodating and kept us all happy and comfortable the whole time. He's not pushy and gives you space to make an educated decision. The only suggestion I would make is for the company to allow sales associates access to the internal system instead of just carfax so that they can give accurate information to the buyer. We had a slight miscommunication about the warranty and found out later when we sat down with the finance manager that it's because the salesmen only have access to carfax which can only give an educated guess as to dates of warranties, etc. Not sure why sales associates wouldn't have access to their internal system, but they need it so there is no confusion when it's time to sit down and crunch numbers. Other than that, we had a great buying experience and will probably continue to buy from Jeff Haas in the future! I LOVE my new car!

My husband and I wanted to trade a car in for a larger vehicle because we want to start a family soon. Otto was the salesman who met us first. He listened to our need and showed us several vehicles that would meet our needs. Later, Kenny came up to my husband because they knew each other. We actually had them both helping us. I was impressed that neither of them seemed in competition over the sale. They both worked together for us and came up with a car that was the best deal. Our biggest concern was having our car paid off. We did find a Mazda CX5, our car was paid off and we felt like we got a great deal. We are really pleased with the car, the salesmen that worked for us and the whole experience in general. I wasn't looking forward to car shopping, because I hate pressure from salesmen. We did not feel any pressure and we felt like we were treated with respect.tto

Let me just start by saying that I absolutely dread the new car shopping/buying process but I can honestly say (and I don't say things I don't mean) working with William Ramirez was about the easiest process that I could have imagined. We began conversing through email (never hassled to call me) and he listened to what I said I wanted in a vehicle and he very quickly responded by offering several vehicles to review. I started the process on a Monday or Tuesday and ended up going into the dealership Friday morning at 9am. From the first meeting, William was very knowledgable about the car and took the time to answer all of our questions. We test drove, talked through what I was looking for in a vehicle, the price, my trade-in, etc and we were off to the races. I had already gotten a estimate from Carmax on my trade in plus worked with my credit union to secure financing so I was ready! I told him what I was looking to pay and why. After a few hours, we were the new owners of a 2017 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring with the Premium Package UNDER what I wanted to pay! I couldn't be more pleased with this transaction and I highly recommend William Ramirez to anyone that is looking to purchase a new Mazda or Ford. He wasn't pushy and I never got the feeling that he was not listening to my requests. Awesome salesman, wish all of my dealings were as pleasant as this one. Kudos AutoNation, William is a keeper!

I purchased a CX9 from here, and from the get go, Steve Borke was incredible. In fact, the entire dealership was. This is not a pushy dealership, they are honest and sincere. They do their best to make sure you leave happy. I can’t tell you how much this dealership went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my car. My back began to hurt after I bought the car, and they worked with me to try and fix it. They very easily could have said “too bad so sad, you bought the car, so good luck.” I am so relieved that there is a dealership (and someone like Steve and Richard) who show folks like myself that there are still honest dealerships out there.

I had a wonderful experience from the beginning, when purchasing the my mazda 6. I have to recognize sales representative, Mr. Lorenzo Maldonado. He did a wonderful job in presenting the vehicles. He did not pressure or attempt to haggle me. He let me take my time and answered all my questions. I also have to give kudos to their entire staff. They make you feel as tho they are here to sincerely help you, the customer. In addition, their finance manager was thorough in explaining all the paperwork. Their service department employees are very welcoming, helpful, and professional. Finally, they have a very modern and comfortable waiting area with snacks and free beverages! Wow! I wasn't planning on getting a new Mazda. But, when I just didn't see the value in an Escape or a Santa Fe Sport for the cost of each, I turned my attention to the new CX-5. From initial web form contact, Craig and Roger Beasley Central team made the whole process very easy. He was available and responsive when I needed him. He helped me find the right car, gave me all of the details I needed to make a decision, and didn't ask me to accommodate or compromise on anything. No pushing, no pressure. Just ready to assist when I asked. The finance team got me the deal I wanted on my lease, and I didn't have to spend more than an hour at the dealership before we (and a weary toddler) were out the door and on our way home with our 2017 Soul Red Crystal CX-5. It was the best buying experience I've had in a long time, and I recommend Roger Beasley Mazda Central for that alone. I hope the ownership and service experience maintains that standard for the next 3 years, and I'll be a happy repeat customer as a result.
