I recently brought in my 2014 Cadillac CTS with a Check Engine Light. I spoke with Mr. Darren DiPietrantonio about the issue. He had a technician troubleshoot the problem. Mr. DiPietrantonio made sure I had a ride home while the problem was being worked on. He contacted me periodically to let me know how the vehicle was coming along. Mr. DiPietrantonio and his staff were very courteous and professional before, during, and upon the completion of repairs! I picked up my vehicle which was washed and vacuumed. The problem with the vehicle was repaired and has been running great since! I was pleased all around with Mr. DiPietrantonio and his staff! Thanks again for everything!

When it arrived Tim notified me and set up a convenient time for the sale to take place. That day went very smoothly…all the paperwork was ready for me to sign. I received lots of information and instructions on the new features and I felt confident to drive away! Love the car. I live close to 8 hours away from the dealership, so I was a little hesitant about doing a deal from that far away; however, Dorian and the team made this a very easy process. They were willing to deliver the vehicle right to me and pick up my trade. Pricing was far more competitive than dealers closer to me, and they paid a high value for my trade. From start to finish, I never felt pressured, and I received timely answers throughout the entire process. I really loved his laid back and relaxed personality which was perfect for my endless questions and lack of experience with buying a new vehicle. This was the first time I purchased a vehicle online. It was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. For weeks leading up to the purchase, I would check the website to see what was available. I loved using the filters and the comparison tools to make some decisions. When I finally found what looked like a great deal I set up an appointment to visit their store and see and drive the car! This was something that really pleased my wife since she is not a fan of buying something "sight unseen!" We set up an appointment and had a delightful afternoon with Tamika. After driving the car I had chosen, Tamika told us that a similar model had just arrived (it takes a while to get new additions to their lot posted online). It was two years newer and had only 13,700 miles on it! We drove that, came back and set an appointment to sign the papers. It was a fun afternoon and, going forward, I am completely sold on buying all my vehicles through Car Max! No problems. No surprises. Everyone is happy and enthusiastic. It really makes car buying a pleasure again!

Rowe Westbrook, and especially Mace, and Brian were everything one expects from a new car dealership. However, Mace and Brian went far above and beyond the norm, as our situation called for anything but business as usual. Essentially, when we went to look at the Calligraphy, we already had three vehicles to sell first. Two of them were Harley touring bikes. To make a long story short, Rowe Westbrook, Mace and Brian, sold the vehicles for us. The Mustang was used as a trade-in, and the two bikes were bought outright by Big Moose H-D. All the sale prices were fair and reasonable as well. Mace also knew we were under a time constraint, as we were leaving town for three weeks in a few short days. With their help, EVERYTHING went smoothly, and we'll pick up our new Calligraphy when we return to Maine! Good job Rowe Ford!

Have a recall on my 2020 Camaro. I called to make a appointment to have it done. Was told only do it at 7:30 or 1:00 which does not work with my schedule. At this point I asked to speak to the service manager and was on hold for 15 min and finally hung up.I thought the whole idea behind service was to work with your customer not here. This is the second time could not even get first oil change done because couldn't get a appointment time that works for my schedule. Also guess they don't care about the safety of their customers and family.

Justin was passive aggressive in his remarks as we discussed wanting to do business but wondering if he could make any other accommodations on the price as the vehicle was not only older but would need work done in it down the line due to the wear. I’ve worked with a handful of other dealerships with much better customer service skills and was appalled of his cocky attitude when it became apparent we weren’t completely sold and ready to sign off. Justin, if you are reading this.. please be mindful of your tone.. you “keeping it real” type personality may have gotten you far in other areas but in this case drove us away.. and made me want to write a review to boot. Best of luck on the new $70,000 vehicle you bragged about as well as the slew of other vehicles.. had you have lost the attitude you would have closed the deal, alas your ego seemed to have got the best of you. You could have waved the $400 “document prep fee” and closed the deal..kinda glad things didn’t pan out.
