I have had several services provided by Lustine Chrysler Dodge Jeep. This last visit truly set my expectations for all others to follow. Upon reporting my concern with Mr. David Layton, he immediately noticed and determined that the warranty on Grand Cherokee could cover the necessary repairs after I was previously told I was out of warranty. Mr. Layton’s attention to detail, loyalty to customers, and dedication to ethical practices has encouraged me to spread my experience and why I will return.
Mr. Layton assigned my ticket to Thomas Ramey (ASM) and he rapidly determined the necessary service required, ordered the necessary part, provided the name of my Technician (Ashton) and got me into a rental vehicle in a matter of 20 minutes. Mr. Ramey then assigned a service advisor (Sam) that maintained contact with me regarding the status of my vehicle during part shipment and repairs.
Understanding that my repairs were time sensitive due to a work related travel using my vehicle Mr. Ramey and Sam ensured that my vehicle actually had a full inspection to determine others needs and safety during the operation of my vehicle. Ashton determined that my brakes were worn to a point that it may have been unsafe and could be a larger cost later if I waited. Mr. Ramey and Sam even went as far as verifying the Mopar Lifetime Limited Warranty on the brakes I had installed 6 months prior. Yes, they did. They didn’t discount my claim that I recently had the front brakes replaced, they verified if the workmanship or part was inadequate. Thus, insuring my security as drive my vehicle outside the state of Virginia today for work related travel.
As Lustine Chrysler Dodge Jeep worked on my vehicle for the past 5 days, I can only be thankful that their dedication to service is paramount, attention to detail is crucial to avoid returning the same day for something missed, and Mr. Layton ensures his staff maintain a standard that was emulated in Mr. Ramey, Sam and Ashton.
Knowing that my vehicle is now being finished my Wiley today, I look forward to my next vehicle service with a team that is mindful of their work and understand how their service affects a customer’s experience.

Shopping for a replacement vehicle, I did a lot of research on an automotive pricing and information website/app and narrowed my preferences down to two very popular models. We traveled many miles north of us and visited several dealerships but didn't feel good about doing business with any of them.
I decided to do another search and found my vehicle right in my own backyard, as it were. James M., my sales rep, responded to the inquiry I placed on the aforementioned website. We set up a morning appointment for the next day.
From the moment I walked in, on the test drive, and eventually sealing the deal, the experience was as pleasant and smooth as one can expect. James was robustly accommodating, friendly, but not high pressure at all.
The staff in the finance department were a pleasure to work with as well. They exceeded my expectations on my financing needs.
As for the vehicle. It was in tip-top shape: clean, serviced and ready for its new owner... namely yours truly.
I am a very happy customer and without reservation recommend Umanksy (formerly Brown) Dodge, Chrysler, and Jeep.

Craft Collusion cannot figure out why the message saying the left front turn signal is out (randomly comes up on dashboard). They took it to Billy Craft Dealership and they said it was fixed by just clearing the code. It still is not fixed.....I'm very disappointed in Craft Collision and Billy Craft Jeep service department.

The worst experience ever, this dealer is terrible, they sold to me 8 Promasters Ram Dodge trucks that fail every other day, with 27K one blew the transmission, same truck with 50K blew the engine, in the meantime another one with 60K miles blew the engine too, every other week electric issues and more, on top of these problems the dealer did not help solve any of these issues, they kept two of the trucks for repair during 3 months, giving me promises every other week that they will be repaired at the repair bench, never happens, had to take my trucks to another dealer.
You want to suffer..... Just buy cars at Stafford dodge Springfield and you will see, promise that you will regret some how

I highly recommend Starr Motors to anyone. I have purchased many Dodge vehicles (some at other dealers) and I always bring them here. The sales department is excellent ant provide a family atmosphere. The service department is why I keep coming back. As far as Dodge dealerships in the area, they are second to none. The service folks are like family, too. Any problems that I have had have been taken care of promptly. Only once in years have I had to come back to get a problem resolved and it was taken care of quickly.

They had a used 2019 Jeep on line- I called about it and talked to Thurston. He gave me all the information - I gave him the VIN for our trade and he said he would call me back. Got a call within 1 1/2 hours with a total price and the details. He said he had several inquiries but I was the first and I asked for some time to talk to my wife and let him know. Most dealers would jump ship first thing for a sure sale but he had the integrity to hold off and give my wife and I the time to discuss it that night. I called and left him a message that night we would take it, he called first thing the next day and we finalized everything. We made the deal, I sent the money that day. 2 days later drove 4 1/2 hours, the Jeep was clean, fueled and ready to go. Did the paperwork and left within the hour. I have bought several vehicles out of state - online but this was the easiest transaction I have completed yet. My hat is off to Thurston and the dealership for sticking with me giving me the opportunity to purchase this Jeep. Thank You to All!

WORST EXPERIENCE WE’VE EVER HAD - Plrod2
We came into dealership fully intending to buy a 2018 Jeep Rubicon ($50,000) when we arrived we were greeted by one of the coolest salesman we’ve met, named Zach. Zach was great and showed us different options on the lot. We decided to go for the one in the showroom, which was a little more than we wanted to spend but we loved it. We had a trade in, and at the Kelly blue book value the basic stock price was $18000 but our vehicle had thousands of dollars in upgrades. Everything was going great until the manager tried giving us well below the trade in price and refused to work some numbers out. The manager let a $50,000 deal walk out over not willing to work with us. I think our salesman Zach was absolutely wonderful but the finance and management team here is a complete joke! The next morning Richmond Ford ended up going over the Kelly blue book value and still gave us money off our vehicle. We ended up buying a $60,000 vehicle from a dealership that wanted our business and did anything they could to keep us from having a bad experience! If you have a trade in I would strongly suggest going elsewhere! If you intend to buy from here I would strongly suggest asking for Zach! He tried his best and is amazing but his management team lost a sale from him!
