My current MINI, a 2024 Cooper S Clubman, and last, a 2016 Clubman were purchased here. Pricing is fair. Trade-in values have been very good / generous. No old school high-pressure, hold you hostage sales tactics like the major auto group on the South Shore. Ivo Petrov, the GM, is reasonable and amiable. He had been Finance Manager. I worked with him in that capacity to purchase an extended Maintenance Contract on the 2024 Clubman. Service here is fantastic. Kevin Cowden, Service Manager, is a longtime employee who gets to know his customers and takes good care of them. The same is true of Service Advisor, George Derjani. I have gone to MINI of Rockland for everything related to the Maintenance and Repair of both Clubmans; oil changes, batteries, inspections, even detailing. Video evidence and up-front pricing is always given for every repair or recommended service. Work doesn't proceed until you give approval. I can always get a fresh loaner when needed. And my car is always washed before it's returned to me. I trust the service team, and the technicians are MINI / BMW experts. I won't Service my MINI anywhere else. AndvI won't buy my next one anywhere else.
