She visited the lot just looking, explained the situation and told them that if she saw something she liked her dad would be down to check it out. They were so good to her even though she was just looking. Other lots in town literally told her it was a waste of their time to help her. Needless to say, we took our business to Blackwell. This is our third vehicle purchase from Blackwell Automotive and won't be our last. These guys have the best team! Once we found the right vehicle, they worked hard to expedite our closing and got us out on time for other appointments that day. The battery icon illuminated on our 2013 Chrysler T&C while returning to Pennsylvania from Florida on interstate 95 in northern Virginia. The first dealer I called, 18.5 miles from our location, was not helpful and was almost rude to me. I then called Boyd. Ms. Rachel Harris, a service advisor, was super friendly and told me that the service department would be ready to diagnose the problem when I arrived. So we turned off all unnecessary electric accessories and stated the 35 mile drive to South Hill, VA. When we arrived Ms. Harris welcomed me and remembered my name. She had the car in the service area within 15 minutes of our arrival. After about an hour she provided an update (initial assessment was either the battery or the alternator but the battery had to be fully recharged before an accurate diagnosis could be made). She recommended having lunch at a great restaurant near by (lunch was great!). When we returned, she told me the alternator failed. She then contacted Chrysler about the extended warranty we purchased. She received confirmation that the warranty was valid and initiated the repair. (There was only one alternator in inventory.....thank goodness.) The repair was completed by Mackenzie Hadley. He is a super nice person and was kind enough to lower the lift so I could get an item out of the car before he completed the repair. While we were waiting Ty Miller, a very nice sales associate, showed/demonstrated the features of a Chrysler Pacifica. His presentation was very thorough (almost 30 minutes) and really enjoyable........even though Ty knew we weren't going to buy a car from him! We were are very appreciative that Rachel and Mackenzie got us back on the road within 3.5 hours of arriving at Boyd. I never expected the outstanding service and personal kindness that the staff at Boyd extended to us as travelers just passing through Virginia. We wish we lived closer to South Hill, VA so I could buy our next car from Boyd!

I recently took my 2016 Fiat 500x for service. Excellent customer service from staff. I had previously taken my car to another Safford dealership in the area, and the experience was awful. At this Springfield center, I was amazed at how the staff treated me. I worked with Gary, and I must say, he was terrific. He kept me in the loop daily, to the extent that when he took off one of the days, another team member called and said he was calling with an update because Gary was off that day. I was extremely impressed with the service at this place and would highly recommend them to everyone.

I really hate leaving a bad review, but my email asked me to. I loved my Jeep until I took it in for service and recalls. It's not been the same. The transmission now slips, my liftgate fails to life quite often. Both things supposedly corrected on recalls. I wasn't having any problems before taking it in for service and regret it terribly as I must keep this vehicle for a long time. I called about the problem right away and was given some strange explanation about the 'slipping' and that it was normal in the newer vehicles, yet friends have the same vehicle & don't have a problem. After learning from mechanics that makes no sense at all, I called my salesman to get his thoughts before my daughter purchased a Jeep also and given the same lame excuse. Live and learn (and pay bigtime:( Never again!! Unless I have a problem no recall corrections for me. The service techs were very accommodating and kind but that doesn't help my Jeep run any better.

Would give 0 starts is possible. Horrible experience buying a certified pre owned car. Noticed a problem with the car same day after purchase and notified the dealership next morning. What followed was a flurry of wrong information and inability of anyone in service to even answer the phone let alone give an update. After three weeks, had to call Dodge customer service and escalate the issue only to find out the dealer had the replacement part with them for weeks and was just yanking me around. Even the Dodge service rep had issues getting someone on the phone to talk to at the dealership, which was insane! Thankfully Dodge was able to locate that the dealer already had the part and booked an appointment for me to get it replaced. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
