If you are looking for a Mazda, then go see Josue Montoya at Demontrand Mazda. He is a great brand ambassador! Josue's knowledge of the vehicles safety features (how they actually worked, not just buzz words), vehicle options and his recommendations made the process not only informative, but enjoyable as well.
The whole buying process was very smooth. Go see Josue and you'll be glad you did. If he's busy with another customer, then wait for his availability.

Greg Powell did a great job helping us. We communicated for a couple of days via email while we were narrowing down what kind of car we were going to buy, and he answered all our questions and was very straight forward with pricing. He was super busy the day we came in, but he managed it very well and made us feel like our business mattered the whole time. The sales manager was also awesome while we were there, as was the sweet finance lady that had to endure our goofy children the whole time. LOL One of our better car purchasing experiences over all.

I have been calling to speak to the service department all morning. Every time I call to speak to them, the secretary asked me what my specific problem is. I don’t call the service department to talk to the secretary, I called to talk to service manager. I get asks if my car is in there or getting set up for service, but all I have is a question. The last time I called the woman said something that sounded like,”enjoy holding,” and then put me on hold. Your service department people suck.

Austin Parker was very knowledgeable and patient. Trent and Mary Lou made sure that majority of my stuff was taken care of before I showed up to the dealership. Austin Parker and Eddie ensured that I am able to fully understand and enjoy my new Mazda. Austin Parker was a great representative and very thorough. Eddie was knowledgeable. Trent was welcoming. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The General Manager made sure to thank me for my business before I left in my Mazda 3. Thank you all for a great experience!

I, living in CA, bought a car from Mears Motors sight unseen and had it shipped to me. The process went very well. The Mears guys were professional, well informed, and promptly sent every piece of information I requested. The car, a 2014 Mercedes, was better than I thought it would be. I worked mainly with Thomas Boothe and could not have been more pleased with his straightforward, honest approach. I'd buy from these guys again without hesitation.

WOW!! What a dealership!!! We found a pre-owed Fiat Convertible on line, and it was a perfect fit for us. We were looking for something to pull behind our Motorhome. So, here it goes...
We spoke with Danny (salesman), and he was very helpful and friendly, so we set things up to drive to Waco from Dallas. The car was perfect, so we moved on to Travis in Finance and finished the deal. (less than an hour total) :) 6 hours after we left the dealership, the convertible top broke!!!! FEAR set in!! Used Car, As Is, No Warranty.. (you get the picture)
Our fear was quickly swept away, as they directed us to Greenville Chrysler, but they were unable to repair it.. We agreed to take the car back to Waco, and that's when we met James in the Service Dept. (Nicest person you could ever want to know) They gave us a BRAND NEW car to drive while they looked into repairing out car. It took LOTS of research and work, but they repaired the top, and we LOVE the car!!
People, wherever you live, consider University Mazda Kia for your next new or pre-owed car. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPOINTED.. A lot of people say "I drive a __________", but we say "We Drive A University, Mazda Kia"

I live in the Chicago area and ordered a part for my car... - mazda 6
I live in the Chicago area and ordered a part for my car from Joe Ybarra in the parts department. He assured me the part was in stock, verified it was not damaged, and shipped it to me the same day. He was very pleasant on the phone and was patient in answering all my questions. His customer service skills were outstanding and I appreciate the genuine concern he displayed through out this whole process. I received the part in excellent condition and I wanted to acknowledge everything Joe did to get this part to me.

