Additionally, Logan was less than friendly. I'll be purchasing my next Jeep elsewhere. I had considered going to you, but the dealer that is helping with the paint issue has been fantastic so they'll get my business.

I bought this car (2014 ford explorer sport) and have had nothing put problems from day one. Shame on me for not looking it over better. The touch screen didn’t work, however I didn’t even know it was a touch screen until I realized I couldn’t do necessary things without it. So they put in a different/used touchscreen. It worked however I couldn’t control the bass on the radio. It’s way too high for my liking. He promised me another one, every time I called he said it was on its way or would be here at the end of the week. This went on for months. After a while I just gave up. I realized he was just stringing me along. The salesman was great. The kid in charge of service not so much. The car in general is the worst car I’ve ever bought.

He could not have been more gracious to me. During the process, he educated me about trade-in values and how to research what my car was worth online. He always told me that "I should have the car that I want". Bob was very patient while I worked my way through the car-buying process. I would highly recommend him for his knowledge, skill, and gentlemanly manner of dealing with his customers.

I am not friends or a relative of anyone here and was asked to leave a review with no request for a positive one. I've read enough fake ones to know to be suspicious of very positive reviews - but THIS one was earned. After a very dishonest salesmen in my recent review mirror, I was very cagey going into Nu Car of North Attleboro for a used Rav4. I explained on the phone to Manny that I wanted to use my own credit union for financing, not through them. After he checked with the manager Manny said "We don't usually do that, but he said it's okay." The RAV4 I saw in the ad listing was still available and my saleman, Pat Corrigan, was a straightforward, no nonesense salesman, i.e. not really a salesman at all. His card says Client Advisor. That's actually how he was. He didn't pepper me with questions to size up my desperation, he didn't become my new best friend, he didn't laugh at my jokes, (even though they were fantastic) and he provided all the information I needed. Can I get a full-sized spare tire on a rim? No, not at this price point. Can I get another key fob for free? Not at this price point. Straightforward, but polite. I was rusty at buying a car, paranoid from my experiance at Bristol Toyota, and juggling three schedules so I was, unintentionally, an annoying customer. Pat was very professional about that. When I couldn't meet him for our appointment to accompany me in the Rav4 to my local mechanic to have him put it up on the lift and check Nu Car's assertion there were no forseeable problems, Pat offered to drive it there himself to let my mechanic inspect it, and then he did. 14 miles one way and 14 miles back. Never had a dealer rep do THAT before. My mechnic said it was as just they stated - nothing needed any repair, and there were no forseeable repairs upcoming. A few days earlier a saleman at another Toyota dealer in MA, after fighting me tooth and nail to not finance with my credit union, but with them, tried to convince me to sign a Purchase & Sale contract with the financer information left blank. He said they could only fill it in AFTER I had signed - i.e. committed myself to buying their SUV. I found that very, very sinister. So I read EVERYTHING I signed at Nu Car during closing, dragging it out to three hours. But at the end I knew everything they promised was in there, in writing. My new (to me) 2018 Rav 4 feels and drives like a new car. I wish I'd started my search here.

She is an amazing service writer—professional, communicative, and truly dedicated to making sure her customers are taken care of. The mechanics behind the scenes are equally wonderful. It’s clear they take pride in their work and do their best to keep my Jeep running perfectly. For this visit, I had an oil change and tire rotation; I was incredibly impressed to be in and out in just about an hour. I don't normally comment on dealers around but I have to on this one. Please be aware of what you buy. Make sure you check your car underneath check tires, brakes, rotors, everything. I had a bad experience with a pickup truck 2017 GMC Sierra that I bought and I end up fixing a lot of problems with this truck that I did not have when I bought it. Everything was normal until the week went by and the problem started coming out. Also I knew there was something going. The Ambien at the dealership was so bad. You could feel the heaviness I'd call once to get something repaired and I noticed there was a lot of drop it off and blah blah blah but I will never get a second car from this place. There was so much rust on the bottom that I had to fix myself. Looks like the car was dipped in the sea and brought back to life in order to sell so please be aware check your car from back to front and bottom. This place should be reported to the consumer and review.

I won’t do business with this dealership again! Just to be clear, this is a NEW dealership in Manchester owned by Bertera. Bertera Nissa in Manchester was MIA once the check cleared.

Dont buy the over priced extended warranty and honestly don’t buy from them at all. Checked to see if they were still in business as we are getting ready to trade in the over priced turd they sold us. Unfortunately they are still scamming people. Drove from Maine to Mass to look at what looked like a decent low mile Suburban. Looked decent at first but after a test drive, I did an in depth look around the vehicle. They let me test drive it without any air intake on it. Wide open throttle body. Leaking transmission lines. Many scratches that could be buffed out. Breaks were squeaky so I mentioned that. I noted all of these issues as well as the interior being filthy. Also noted a slight lifter tick but that wasn’t overly concerning as it only had 87k on it. They said they would address all of these things. Thankfully they did put the air intake back on. They cleaned the transmission line. Not replaced. So it’s been leaking since we got it. No interior detailing done at all. Had to do the breaks within a year of purchase. They never did them. They buffed the exterior but it was poorly done. Buff marks everywhere and none of the scratches were addressed and the clear coat on the hood was clearly lacking or missing entirely because my hood began to fade within a year. Now for the best part. Went to use to warranty for the AC which went out after a year and should have been covered. Direct Auto never filed the paperwork. And after calling over 10 times and fighting with the warranty company as well, I filed with the BBB and Direct Auto never responded. We paid almost 4k for this warranty and never got to use it Even though we needed it. Now at only 137k on a typically reliable engine, the crank and rear main seals have gone out on it and it’s running rough despite proper regular maintenance. Absolutely never buy from them. We are upside down by alot. Also I found our trade in about a week later listed for twice what they gave us! A %100 mark up and they refused to budge on their price and refused to give us any of the trade in value in cash. You’ve been warned.
