We bought a new Jeep Wrangler at Hall Chrysler Dodge Jeep a week and a half ago. We worked with James Loeven - he greeted us as we pulled up, as my wife met with him the day before and we'd texted them letting them know we were on our way and were on a very tight schedule. We'd worked out the price prior to our arrival - and Mr. Loeven could not have been more friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. He answered all of our questions, was patient, all while being very cognizant of our time constraints. We were in and out in very short order. We also spoke with Joe Monahan who stopped by to make sure we were being taken care of, and Peter in Financing was great to work with as well. We could not have had a better experience - thank you all so much. Oh, and we love our new Jeep!

Shopping for a replacement vehicle, I did a lot of research on an automotive pricing and information website/app and narrowed my preferences down to two very popular models. We traveled many miles north of us and visited several dealerships but didn't feel good about doing business with any of them.
I decided to do another search and found my vehicle right in my own backyard, as it were. James M., my sales rep, responded to the inquiry I placed on the aforementioned website. We set up a morning appointment for the next day.
From the moment I walked in, on the test drive, and eventually sealing the deal, the experience was as pleasant and smooth as one can expect. James was robustly accommodating, friendly, but not high pressure at all.
The staff in the finance department were a pleasure to work with as well. They exceeded my expectations on my financing needs.
As for the vehicle. It was in tip-top shape: clean, serviced and ready for its new owner... namely yours truly.
I am a very happy customer and without reservation recommend Umanksy (formerly Brown) Dodge, Chrysler, and Jeep.

I spent the time and shopped around at all the other Ram dealerships and of course the best was last. Mark Clarke by far was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with this being my 7th vehicle ever purchased and switching from over a decade of loyalty to BMWs. Mark took the time to show me all the features in the Ram I was interested in without trying to up sell me into options I didn’t want. He treated me not only as a client but I felt the genuine care for my situation in purchasing and trading in my BMW. The whole sales team worked towards getting to a fair price so I could come home in a new Ram. Even after the sale was complete Mark stayed in contact with me to make sure I was taken care of and enjoying my new Ram. Time management was spot on and didn’t feel like it was work or torture going through the everything. Mark even took the time to walk me to the service department to find out how long, pricing, and install of upgrades I wanted. Service and parts department were on it and even went ahead and started queuing up the parts I wanted as they didn’t have any on hand with it being a 2019.
Now onto the reality that it isn’t all sunshine and rainbows. Once I was set on a price and filled papers out and moved into the finance person to complete the transaction is where reality hit. The conversation started well and typical language of selling extended warranties and maintenance packages was first. After explaining to this person I needed to discuss with my wife anything additional pricing and it would have to wait till she signed her portions of the paperwork would it be something we would address. And due to her being at work and already bothering her about the selling price I didn’t feel it was urgent since we had to wait anyways. The next comments were disrespectful and very poor sales tactics to which I held my tongue as I was in uniform and just tuned him out till it was over. If it wasn’t for the amazing job Mark and his team did I would have walked out with my original car just like I did with Lustine Ram.
I eventually voiced my concerns about this situation with management who made sure it would be addressed and apologized for the comments. They made me feel as though they genuinely were concerned and made sure they addressed the issue and I was satisfied with the overall experience. I think their customer relations was very spot on and timely. Which even beats out any experience I have had with a “luxury” brand like BMW.
I can’t be happier with my decision to purchase my Ram from Lindsay Ram and will be a return customer.

deceiving sales tactics - dk89
After purchasing my 2018 Jeep Cherokee and doing research (obviously too late), I read reviews of the same situations that happened to me. Leckner Chrysler Jeep and Dodge in King George, Virginia is advertising vehicles for prices that are super low and then adding crazy amounts of "upgrade fees" to the vehicle after. The Jeep I purchased was “on sale” for $9935 off of the advertised price. By the time I went to sign, the fees they added ended up making the vehicle only $1,000 off. I have never had so many fees at the time of purchasing a vehicle. I was told that there were dealer upgrades not listed on the sticker- however, there was no sticker at all and when I checked on uconnect’s website (similar to Onstar for Jeep vehicles), there are no dealer installed add-ons.
Before buying the vehicle, I took it for a test drive. It drove great and after driving around for a bit, I took it back to the dealership. I opened the door and Adam L., my sales guy, asked me how it was. I told him I liked it but wished it had navigation. He said they could add that for $600 but that it had Apple Carplay so it wasn’t necessary unless I really wanted a standalone navigation system. I decided it wasn’t necessary if it had CarPlay and we went in to sign papers. When I went to leave, I realized they didn’t put gas in it so they sent another sales guy, Scottie B., to run and fill it up with gas. I asked him if he could help me figure out how to get CarPlay to work and he played around with it and asked where the sticker for the car was. I told him it didn’t have one on it. He said he didn’t think it had it but to take it to a local dealership later and “play stupid” and its probably just an upgrade they can install but Leckner’s upgrade system was down so they couldn’t do it there. I thought it was odd, but after spending over 4 hours at the dealership, I was ready to go. I got home and logged onto the uconnect website and, of course, there are no available updates.
I tried several times to get in touch with a sales manager and after 8 or 9 failed attempts, I reached out to the Better Business Bureau. They sent two letters to them asking for clarification- both of which got no response. As a final attempt, they called the dealership and also got no response. After three failed attempts, the BBB closed the case and made a note on Leckner’s account. You can find that on their website.
As a final step, I called Jeep’s corporate office and spoke to two people on two different occasions, both of which let me know that they spoke with the dealership (while I was on hold) and that the sales manager would reach out to me. That never happened, so today I called one more time and FINALLY got a hold of Dustin R., the sales manager. He told me that I shouldn’t have waited a month and a half after getting the vehicle and that his hands were tied. Nothing can be done. Oh, and Scottie doesn't work there anymore so he has no way to verify anything...
BUYER BEWARE- Leckner is after your money and does not have your best interest in mind. Stay far away from their shady tactics and go elsewhere.

WORST EXPERIENCE WE’VE EVER HAD - Plrod2
We came into dealership fully intending to buy a 2018 Jeep Rubicon ($50,000) when we arrived we were greeted by one of the coolest salesman we’ve met, named Zach. Zach was great and showed us different options on the lot. We decided to go for the one in the showroom, which was a little more than we wanted to spend but we loved it. We had a trade in, and at the Kelly blue book value the basic stock price was $18000 but our vehicle had thousands of dollars in upgrades. Everything was going great until the manager tried giving us well below the trade in price and refused to work some numbers out. The manager let a $50,000 deal walk out over not willing to work with us. I think our salesman Zach was absolutely wonderful but the finance and management team here is a complete joke! The next morning Richmond Ford ended up going over the Kelly blue book value and still gave us money off our vehicle. We ended up buying a $60,000 vehicle from a dealership that wanted our business and did anything they could to keep us from having a bad experience! If you have a trade in I would strongly suggest going elsewhere! If you intend to buy from here I would strongly suggest asking for Zach! He tried his best and is amazing but his management team lost a sale from him!
