I walked in with a mindset of, 'if it all goes smoothly - agenta2

I walked in with a mindset of, 'if it all goes smoothly and feels absolutely good to me, I am ready to drive away with a Bronco' - but I also had no problem leaving with no deal. I was warmly greeted by Marianna, who felt more like a friend than a salesperson; no pushiness, just showed me what I was asking for. I felt I was heard out and respectfully dealt with by both Marianna and Mike Kozz (manager). Without any headache, I shook on a deal I genuinely felt good about. Thank you for the smooth experience!

I had a great experience with the dealership and - jlaino44

I had a great experience with the dealership and especially with my sales rep, Ariq. He was excellent throughout the entire process—professional, helpful, responsive, and very easy to work with. Everything was straightforward and painless from start to finish, with no unnecessary pressure or hassle. I’m very happy with my new Explorer and would definitely recommend Ariq to anyone looking for a smooth car-buying experience.

Once again, it was a pleasure dealing with Tasca Ford Yonkers. Natalie was warm and welcoming. She kept me up-to-date with everything that was going on with the car and helped me with my options. I have to say honesty goes a long way and I feel comfortable at this dealership. Tasca Yonkers will always be my go to for my Ford! Thank you so much!

Worked with AJ today and he was such a gentleman, no - Ajmessore

Worked with AJ today and he was such a gentleman, no pressure, just a conversation about choice, likes, dislikes and what he has available. The atmosphere was clean and friendly. I felt comfortable talking to him like I would a family member. He truly is one of those rare salesman in Connecticut that wants to build relationships, not a one and done sale and you’ll never see him again. You can tell he’s a man of his word and has integrity. If you need a car you can see him and trust that he’s going to do exactly what he says he is going to do….no bait and switch. Thank you AJ. Nice work.

I was in search of a Bronco Sport and had gone to many - HAIKINA

I was in search of a Bronco Sport and had gone to many websites looking for a particular trim. I came across the Out Banks in this beautiful Eruption Green at Empire Ford in Huntington.. It was a loaner car with very low mileage. I would have preferred new, but Kelly from the internet team gave me a great price and showed me the discount by presenting the original and post sticker price. I went in initially just to inspect the features and ended up driving out with my Bronco within a few hours. The managers Sam & Mike introduced me to Brad Simon, the Sales Specialist. This guy was so accommodating, going over every one of the elaborate features of the Sport. It's a lot to digest and it'll be a learning experience. He offered me a great price on my trade in, so that secured my down payment. We went for a test drive and the Bronco rode beautifully. I already had been preapproved for a loan so Jayson finalized the financing. Brad went over every inch of the Bronco, showing me all the incredible features such as the leather trim seats, moon roof, lighting all over the place and all the modern digital features on the screens. The digital 13 inch screen is amazing. I'll have to give myself daily lessons. I am so pleased to have run into such a great sales team. When I had gone to another dealer, there was an issue with the sunroof on my trade in. I was going to have it repaired since I had still had a lifetime warrantee, but the other dealer wanted nothing to do with my Jeep, which was really in great shape. . At Empire, they said they would have the repairs made without the insurance and gave me a great trade-in value. One less thing for me to worry about. I was surprised at how accommodating this entire team was after the other dealer rejected me. So within a few hours I was driving my new Bronco home. They don't make this metallic green anymore so I was so happy to have found the one dealer that had this in stock. It amazes me how the colors change at the various times of the day when the sun hits just right. I also wanted to mention that I was having trouble with the alarm system and the service team offered to send out a mobile repair unit. I thought that was so nice. even though I eventually solved the problem. So many digital features to be learned. Thank you, Brad for a wonderful buying experience that couldn't have gone any better.

I was in the market for a truck and Gengras had a nice - rtf3567

I was in the market for a truck and Gengras had a nice Frontier Pro 4x for sale. I did the pre approve option online from their website. Was pre approved and they made an appointment for me to come look at the truck 2 days later. Absolutely loved the truck and we started the process I met with Riley their Product Specialist and she walked me through everything on the truck and took me for a test drive. Josh the Sales Manager got me set up with some awesome financing. They told me they wanted to do a full inspection on the vehicle and detail it and it would be ready in two days. Two days later I met with Connor to complete all the paperwork and drove home with a new truck. I have to say Riley, Josh and Connor made this whole process absolutely wonderful. It, honestly, could not have been any easier. The whole team is very customer oriented and very knowledgeable. I am very happy with the purchase and the service I received and if I am in the market for another vehicle this will be the place I go.

Quite simply, they lie. I leased a car from them, leased... - disgustedcustomer

Quite simply, they lie. I leased a car from them, leased another car and just bought it out. I was told that I could purchase a powertrain warranty for $295 at the time of my buyout. I wanted to discuss with someone else and asked if I could get back to him (Tony). I decided to purchase the warranty approximately 10 days later. I called Tony to see if it was still available and he checked with his boss Tommy and I was told yes they would do it. I was told to come in the next day and meet with Marie. I arrived at the dealership and sat down with Maria who proceeded to tell me that because I didn't purchase it at the time of buyout that they would have to do a 125 point inspection at my additional cost of $385. I was NEVER told that. I was told that I could make a decision after buyout date but don't wait to long. I called to check if the purchase opportunity was still available and was told it was. Then like the sneaky sly group they are, they tried to force me into an additional $385 cost. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. I ADVISE ANYONE LOOKING FOR A LINCOLN OR A NEW CAR, GO ELSEWHERE!!
