I recently visited Pomoco Chrysler and purchase a Chrysler 300. From beginning to end they were a pleasure to work with. I called first to confirm the vehicle that I was in search of was still available. Bill the manager greeted me warm and welcomed me to come in and take a look at the vehicle. Upon arrive Mark greeted us timely and friendly and lead us back to the vehicles location. The vehicle wasn't ready that day but they did everything quick and fast and by 10 o clock the next morning they were calling saying that it was ready. When we arrived the closing process was the quickest process I have ever experience. If I could give them 10 stars I would I'm glad to have purchased my vehicle from Mark and the Pomoco family.

I had a major engine issue with my grand Cherokee SRT that was originally purchased from Carmax. I had the warranty work completed at this dealership because that is where I always come for service. My vehicle was out of commission for over 30 days but Berna was awesome! She kept me informed every step of the way and ensured I was only responsible for the deductible! This location will always be my first choice and Berna is my favorite! Thanks to all the mechanics and personnel involved in the headaches my SUV caused! Lol

It means a lot when you receive an email from a dealership saying they will give you TOP DOLLAR for your trade. Many times dealership will do this and you show up to find out that this was "Just a Hook." But They Kept Their Word and Did as they said they would do and gave me a GREAT TRADE. Top dollar for my trade and a Great sales price on a 2017 Jeep Unlimited Rubicon. I just hope now that their customer service will be as great as their selling the Jeep to me was! Only time will tell.

We came in to Duncan looking to buy a larger SUV. Wes was the salesman who greeted us. Wes asked us what we were looking for, if we had any particular make or model in mind and if we'd like to trade in our current vehicle. We told Wes we weren't set on any particular SUV. We simply wanted larger than our Kia sportage, 4x4, with storage eoom in the back. We were also looking to trade in out Kia. Wes took our information and invited us to peruse the lot while he had our vehicle appraised for trade.
My boyfriend and I made a trip around the lot and returned back to a Chevy suburban, just brought in. Wes took us for a test drive and we knew this was the SUV for us. After the test drive, we went inside the dealership to talk numbers. After being given the price and payment options, we left to go home and discuss it. We decided we werent comfortable with price or the payments (that were significantly more than my Kia).
Wes followed up via text message the next morning, asking if we had decided to buy. We politely declined, telling him it wasn't going to work for us. Wes asked several questions to determine why the vehicle wasn't right because we had seemed to like it. We told him about our concerns and our need to have a lower monthly payment. During our test drive the day before, we had mentioned we were firefighters. Wes brought that up and stated that Duncan takes care of service members, police, ems and fire.
A few hours later, Wes told us someone else was interested in the SUV, but Wes was still woeking with his supervisor to work out options. An hoir later, he asked us to come in to review some new numbers.
When my boufriend and I returned, Wes and his supervisor had come up with much lower payment options, based off my good credit. They also offered full owed value on my Kia to facilitate an evwn trade in with nothing owed. I was now at a payment $60 less than the previous days. We signed on the spot.
We left the vehicle over the holiday weekend to get detailed. When we wwnt to pick it up, it looked brand new. Full inspection, everything fixes up and polished.
We went to several dealerships before deciding on Duncan. Wes, and his hospitalit,y were the driving factor in our choice to do business with Duncan. All of shared a common nond over service to our communities and shared several war stories over the sale. He was a pleasure to work with and is happily not like most salesman. Duncan is lucky to have him.

Went to leckner Saturday and worked with Adam and Mickey. They were both very helpful and very easy to talk to and work with. We haggled about a price and we met in the middle would definatley go back again.
Called today and spoke to Chris and he was very helpful with setting up a retorque for a DSI warranty even offered me a loaner to have this done. Great job by all. Kim in the finance department was also very kind and helpful!

I had a fantastic experience with the Pomoco team in general, but especially with KP Saunders. I found a used Jeep that I really liked, but was not ready to purchase. There was no pressure to buy and I was welcomed back any time. I came back at a later time to purchase the car and it was a short, smooth process. I will definitely come back for cars in the future. Great customer service without inflated prices. I bought a used car at Checkered Flag Honda last year and it was a horrible experience. Pomoco is definitely my go to dealership.

I drove 2 hrs to the dealership because they had the particular jeep I wanted. Shaban Ghannam was the salesman I worked with through the internet. I called him to confirm my arrival and he had the jeep ready and warmed up when we pulled up. He was very familiar with the vehicle. I think we were there about 3 hrs and the sales manager agreed to match my price to seal the deal. Very clean dealership and a lot of choices on the lot. I left very pleased with my purchase.

The battery icon illuminated on our 2013 Chrysler T&C while returning to Pennsylvania from Florida on interstate 95 in northern Virginia. The first dealer I called, 18.5 miles from our location, was not helpful and was almost rude to me. I then called Boyd. Ms. Rachel Harris, a service advisor, was super friendly and told me that the service department would be ready to diagnose the problem when I arrived. So we turned off all unnecessary electric accessories and stated the 35 mile drive to South Hill, VA. When we arrived Ms. Harris welcomed me and remembered my name. She had the car in the service area within 15 minutes of our arrival. After about an hour she provided an update (initial assessment was either the battery or the alternator but the battery had to be fully recharged before an accurate diagnosis could be made). She recommended having lunch at a great restaurant near by (lunch was great!). When we returned, she told me the alternator failed. She then contacted Chrysler about the extended warranty we purchased. She received confirmation that the warranty was valid and initiated the repair. (There was only one alternator in inventory.....thank goodness.) The repair was completed by Mackenzie Hadley. He is a super nice person and was kind enough to lower the lift so I could get an item out of the car before he completed the repair. While we were waiting Ty Miller, a very nice sales associate, showed/demonstrated the features of a Chrysler Pacifica. His presentation was very thorough (almost 30 minutes) and really enjoyable........even though Ty knew we weren't going to buy a car from him! We were are very appreciative that Rachel and Mackenzie got us back on the road within 3.5 hours of arriving at Boyd. I never expected the outstanding service and personal kindness that the staff at Boyd extended to us as travelers just passing through Virginia. We wish we lived closer to South Hill, VA so I could buy our next car from Boyd!

I have about went crazy trying to get beat in my 2009 Dodge Ram, it is making a knocking noise in my dash and heat cuts off and on. I paid 140 for diagnostic test and was told it was the blender actuator so I said ok I needed my truck the weekend and made the appointment for a Monday. I come back on Monday they take my truck in and put in a new part lol they are frauds the actuator they put in didn't need fixed that piece was brand new !! They come back out and tell me no your truck needs $1,200 in repairs and also I need to fix something in my drivers side manifold, another $1,000 they told my husband they stand by there mechanics, well I don't think the mechanic knew what he was doing !! My truck is in a shop again still trying to get this Ram fixed !! Something isn't right with that shop or the head of the mechanics. I thought a certified Dodge dealer has certified Dodge mechanics ! What the heck are these ppl doing ??
