I'm giving 4 stars for my overall experience as we had to wait awhile to get the financing done (Which was more our credit union's fault). But 5 stars for the individuals we worked with (Shane and Tony). Customer service was excellent. We will definitely be going back to Kayser for future Ford purchases.

Tom Heidenfelder, our sales consultant at Scaffidi Motors, was very knowledgeable concerning the vehicles we were interested in. Cannot be easy to stay current about the features of all the vehicles that are sold by Scaffidi, but he was. All our questions were answered to our satisfaction.
When we took delivery of the vehicle, Tom spent over two hours and covered everything about this very complex unit. Only had a few questions in the days following and he was very quick and helpful to respond to those questions.
Also, would like to than Kathy and Tammy. They both are very cordial and a pleasure to work with.

I recently purchased a new Ford Escape, from Dahl Ford, Onalaska WI. This is the second new Escape that I have purchased from Dahl in the last three years. The salesman, Dan, on both sales, did a great job. Dan was personable as well as accommodating in ensuring that I got exactly the vehicle that I wanted at what I considered a fair price. I have bought several vehicles here. John Newman , Don Chesboro treat me like family. They go out of their way to help you and always do things in a timely manner. In this case I purchased a F150 in 2017 and decided I liked a 2017 F250 they detailed it and were already completing the paperwork when I arrived, they also gave me a very good trade value on my F150. the finance department had my transaction completed in about 15 minutes afterwards John Newman went over the entire vehicle and answered any questions I had. I will always recommend them and will always buy there.

Nick had comparable car sales information. We quickly arrived at a price in the overlap of the ranges. Straightforward. No hassles. Nice experience.

I had called and spoke with Amy. She was super great!! My car needed so much in repairs and I had told her I was thinking about not getting it repaired because the car was nickel and diming me. She told me I should still come in because you might be able to buy this car from me and use it towards getting into a new vehicle. She was right, I went in and ended up leaving in a brand new car (which I love) She even called me a couple days after the fact just to make sure I was taken care. I have never had that kind of customer service before. I have sent a couple people your way and 2 of them have also purchased vehicles. I was dreading cominh in and now I am so glad. Thank you Amy
NO NOT BRING YOUR LINCOLN HERE - gr8dsn
DO NOT Bring your Lincoln to Schmit Brothers. Brough my wife car to them to have the transmission cooler replaced under warrantee. Then brought it back to have the transmission replaced. I understand that front bumper cover ( basically the whole cosmetic pieces across the front of the car ) had to be removed to do the work. I brought the fit of the front bumper to the attention when picking up the car. The center of the bumper is now ¾" lower than the hood and the corners where it clips to the fenders are separated from the fenders. Was told by the service guy that just the way it is. Now a few weeks down the road the whole under side came off ... stopped by them again and was told basically is a plastic splash guard that is not needed .... really??????? This thing weighs 20+ pounds and is not made of plastic, its fiberglass, metal and has ductwork connecting to it. They OBVIOUSLY have no clue what they are doing over there. They don't even rate one star .....

So disappointed because we've had 2 really good experiences with Ballweg, but the third was a disaster. We purchased a "gently used", low mileage Dodge Caravan and within 2.5 years had spent over $7,000 dollars in repairs. When we took it to a Dodge dealership for more repairs they found major damage caused by an accident the first owner had (we were told it had been in a "minor fender bender") We were assured the van had been thoroughly inspected and was in great working other. The staff at the Dodge dealership said there was absolutely "no way" it had been thoroughly inspected because there were "obvious and glaring problems" the vehicle sustained in the accident. The Dodge dealership (service center) took pictures, spoke with Ballweg, faxed and emailed Ballweg information (at Ballweg's request). I even went as far as to call the D.O.T in South Carolina to try and obtain an accident report from the accident. My calls to Ballweg were bounced around from person to person. "Let me have you talk to my manager", "I'll have the owner return your call"... Each time it was someone new and basically in the the end I was told, you bought a used car. That's the risk you take, s*** happens.

DISGUSTING! Taking advantage of an elderly man by bullying him into a car he clearly cannot afford is just sickening! Steve – your business manager – has no business being in your business! That man is as crooked as your business is. Telling my uncle he doesn’t need to pay for insurance on a financed car just to make him think he can afford it! Swearing and cursing at my relatives charged with my uncle’s care – where does Link Ford find their employees? Why does Link Ford employ people like their business manager Steve? You say you are dedicated to your customers and your community – that is laughable – you only care about the money you are making off every person that walks in your door. You couldn’t care less about your customers – it’s all about how much money you are going to put in your pocket. Your business manager Steve was well aware that my uncle cannot afford a car – he is elderly and doesn’t think straight much anymore, but Steve was right there needling the last dime out a senior citizen’s pocket and telling him what a “great deal” he was giving him. Tell me Steve, is your “great deal” going put food on his table or pay for his heat and electricity? Is your “great deal” going to pay for car insurance – oh wait – you said he doesn’t need insurance! I doubt Steve or Link Ford for that matter will lose any sleep over this but my uncle sure will - he will be sleeping in the “great deal” you bullied him into because he won’t be able to pay for his home. Anyone contemplating buying a car from this dealership should run…..run as fast as you can - their “Solution Experts” are nothing more than xxxxx in a suit. They don’t care about you or your community.

I was never treated so badly as I was there. I they didn't want my business I wish they would have said so up front. I went to another dealership and got the same vehicle for Half the payment and 10 points lower I=on the finance interest. I will never go back

I had engine trouble while in Door County and a local garage recommended that I call Witt to repair it as it was a certified Ford dealer and service center. The work was done quickly and they even repaired a hose that had a crack, other than the original problem. The repairs cost more than originally told they would be but I had to get back down to my home.I questioned them about the repairs as I had been told by the local garage that it would require more than what the service center said it needed and was assured that they saw this problem many times in my type of Ford and it would be fine. There was a 12 mo/12,000 mile warranty that they now refuse to honor and it has only been 10 weeks and 4200 miles!
I have been told by my certified mechanic near my home that now my vehicle will need a head replaced or a used engine put into my truck because the repair done by Witt Service Center was wrong and the threads are stripped and the spark plug hole is now oval. I am without a vehicle, I cannot afford another costly repair and Witt Service Center is saying oh well. Tough Luck!
I feel I was over charged for the repair, the repair was done poorly and incorrectly and I was lied to.
In 40+ years of owning vehicles and having them repaired, this is the very worst service I have ever encountered and I will not ever take my vehicle to this dealership again!
