I told Deanna what was going on and I had been given the run around at a lot of other dealerships. A brand-new car was very important to me. I have spent the last two years in an immense amount of pain due to a car accident that happened two years ago. I broke my neck due to the negligence of someone else. I had to have a 12-hour complicated surgery and spent a long time in the ICU. Having this vehicle that I can see out of, and feeling big on the road was very important to me as I suffer from PTSD. I spent a long time working so hard to save money, for what I wanted. After being left empty handed by a dozen of dealerships, it made me upset that I was in this point of my life of being able to have some good in it for other places to take the joy of buying my dream vehicle from me. Deanna changed that. She took me in with welcoming arms and found a vehicle that was better and to my standards. They are very flexible with time. Also, if there was a vehicle you wanted, they could find you one that matches what you are looking for if it was not on the lot. I sat with Billy to go over money, cost, and putting a deposit down. He cut to the chase very quick, no crazy extra fees like those predatory dealerships try to charge the customer. I had paperwork signed, within an hour and picked it up the next day with it clean and a full tank of gas. They are very family oriented, and I will forever buy from here. I drove an hour and forty minutes, and I would do it again! We were able to do a lot of things over the phone; they worked with me and did NOT waste my time. They stood on and delivered what they promised. I will recommend them to everyone! I have cried tears of joy that now, I get to move on from the most devasting day of my life, in a new vehicle and a new start.

I was not looking to buy on this day. Immediately, Gregg Guetzlaff, approached me on the lot, but not in a pushy way. He said, look around and see if you find what you may be interested in, and he gave me a little time to look. A few minutes later he returned and we began to talk like an old high school buddy that I hadn't seen in years! He asked for details about the perfect vehicle for me and I told him. While he showed me vehicles that matched my needs and what kind of deal it would take to get me in my perfect vehicle, he continued speaking with me like an old friend. From there, the process was quick, but not overwhelming, as he introduced me to others in the dealership, that would accommodate my needs. All were friendly and professional! Greg Guetzlaff did an amazing job and was just like a friend who was more interested in filling my needs rather than being a car salesman!

Kenny and Marlos were absolutely amazing. Kenny Beasley was our salesman and he made the process so smooth, pulled the car immediately and walked me through all car features. Marlos immediately started working on my power of attorney and had all the paperwork ready to sign in a matter of 30 minutes. Kenny had patience with me and my two screaming children, allowing me to feel comfortable in my decision. I highly recommend if you are military, dealing with a POA, or just wanting a good experience.

Shannon was just super nice right from the first phone call and treated me like a friend when we met. Shannon handled all the paperwork and ensure I had copies of everything. Also the finance manager Robert Koon the State of Alabama Hall of Fame boxing 🥊 Champion was very nice to meet as well and he handled the financing perfectly. The entire staff were just awesome it was kinda funny because even as I left to bring vehicle home a light appeared on dash and I was alarmed and an unknown salesman walked out seeing I was having difficulty and he looked and saw I had a door ajar causing the light to come on we both laughed about that and everything of course was fine. Five years of awesome service and now a fantastic buying experience! Moved to Albertville five years ago and the service team at G&B have always taken wonderful care of both my 2007 Expedition (mom-mobile when my three sons – with their gear/etc – were growing up) and of me. Seth and Ricky can always be counted on to be there with a smile and honest explanations no matter the time of day – thanx guys! When it came time this week to finally move forward with a smaller vehicle for just me, everyone at the dealership made the difficult transition (seventeen years is a long time!!) a smooth and, believe it or not, exciting experience.
