Hi all my wife and I just purchased a new 2500 HD from Boyd. It was our first time at the dealership nice clean and organized placed. I have purchased quite few vehicles in my 70 years and had a great experience. I connected with Chuck hitch told him what I wanted to look at and he had it ready and waiting upon our arrival. The rear hatch on my SRX wouldn’t open any more. I took it to a Cadillac dealership who advised me that the issue was un-fixable as the necessary part was no longer available. In desperation, I called Randy Marion Cadillac for a second opinion. The receptionist connected me with Danny who knew what my problem was even before I had the chance to tell him I already knew. They fixed the problem with a brand new part and cleaned my car so well, my wife yelled at me for buying new rims. Danny was personable, knowledgable and responsive. Since he was able to save me some money from the original quote (one of the parts turned out to be unnecessary), he offered to also repair another issue (strong salesman’s skills). I couldn’t be happier. Kudos to senior management for running a tight ship, Danny my advisor and to the mechanics. Nice job !

This dealership had my truck in their shop for over 21 - davidcross

This dealership had my truck in their shop for over 21 weeks between October 30th of 2024 and May 22nd of 2025, originally brought in for a simple timing chain replacement. They installed a brand new factory engine with a full 100K mile warranty (that I had to pay for!), and it still leaks oil and has the check engine light on. This is incredible that GMC factory certified mechanics at the GMC dealership can't fix the problems on a GMC truck, after over five months of working on it. GMC customer service says they cant help in any way, that I am responsible to pay for any further work. So to get this straight, a factory certified GMC mechanic at a GMC dealership installed a brand new factory motor with a 100,000 mile full factory warranty, and since I got it back the check engine light has stayed on, and it leaks oil every day, I had to add more than two quarts between oil changes, but I should pay for that. I am going to take the truck somewhere else and pay another mechanic to fix all of the problems created by the factory certified mechanics at the dealership.

My husband and I ordered our 2024 Ford Maverick Hybred from Boyd Automotive in July 2023. Throughout the waiting process, Jason kept us informed of the build-status of our vehicle and was very willing to answer our questions. We received delivery of the truck on May 30th. Jason and the team were extremely helpful, made sure everything was just the way we had ordered it, took time to review the truck with us so that driving would be easy. I am the primary driver and just love it! We took off from Durham to Florida for a trip the day after delivery. The truck performed very well then, and has since. I highly recommend Boyd Automotive to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle; in fact, I did recommend to a friend of church already!

I recently visited Flow Buick GMC in Greensboro to address an issue with the exhaust on my 2023 Yukon Denali. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a service department representative named Mark. While he appeared knowledgeable, his demeanor left much to be desired. He expressed uncertainty about their ability to rectify the issue with my exhaust, stating there were no guarantees, and quoted a fee of $100 just to attempt a fix. Frankly, I found this approach off-putting and unacceptable. Deciding to seek service elsewhere, I turned to Clinard Muffler in Thomasville. Here, I encountered a markedly different experience. The staff at Clinard Muffler were courteous, respectful, and efficient. They promptly identified and resolved the issue with my vehicle within minutes, and at a fraction of the cost quoted by Flow Buick GMC. In light of my experience, I cannot recommend Flow Buick GMC. While they may have the resources, their lack of transparency and customer-centric approach is a significant drawback. For fair and honest service, I highly recommend exploring other reputable options in the area. Avoid Flow Buick GMC and opt for establishments that prioritize integrity and customer satisfaction. Your vehicle—and your wallet—will thank you.

Where do we begin?! We came to Flow of Fayetteville after Flow VW of Winston sent us to Flow GMC of Greensboro. When Greensboro realized we were shopping for a specific Acadia they sent us to Fayetteville, because it was available. Marty, Kenny,Josh, Jerry and Wade went above and beyond to make this crazy transaction work (turning in another brands lease to buy the Acadia). Flow has yet again earned our business and we will be back and we will make referrals. Thank you all! We love our 2022 Acadia!
