I cannot review much THIS time. I took my car in as part of a recall by Lincoln. They called me promptly (like they said they would) when they had the parts in stock to fix the brake problem. Fully a month passed after I received the recall notice from Ford until they were able to get the parts I needed, but that's a reflection on Ford, not on Gordie Boucher's dealership in Janesville. I was treated very courteously, the work was done very quickly, I paid nothing, and I am very happy.

Three years ago we purchased a Ford Fusion Hybrid from Kunes Delavan. Great car, literally the best car I have ever owned. We also purchased a 3 yr extended warranty. Two weeks after the warranty ran out the display info screen went blank. I contacted Kunes and they said they would NOT fix the screen. As a note of importance, we never used the extended warranty that cost about $2000. Not once. So, Kunes thought it would be great customer service to deny us a repair/extension of 2 weeks even though they had our $2000 for extended warranty that we never used. I fixed it for $70 myself.

I have bought two trucks now from Eau Claire Ford. Both times have been great with no pressures to buy and no pressure from the sales team. This last time I bought a USED 2016 F150 and on the way home after buying, it overheated. I drove it back, they gave me a car to use so I could get back home. They fixed the overheating issue and drove an hour to deliver the truck to me the next day. They treated me very well and didnt BS me when issues came about. I got a new water pump and a new hose installed. Keep in mind tjis is a used truck with no warrenty. They stood behind the truck and me as a customer and didn't charge me a penny. I will be going back to them for my next vehicle when that time comes.

I had an 8:45 a.m appointment on 03/23/2021 for 2 recalls on my vehicle. When I called to schedule the girl told me she would "give me an 8:45 and get me in right away in the morning" so I brought my truck there and left it overnight. Before I left work at 3:00 I called the service department and they stated that it would be done at approximately 4:00 and I would be called when it was ready. At 4:45 I again called the service department but had to leave a message and was informed the service department closes at 6:00. At 5:50 I once again called the service department to find out my truck was actually finished! I had borrowed a vehicle for the day and had been under the assumption that an 8:45 a.m appointment meant that I would have my truck back that same day! With 10 minutes until close and my borrowed vehicle returned, I had no way to get from Appleton to Neenah in 10 minutes. Having not received a call throughout the day with an update (I had to call them 3 times) I had no vehicle for work this morning, therefore having to walk the mile to work (thank goodness it wasn't raining). I was informed that an 8:45 a.m appointment only means that they will work on your vehicle "when a technician with the capability and skill set" is available, but if you are there waiting for your vehicle they do it right away. I feel so disrespected! Our small business that has purchased fleet and personal vehicles only from Bergstrom for the past 20 years will never purchase from Bergstrom again.

Joe Witt and his buddy Bryan Compe are thieves and liars! Don’t buy from them. I bought a used truck from them and had problems with the truck less then 24 hrs after purchase. After further inspection I found that the nut for the upper ball joint was missing. I called them and they were not willing to help. I had to get vehicle tow set up. Once I arrived at the dealership I asked for a refund considering they sold me a vehicle they said was safe and inspected. They sell junk and have no integrity. Avoid them at all costs if u value your hard earned money!

I had engine trouble while in Door County and a local garage recommended that I call Witt to repair it as it was a certified Ford dealer and service center. The work was done quickly and they even repaired a hose that had a crack, other than the original problem. The repairs cost more than originally told they would be but I had to get back down to my home.I questioned them about the repairs as I had been told by the local garage that it would require more than what the service center said it needed and was assured that they saw this problem many times in my type of Ford and it would be fine. There was a 12 mo/12,000 mile warranty that they now refuse to honor and it has only been 10 weeks and 4200 miles!
I have been told by my certified mechanic near my home that now my vehicle will need a head replaced or a used engine put into my truck because the repair done by Witt Service Center was wrong and the threads are stripped and the spark plug hole is now oval. I am without a vehicle, I cannot afford another costly repair and Witt Service Center is saying oh well. Tough Luck!
I feel I was over charged for the repair, the repair was done poorly and incorrectly and I was lied to.
In 40+ years of owning vehicles and having them repaired, this is the very worst service I have ever encountered and I will not ever take my vehicle to this dealership again!
