We're very pleased with the used truck we purchased. While, initially upset, when we found shortly after leaving the dealership on a Sunday, in the middle of a holiday weekend, that we had no air conditioner, Jose was quick to respond and to set up a schedule to have the problem corrected. Hopefully, they learned something about ensuring all systems on used vehicles perform as expected before leaving the lot, and, I ensure you, we learned that lesson on any future purchase. All in all, the staff at Chev of WW were great to deal with, and to work through our issue with, so I would definitely consider purchasing from them again.

I brought my Chevy Bolt in for service and picked (tire rotation and general maintenance. I started on my way home and a check car light came on. I called and they squeezed in a quick check the same day. Diagnostic said the AC was failing. They couldn’t service until after the weekend, but were able to get the job done a few days later. All good as new. The work was under warranty so no charge and they came and picked me up from my home!

Scheduled for a recall. Given a 1 hour by the GMC rep who Scheduled it. Sat for 40 mins and went outside for some air. Walked around the building to hear my horn honking. Worker opened the door and I asked if he was just then bringing it in. He stated he just got the ticket! Said it would be another half hour. Sat again for 45 minutes and went back outside to see my car sitting with the keys in it and a bunch of employees just yapping. Walked up and told him the keys were in it and I was leaving! One message texted to me when I arrived and none after! Would not recommend to anyone I know! I have a trusted mechanic and only went for the recall! Something caused by the manufacturer and not me! Should have been bending over backwards for that! Left so mad and told have a nice day!

They had my truck in for repair atleast 10 times and have never fixed the original issues. Charged my warranty $15,000 and never informed me of the costs to delicate repair importance. Pulled the wool over my eyes and now I'm left with a truck with problems and no more warranty. These people are scam artists. I would strongly, strongly recommend not to buy here or definitely not take your vehicle to their shop. They sold me a lemon of a truck and now won't stand behind it.
