Dale my salesperson is very attentive in matching my needs and wants. He is very personable. Ted and Don are always available for support. This became very evident when I left the dealship with my new SUV. I was one of those rare new car buys that had trouble on my way home from the dealership. I was stuck on an exit ramp about 6 miles from the dealship when I called Dale. Within 15 minutes of th call Dale showed up to rescue me, unfortunitly the problem require more than road side assistance.So Dale gave me the keys to his car and asked me to drive back to the dealship. Dale stayed with my SUV and waited for the tow truck. Upon arrival at the dealership Don to apoligize and brought me over to Ted who gave me keys for a nice car to drive until my SUV could be fixed. My Suv was fixed and it happened very smoothly, Don met me in the parking lotand we walked into the dealership where Ted handed me my fob and I was off.
In my mind the way a situation shows the integrityof the people you work with. In this case I don't believe it could have been done any better.

Doyle, 12,000.00, adding up repair prices now at 7,500.00 and car on children's 1st day of school would not run. This dealer, along with Ford dealer in Wisconsin Rapids, WI are thieves, no other word for them. Shame on them. What goes around, comes around. Shame on you.

2019 Ford F150 Lariat Truck - New Truck
We are pleased with everything! Don was able to get the truck we wanted in short time. We are learning all the new features of our truck. We love driving it. Don has been absolutely wonderful as a sales person. He answered our ton of questions and showed us many of the new features. There was a little problem with the windshield, and Don took care of it right away. We feel like any time we have a question or problem, we can call or email Don for help. Dahl Auto is the place to go! Life is good!

I bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze 2 years ago from ECFLQ. We walked in ready to shop around, but immediately were told "we have the right car for you". I asked if we had an "S" on our forehead (for sucker). Little did I know how right I was! They had told us that the service dept. had replaced the engine gasket when the car was brought in. I just had to have it replaced again. Either the service dept at ECFLQ are idiots, or we were told a lie. There is no way a head gasket should go out in 2 year. I have had problems with a thermostat that was causing the coolant in the overflow tank to boil. That had to be replaced. I understand fully what "maintenance" means and I am more than willing to keep up on my car, but this is ridiculous. Besides that, I still owe over $8,000 on the car while the blue book is $3600. It could not have depreciated that much in 2 years, it was already used. They made a killing on this car, and I'm sure we aren't the only ones. I will never recommend them to anyone. I am so disappointed.

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership! All they want to do is make a sale and make you disappear. Terrible customer service, sold is a warranty that we can’t use and sold us a new truck that has issues that we were not told about and they have no interest in trying to work with us and keeping happy customers.

Sales does not listen and tries to upsell you an overpriced vehicle. Dollar signs for eyeballs. Cute commercials but they are total fiction. Dealership is run like a puppy mill. I feel sorry for the very few ethical employees they do have for having to work there.

Went in looking for an Escape. The sales man was great. But sat down with Steve in finance. He was on his phone the whole time. Didn't seem to care to answer my questions. He was very disengaged. So, I went to Toycen and bought my new Escape.

I had called and spoke with Amy. She was super great!! My car needed so much in repairs and I had told her I was thinking about not getting it repaired because the car was nickel and diming me. She told me I should still come in because you might be able to buy this car from me and use it towards getting into a new vehicle. She was right, I went in and ended up leaving in a brand new car (which I love) She even called me a couple days after the fact just to make sure I was taken care. I have never had that kind of customer service before. I have sent a couple people your way and 2 of them have also purchased vehicles. I was dreading cominh in and now I am so glad. Thank you Amy

I was never treated so badly as I was there. I they didn't want my business I wish they would have said so up front. I went to another dealership and got the same vehicle for Half the payment and 10 points lower I=on the finance interest. I will never go back

I had engine trouble while in Door County and a local garage recommended that I call Witt to repair it as it was a certified Ford dealer and service center. The work was done quickly and they even repaired a hose that had a crack, other than the original problem. The repairs cost more than originally told they would be but I had to get back down to my home.I questioned them about the repairs as I had been told by the local garage that it would require more than what the service center said it needed and was assured that they saw this problem many times in my type of Ford and it would be fine. There was a 12 mo/12,000 mile warranty that they now refuse to honor and it has only been 10 weeks and 4200 miles!
I have been told by my certified mechanic near my home that now my vehicle will need a head replaced or a used engine put into my truck because the repair done by Witt Service Center was wrong and the threads are stripped and the spark plug hole is now oval. I am without a vehicle, I cannot afford another costly repair and Witt Service Center is saying oh well. Tough Luck!
I feel I was over charged for the repair, the repair was done poorly and incorrectly and I was lied to.
In 40+ years of owning vehicles and having them repaired, this is the very worst service I have ever encountered and I will not ever take my vehicle to this dealership again!
