They took everything I wanted seriously and got straight to work. It was straight to the point and in and out in less than an hour. No scams. No xxxxxxxx add on fees. I honestly have never delt with a better dealership before. I'll be going back for my wifes new vehicle here soon. Don't waste your time anywhere else.

Standard 30,000 mile service was excellent. Drove into the new facility drop off bay and was greeted immediately. After checking in my wheel lock key for tire rotation I was ushered to the brand new waiting room with comfy furniture and an eye-popping 75 inch video wall. Coffee machine and add-ons better than dealerships downtown. Its really coming together for Kendall in Marysville: the people, the technicians (including video inspections emailed afterward), and the convenience, beauty and functionality of their new location - a super upgrade for Chevrolet drivers and buyers!

This dealership over promises and under delivers. They promise and promise they will take care of everything you need. Instead they lie and treat their customers like crap. We absolutely love our truck we bought. We wish we would have never bought our truck from this dealership. Amanda in finance is fantastic, John in service is great as well, Richy our salesman was also nice to work with. The rest of the employees are rude, condescending, and disrespectful. We were promised we would be taken care of and that all our needs would be met. None of our needs have been met. We kept trying to work with everyone. At this point we just keep being disappointed. If this is how they treat someone who buys a brand new truck I can only imagine how they treat other customers!

First off my husband and I only went through with the sale because we couldn’t find the vehicle we wanted anywhere els, but the experience we had here with the owners son Josh Webb was terrible when we made the deal he shook my husbands hand and said “finally” I thought that was absolutely disrespectful. Especially because this was an easy sale he didn’t have to even show us a car. We came in knew exactly what we wanted it all just came down to making a deal and what was going to work with our finances at the end of the day. When it was all said and done the original payment that we calculated on our own was the one that actually came out to be not the one he showed us. I am a huge believer on experience and I would never recommend someone to this dealership specifically on the way he just did not care about even selling us a car. Both times my husband interacted with him he just did not want to be there and he made that very clear. The guy in finance (forgot his name) was nice and pleasant he made up for some of it but I would say our experience with Josh was so terrible I don’t think anything would of made up for it.
