I inquired on a Silverado online and within 10 minutes, Paula gave me a call. When I mentioned to her that I had a pre-approval from a finance company she told me to send it over to her. I filled out the credit app online to save some time and when I got to the dealership, Paula had the truck pulled up and waiting for my test drive. They met my pre-approved terms, got my truck ready to go and I drove out the very next day. Most people hate going to the dealership because it’s a long drawn out process but not here. Paula was so helpful, so knowledgeable and so nice. I would definitely go back to Greenway just to do business with her again. I was purchasing from out of state, so I took some risk driving down. They had the best price out of the 10 dealerships that had the make/model/transmission/trim/colors I wanted. They worked with me almost entirely over email to get an out-the-door quote, and that's what I was charged when I got there. I asked them to get me out the door in 2.5 hours (no financing), and they were just barely able to do that. It was a good experience.

I came to Jeff Haas Mazda interested in purchasing a used 2025 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. I was ready to buy the vehicle and was negotiating the out-the-door price. The vehicle had visible paint damage and paint chipping in multiple areas, which I personally inspected and documented with photos. I explained that, regardless of the vehicle having a clean Carfax, the actual physical condition should be reflected in the price. After negotiating, the dealership provided an OTD price of $27,727.50. I made a reasonable final offer based on the condition of the vehicle and my willingness to purchase it immediately. Instead of continuing the negotiation professionally, I was told that they “work with real people, not AI” and was essentially told to leave. I understand a dealership does not have to accept my offer. However, there is no reason to disrespect a serious customer simply because they negotiate based on the condition of the vehicle. I came prepared to buy a car, not waste anyone’s time. Unfortunately, the way this negotiation was handled completely changed my impression of the dealership. Very disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. I hope management reviews how customers are treated when they ask reasonable questions about vehicle condition and pricing. A customer declining a price should not result in being dismissed or told to leave.

TLDR: used car had undisclosed problems ($1500-2000 to repair) my mechanic found, the dealership misled me before I came in about changing the price and the managers were rude as xxxx If you have any other choice, dont go here I went to go check out a used 2002 Mazda B200, Max the sales guy was totally nice and very amicable. I had an independent mechanic go out there to check it out. They told me ahead of time theyd be willing to negotiate on price because the mechanic found undisclosed issues with the car, an undiagnosed oil leak and the AC not coming out of the front vents, as well as several other issues. My mechanic estimated probably about $1500-2000 that would need to be done the car right away. They said they didnt know about that and would be willing to talk about price. When I got there after a test drive, the price was unchanged and the manager came out and I was surprised but I think polite because I had been in essence told it would be a lower amount. Instead of saying I am sorry were not flexible and being polite he acted like a huge something I cant type or my review will get flagged. Other manager caught me as I was leaving and tried to convince me to stay also, and also acted like an *** hole. If youre cool with me leaving let me leave, if not act like a respectful decent person Look, Im sure youll sell the car dudes (again, not angry at Max hes cool) but in the process you sucked. Don't give your business to ****y people, shop somewhere else.

I went in to look at the vehicles in there used lot(for reference I bought another used vehicle not even a year prior at a 6.55 APR this vehicle was a total loss after a wreck and paid off) i loved one of there vehicles(2025 Hyundai Tucson) and we went to finance to get numbers and they gave me a 13% APR and when i declined to proceed due to payments being above my budget they told me that it was my credit and i wouldn't get anything lower anywhere else and that the banks don't think the vehicle would hold its value in say a year or two so i passed on the vehicle and went to a different dealership the next week and bought a 2025 Buick encore gx with a 6.44APR I don't know why they would get a rate so high but it was ridiculous and unprofessional to make me feel bad about not wanting a $600 car payment.

And just found out they didn't do 1 hard inquiry, or 2 inquiries, but 3 hard inquiries in 1 day . Are you serious , 3. Do you know what that does to a person's credit report ? I can tell you. It sends you almost very good , to fair . Then they told me I needed 1 thing , so I got that 1 thing . Then that wasn't good enough , so they tried to put me into a vehicle at almost twice the payment I wanted to be at . So I'm just telling you , dont go here unless you cant get to Abilene . Once again , ALMOST as bad as Texas Truck World . At least they will work with you , and you WILL get a vehicle, just might have more miles than what your looking for. O yeah , then they tried to call me twice the next day after leaving a review. For what ? So you can run another hard inquiry? And my 2018 Ford with 70,000 miles that I'm trying to trade for a 2016 Nissan with 90 000 miles isn't worth trading in ? I dont want a SUV anymore, I want a car . Thats why I did this .. Update: The service crew they have here at this dealership is the worst I’ve seen. Down to the service manager Austin Russell. I have been waiting for him to get with me over an issue they caused on my vehicle for over a month now. I mean this is ridiculous. How hard is it to call someone back and get things fixed and done right.. The buying experience was great but service here is far from that. Plus if you have a non Mazda vehicle here with there warranty forever program the techs in the back aren’t the best either and won’t know how to fix your vehicle. They’ll just recommend you to go to the manufacturer dealership. Like why offer warranty forever if you can’t cover cars that sold on your lot with the said coverage? I don’t know but enough is enough. I usually don’t write reviews like that but I’ve had it with the service department here.
