I had a great experience purchasing my Hybrid Ford Maverick. Justin, our sales associate, was relaxed and knowledgeable. Everyone there was helpful during our purchasing experience. My Maverick runs great - I am getting mileage 45-50 mpg (I am a conservative driver). Even though this was a used vehicle, it is in like new condition. This truck is a great option for a short person, low enough you can still climb in but taller than my matrix so visibility is greatly improved. Lots of storage, and options available in the market place and thru the dealer for personalization. Feels solid on the road. I love that the rear windows open completely and there are plenty of airbags for safety.

This was the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. Guillermo was very friendly and not pushy…at all. And, he actually knew about the vehicles I was looking at. He was patient with my questions and transparent while working through the purchase. Amar, (Sales manager I think) was also great. There were no hidden cost games and he was up-front with what he could and couldn’t do in regards to price. And, no pressure with him either. Finally, Cameron (finance) made the paperwork process easy. Everything that was discussed with Guillermo and Amar was the same when I worked with Cameron. No games and no surprises. He did review extended warranty options but in a way that was informative and actually helpful. When he was done explaining, he made a recommendation but it wasn’t a sales pitch or scare tactic. As a result, I actually purchased an extended warranty (first time ever) at a price that I felt was very fair. After all is said and done, I walked out of there excited about my purchase, which is the way it should be.

I recently took my 2013 Chevrolet Malibu for an oil change. The service I received was great except for one of the Porters. I was trying to have a conversation with the service writer, and the Porter, Robert, kept poking his nose into the conversation so I had a harder time understanding the Service Writer. And this is not the first time that Robert was interfering with myself and the Service Writer. I had to have a new battery installed in my car and I was offered a ride home, but since my husband also works there as a Porter, he just let me take his truck home. I wish that they would do something about Robert though. He was very annoying.

Bought a used Audi S7 from Audi North Shore. My overall purchase experience was excellent. I was a bit apprehensive at first but my salesperson, Adam, was patient with me and answered all my questions over the period of 5 days. He really went out of his way and I appreciate that. He even put me in contact with the service advisor, Seth, to answer some service questions I had on the vehicle. When it came time to make a decision, Adam was unavailable so I finished things up with Paul who was also very helpful. Overall a great experience at Audi North Shore and I look forward to possibly working with them in the future for my next car purchase. A+++
