Ussa was great to work with. Tossed in some free upgraded floor mats and took the time to install them himself. Cat was spotless with a full tank when I picked it up. I went in with a number in mind and it didn’t take a ton of back and forth to get there. I could have pushed for more off the car but honestly the price was what I considered fair almost immediately. I expect going forward that the quality of the dealership will remain the same and would recommend it for the short list if someone was looking for a Lexus.

I know some of you might look at all the other 5 star ratings and think this was probably just a bunch of paid shills or AI bots but I ASSURE you, all those reviews are genuine. Chris cares about the customer first and will give you the best deal possible. I flew 2500 miles to buy a car from him thinking the car I wanted was too good to be true…well, it wasn’t and every bit as good as Chris told me over the phone. Even allowed me to do a PPI, no qualms, and the inspecting party thought it was a great deal. Chris and Washington Street Motors are the real deal.
