We had purchased vehicles twice from Whitten MANY years ago. We returned because they were offering by far the best price online for the vehicle we wanted. I have to admit I was skeptical going in. In the past I have had dealers say "Oh, that price included x and y which you are not eligible for." The very first price they gave was exactly the online advertised price with no hidden inflators added. The offered a fair trade value and the deal was done. Mariana our salesperson was patient and professional. I love having a new car but hate buying it, if you know what I mean. This was actually an enjoyable car buying experience.

I apologize for taking so long to write a review. We, {my daughter, two grandchildren and myself), purchased a vehicle in August 2025, with the extraordinary help from Ms. Keila Maria and Mr. Ben Hyde. We were there for almost three hours. They were kind, patient and diligent. I have worked my share of customer service jobs and was 900 percent impressed with this team. They never appeared to be annoyed with the children or because it was taking what seemed like forever. They never gave us the feeling we were wasting their time! We felt we had their undivided attention and they were straight up honest with the details of the sale and the condition of the vehicle. This alone was the major point that helped us to stay at Safford and continue to find a deal without disrupting our budget and they absolutely did just that! They were genuinely concerned with our satisfaction. Will definitely be a return customer!!!

We purchased a car from the dealership and once with the finance person, everyone else left for the day, we signed the paperwork and left with the car. The was on a Saturday. We drove an hour home and noticed we were charged a "200.00 addition" to the vehicle price for a Classic Theft Protection Plan ,that was never explained by anyone at the dealership. On Monday I spoke to Trey about this and was told it comes with all the vehicles and was not optional. My problem was the signature was done on a signature pad so we never saw the actual form. Since this on all your vehicles and is not an option to the buyer it should be explained before you are signing the loan papers. After speaking with the manager and with it being posted on their website, we were able to resolve the issue. Great sales lady and I love my new car.

These two absolutely knocked it out of the park and gave me one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had. From the beginning, Danny and Brad were professional, straightforward, patient, and incredibly easy to work with. They took the time to answer every question I had, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and genuinely worked hard to make the deal happen. At no point did I feel like I was just another number or another sale. What impressed me the most was how much effort they put into taking care of me. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, especially when you’re working through financing, numbers, trade values, and all the other moving pieces, but Danny and Brad made the process as smooth and comfortable as possible. It took days to get the vehicle at the dealership before they could even show it to me. I purchased the car one evening so wasn't able to exactly go around and check things it's a two-year-old car. The very next morning the car wouldnt start. I missed a day of work due to this. The dealership did come get the car and replace the battery. Immediately the car is hesitating during driving making a rattling sound in the wheels up front and a rattling in up under the car in the back. I took it in they tried to charge me almost $300 to take a look at the car that I had just purchased I argued that they didn't end up charging me. Come to find out there were bolts loose on the front axle and the heat shield from the gas tank was falling off broken. After complaining they finally got my car in and fixed the axle bolts and the heat shield but I still had to pay $105 deductible for things that were a safety issue when they initially sold the car to me and they couldn't find the same issue I was talking about with a hesitation of the motor while driving. So I went to an independent mechanic and he diagnosed the car as needing a tune-up new spark plugs and wires and they refuse to replace them telling me that they're 100,000 miles spark plugs in the vehicle. I've been given the runaround since the beginning of getting this car and now I have no recourse because cars are obviously as is but I feel like they sold me a car with issues and refuse to take care of the issue even though they state that it's under warranty but no one can diagnose it there. I would highly suggest not purchasing a vehicle through these guys as they will give you a run around and try to get out of anything that they can do not put money back into a used vehicle that is only 2 years old. I've purchased many vehicles from several different dealerships in the area and this is by far the worst customer service I've received to date.

Horrible customer service! I drove 4 hours round trip yesterday to look at a Jeep and worked directly with Sales Manager Gary, GM Niko, and Anthony. We spent over an hour going back and forth and ultimately agreed on a price. I was approved through financing, but they only had one finance person working on a Saturday, so we couldn’t complete the paperwork that day. Anthony and Gary both told me they would call me later so we could finalize everything over the phone and sign documents at delivery. I specifically asked whether I needed to leave a deposit, and Gary told me that would not be necessary. Anthony even said he had the keys and had already moved the Jeep to the “sold” lot in the back. I never received a call. When I followed up the next morning, I was told the three people I had worked with were off, and the manager on duty, David, informed me they had sold the Jeep to someone else later that night. His only response was “our bad” and that this “happens a lot.” That is extremely disappointing after driving 4 hours and being told the vehicle was secured. If Lindsey Automotive does not have adequate finance staffing on busy days, that should not become the customer’s problem—especially after a price agreement and financing approval. If you are not local and can’t sit in their waiting room for hours, be cautious. Based on my experience, verbal commitments and assurances that a vehicle is “sold” may not actually mean it’s being held for you. Customer service did not feel like a priority here.

Had trans fluid and filter changed. Chysler 300 with 5.7 does not have a trans dipstick because amount of fluid is a function trans temp. Ordered a dipstick tool to measure the trans fluid including temp graph. Trans was severely overfilled. Took back to floyd Chrysler dealer. Service manger is a joke. Young girl who has an attitude problem. Tech told me he added 5 qts fluid but obviously he did not check the fluid level using temp graph. Tried to tell me 35mm was correct when chart said should be 71mm. My trans shows 105 mm. Neither the tech nor the service manager knew anything about the graph. Not good for a chrysler dealership. This graph comes from the service manual. A severely overfilled trans can cause permanent trans damage. Not a professional dealership. Question whether all techs are factory trained. All they had to do was humor me and reduce fluid levels to match the chart and i was happy. But no, they want to argue. Not good customer service. I had a problem at a Chevy dealership and service manager and i sat down and had a conversation and came to a resolution that we both accepted. The Service Manager does not have the skills to be in that position. I would recommend staying away for any repairs. I will buy the pump and remove the excess fluid myself before it damages my trans, if it hasn’t already.
