My service advisor was AJ Phillips and he is efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. He keeps you fully informed throughout the process. In my case a last minute doctor’s appointment came up, and he arranged to have my loaner available the night before my scheduled service, so that I could make the early MD visit. Thanks AJ and Casey for great service. We currently own two BMW’s, both of which were purchased new at Casey.

i’ve been bombarded with calls, texts, and emails requesting i review my recent experience. my jeep was purchased from a dealer in another state. as a new vehicle, it came with free oil changes. when i inquired about making an appointment with this dealership in order to take advantage of this perk in spring of 2022, i was informed that the oil changes could only be honored at the dealership where the jeep was purchased. i went to another dealership that informed me that that was incorrect, that any jeep dealership could have honored that package, as they get reimbursed by mopar. i’ve since used all of those oil changes and have gone on to purchase the mopar oil change packages. i requested an appointment at this dealership only because i needed to get my state inspection done prior to the end of the month and the dealership i’ve used previously could not fit me in before month’s end. during that initial call to books my appointment, i expressed that i had previously purchased an oil change package from mopar, and would be using one of those along with booking the appt for the inspection. i was told i was out of oil changes. it took two people on that call, along with my verbal run down of the date i purchases the package and the subsequent dates i used changes 1 & 2 before they could “verify” that i had one remaining. drop off was smooth, and i followed the directions i was given via phone. text correspondence was exchanged when vehicle was finished and ready for pickup. it was that correspondence when i was told my total included the oil change price. further correspondence (upon me stating i had the package deal leftover) stated that that couldn’t be seen. it was “found” and it was honored, so i do appreciate that. upon picking up the vehicle, the precious inspection sticker was taken off with the residue still on the windshield, but the new sticker is in a different place. not a huge deal, but an inconvenience for me to have to further scrape off the sticky residue. more importantly, it is confusing to me as to why i have to be adamant about the oil change package in order for it to magically show up. i’m unsure if that’s intentional, and i would hope not, but it had been a constant inconvenience in order for it to show up and be reflected on my account.

The experiences I have had with Mile One and Hall Nissan VB have been highly exceptional. My parents purchased my daughter a brand new vehicle in September 2023. Although I wasn't apart of that, my parents have relayed how thrilled they are with the purchasing experience. Fast forward to this week I noticed my daughter was due for service on her vehicle. I contacted Mile One who handles this for Hall Nissan VB. Brandi was very patient, pleasant and knowledgeable with all the questions I had. She was able to accommodate my pick up time request for early in the morning the very next day. What I loved the most about the service was the constant contact you receive. I got a text message when they left Hall and was on the way to pick up the vehicle along with a tracker so I knew exactly where they were at all times. While in route I received a 10 minute and 3 minute alert advising me where they were. Once they promptly arrived Jasper and Robert were professional and accommodating. I advised them I desperately needed the vehicle back by a certain time and they promised me they would alert the technicians and try their best to make it happen. And to my surprise I received the vehicle back within 2 hours as promised in perfect condition and service allowing my daughter was able to get to her school practice in time. Overall I am thankful for the pick up and delivery service Hall offers. 10/10 ... highly recommend.

We needed to get 4 new tires installed and balanced, an oil change and an alignment due to uneven wear. We were quoted a time of 2-2.5 hours and arrived 5 minutes early for our appointment. We checked in, handed everything over for service and decided to utilize the courtesy shuttle to get lunch while we waited. The shuttle driver was amazing-very personable and professional and ensured we had contact info so we would have a way to get back. We enjoyed lunch and contacted Nicole via text message as we were directed to do approximately 1 hour after our appointment start time. We received no response. We waited for over 30 minutes before we contacted the shuttle driver who had dropped us off. She responded immediately and told us she was on the way. Within minutes of that communication, Nicole said she was “sending” the driver…who knows how long it would have been if we hadn’t called her ourselves. By the time we returned to the dealership, it had been approximately 2 hours since our appointment start. We found chairs in the waiting room and enjoyed some of the water in the lobby. Approximately 30 min later, I received an automated text letting me know that our multi-point inspection had found two items that needed to be addressed. Seeing as we were coming up on time we would need to depart to relieve our childcare, we declined the services for today and I asked for an update via text on when our car would be ready. It was approximately 2.5 hours after our appt at this time. We received no response for 15 min at which point I decided to follow up in person with Nicole. When I spoke to her, asking for an update, she gave no estimate, nor made any effort to contact the service team. She only told us that we would be contacted by text when it was ready. However, when I mentioned that I had not been receiving responses to my texts, at least not in a timely manner, Nicole gave me excuses about being on the phone with another client when I tried reaching out for the shuttle pickup (over 30 minutes seems like a long phone call, but I have no reason to doubt her word), and that she had been away from her desk when I texted for an update (I know this one was at least partially untrue because I saw her at her desk when I first walked in and she only walked away as I was approaching her station). I returned to the lobby where my husband was waiting and after an additional 30 minutes (3 hours after appt time) he went and asked for an update, explaining our childcare deadline, and he was told it would only be 30 min more. At least that estimate was finally accurate-4 hours after we arrived for our appt, we finally had our vehicle back and ready to depart. We departed as quickly as possible, but were still a full 40 minutes late in relieving our childcare, thereby incurring overtime costs. We are satisfied with the service we received and definitely pleased with the shuttle service, especially the driver, and the lobby amenities. However, Nicole’s customer service was completely subpar and the extended time for service beyond what we were quoted without updates was unacceptable. Had we had a more realistic expectation for the timing (which should have been communicated by Nicole), we would have made arrangements that wouldn’t have caused conflicts for our childcare.