Great Experience, Great Customer Service, Great Cars - Wanda Glover
If you want the best experience purchasing a car, go to Roger Beasley Mazda in Killeen, ask for Tyler Keller, everyone knows that buying a car can be a hassle, but you will be surprised if you go to Roger Beasley. It was so easy, the staff and managers are a delight and easy to deal with. They met all my needs, answered all my questions, provided the best service and I purchased my first Mazda. I LOVE MY NEW MAZDA. I believe I received a great deal for the Mazda I purchased, they worked with me until my needs were met, no hassle at all . It rides smooth and is roomy inside. Highly recommend.
Great Experience - RS
Buying my 2016 KIA Sorento off the internet from John Musoga at Velocity Mazda in Tyler, Texas was without a doubt the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Not only was John honest with me from our first phone conversation, he exceeded my expectations throughout the transaction. As you can imagine, buying a car sight-unseen from 1,700 miles away requires a lot of trust. John thoroughly and accurately described the vehicle to me inside and out. A few days later, he picked me up at the airport, drove me to his dealership, gave me a much-needed water break, and then showed me my new car- perfectly detailed and filled with gas! After we completed the paperwork, he gave me the keys and driving directions back to my home in Nevada . I cannot say enough great things about this man and his work ethic. Thank you, John!
Mazda Service - EMG
I own a 2008 Miata MX5. I try to keep the servicing up to date. I had to find a better place after several bad experiences with the Hiley dealerships (crappy customer service, promises made and not kept). The last straw was that my car was in for 6 days. They said they were waiting on a part - understandable. On day 6, I dropped by (because nobody answered the phone) to find that the part never got ordered. Enough!
My brother told me about this place. An entirely different experience! Fix took 2 days, at about the same price as the dealership quoted. Customer service was great and the place isn't on the edge of town!
Don't travel farther for bad service. Use these guys. Hiley doesn't deserve your business.

Good experience for the most part. The only complaint I have is the condition I always get my car back. They leave all their trash inside my car. (Trash bags and paper linings) And unplugged and tore off the wiring off of my dash cam. Very messy and unprofessional.

This is a quick review on my experience of a recent CX-5 purchase on 28th Sept 2020 at Russell Smith Honda near the Reliant Centre. Mr. Gilton Huggett was the sale associate that I worked with.
He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. With the COVID pandemic, he was able to give me an excellent price for a new 2020 model and all negotiation was done before my arrival.
The check out process was quick and the dealership is clean and relaxing.
Only limitation was there were a lot of forms to sign as required by the dealership (not Gilton's fault) and some were unnecessary.
Overall, highly recommended and research up front and purchase is the way to good.
Gilton also gave me new floor mats [maybe I should not mention this :) ]
Very happy customer.
I ignored the reviews and gave this dealership a shot,... - Westavalon
I ignored the reviews and gave this dealership a shot, unfortunatley, they pulled a bait and switch - showing me a new car when I asked to see a specific used car that they had advertised online. After loving the new car (of course) I realized that it wasn’t the car I asked to see. Jairon apologized and took me directly to the car I originally asked to see, proving he knew which car I wanted to see in the first place. The used car was filthy inside and out, and the motor rattled. After rejecting the used car he immediatly asked if I’d consider purchasing new - the whole point of the excercise obviously. Try a dealership that doesn’t play games, and waste your time.
Great Follow up - Jackie C
To make a long story short, I researched the car I wanted and went to "my" dealership I have been going to for years. While I was on my way to the dealership, Ken called from Gillman. I told him was on my way to "My" dealership and was most likely going to come home with a new car. Well, the situation went left when I got in the finance office and of course I left. Nonetheless, I was sad the next day but I knew "my" dealership would call me back on Monday morning. But to my surprise they did not call, but you know who did with that follow up call at 9:30am... "Ken". I explained what happened, told him what I wanted and "Team Gillman" got it done. I just want to Thank everyone at Team Gillman, I had a great experience buying my new car.

Service Department -The ABS light and Smart City support... - SIX32
Service Department -The ABS light and Smart City support lights came on our Mazda 6 after the car battery went dead and was replaced. Dropped the car off to have diagnostics performed, thinking the system need only be reset as it was fine before the battery quit. What we were told is that after the first diag test they needed to run another diagnostic test and it would cost almost $500.00, which seems to me if you run a diagnostic test you have answers. After this ridiculous quote we decided this shop is not one we wanted to work with and told them we would pick the vehicle up. They said, the first test would cost between 90 and 120. We got to the service dept. and the charge was $133. When we asked why, they told us because they had to run a test for service engine lights and that is more than other lights that come on. We reminded them it was not a service light. Then they used the time of an hour required to run the diag. I get making a dollar, but this is not making a dollar it is another form obtaining a dollar. This is not an honest service department and would strongly suggest you look elsewhere before taking to World Car!
