We came here after having a very awful experience at a different chevy dealer. I refused to come in person before having a deal set in place and they had absolutely no issues with this. We came to a deal over the course of a few hours and I showed up later that night to sign documents. We worked with Jorge and I truly could not have asked for a better experience when buying my first car. Everything was so simple and I felt like my time was truly appreciated. Every single person I came into contact with was so kind. I would recommend this dealership/Jorge to anyone who is looking to buy a chevy!

Never EVER get your car serviced at Advantage Chevrolet. I had my car towed there on 1/23/26. They did the diagnostic and told me I needed a new thermostat because mine was stuck in a closed position. They said my coolant reservoir was cracked and that 2 hoses had holes in them. The cost?? $2,300?!!! I said absolutely NOT but first I tried to reason with them. I knew for a fact that my reservoir was not cracked and I knew that nothing was wrong with the thermostat, it just needed coolant because ONE of the hoses was damaged. So I asked “how do you know the thermostat is broken if the hose that gives it coolant is damaged?” Why not change the hose and see if that fixes the problem? Todd said it would cost the same amount and if it didn’t fix the problem I’d end up having to pay twice. PLEASE DON’T STOP READING - it gets much worse! I told them not to touch the car. I told them I would pick up the car and just pay the diagnostic fee. When I got there to pick up my car I noticed an alert on my phone that said my oil life was 0%. (I did an oil change there on 11/13/25, full synthetic, sure it had almost been 3 months but I had only driven less than 1,000 miles) I showed the alert to one of the workers. He said “you can’t go by that, you have to look at the car”. When I turned the car on, the screen said “oil level critically low - service oil soon” I showed the guy. He said “you can’t go by that, you have to check the oil” (lol) I popped the hood and checked the oil. There wasn’t a drop of oil in my car. I went back inside to speak to Steffon. I asked him what happened to the oil. He said “with all the snow and ice, you probably hit something and cracked your oil pan”. That was impossible because my car was at Advantage Chevrolet BEFORE it ever snowed. I said someone drained that oil, PUT IT BACK! He said they have integrity they wouldn’t do that and they needed to check the car. I left the car there again. When I called back later that day I was told that I could come pick up the car, there was no leak and that they replaced the oil but STILL could not explain what happened to the oil. Before I went back I checked the Chevy app again, I noticed that I originally received the notification about the oil on 1/29/26 - 6 days after I dropped my car there and immediately after I said I didn’t want any work done. I know it was intentionally drained, probably to force me into thinking my car was in worse condition than it was. I picked up my car and took it to another mechanic who diagnosed it and said one hose was leaking and I needed their coolant service. The cost? $300!! I asked the mechanic to check the reservoir for the crack that Advantage Chevrolet lied about. I asked if the thermostat was working. He said “yes, you just needed a hose and coolant” Advantage Chevrolet is scamming people and Steffon is a liar!

Two Engine Failures in Our 2024 Tahoe – Buyer Beware (Seacoast Chevrolet) We financed a 2024 High Country Tahoe from Seacoast Chevrolet in May 2025 and were very diligent about bringing the truck back to the dealership for all recommended maintenance and service. In December 2025, the engine completely failed while my husband was driving our daughter home from school. Thankfully they were safe, but he was stranded on the side of the road for over four hours waiting for OnStar assistance. The truck was towed to Seacoast Chevrolet, where we were informed that the engine had failed and needed to be replaced. We were shocked but trusted the dealership’s service department to handle the situation properly. After almost five weeks, the truck was finally repaired with a new engine, bringing us into the first week of January. Less than two months later, the engine failed again. On February 27, we found ourselves back at Seacoast Chevrolet dealing with Tim in the service department, who was extremely rude and unable to offer us a loaner vehicle. Our busy family of four was left without a car for the weekend. We then began dealing with Alex, the service director, who initially seemed helpful but quickly started giving conflicting information and empty promises. One day we were told the replacement engine was in stock, and two days later we were told it was suddenly on backorder. We were promised updates and return phone calls that never happened. When I asked to speak with the owner of the dealership, I was denied and told to contact corporate instead. Alex told us our information would be sent to the general manager and that we would receive a call with an update from both him and the GM that same day. We never received a call. I have since opened a case with Chevrolet Corporate, where I spoke with a very kind representative named LoLena, and expressed my concerns. At this point, I am honestly afraid to drive my children in this vehicle after two engine failures in such a short period of time. The only positive part of our experience at this dealership was Joe, our sales representative, who we really liked. Joe — if you see this — you deserve better. Bottom line: If you want to buy a Chevy, buy it somewhere else. Otherwise you may end up like we are — waiting for a second engine replacement while paying over $1,000 per month for a brand-new truck that doesn’t even work. At this point, with two engine failures in less than a year, we are beginning to explore our options under the state Lemon Law, because this situation is completely unacceptable for a brand-new vehicle. Absolutely unacceptable experience.

We purchased a brand new chevy van in 2008 and this dealership sold us this van with a slow leak. In a week we were back with a tire light on. They claim it was a sensor and changed it. They never looked at the tire. This went on for months--then we went to another dealership and they found a small metal stud in the tire. Kelle service department does not know what they are doing. Then we were planning a trip to Georgia and had the oil changed at Kelle and they did not replace the rubber ring after they changed the oil and we leaked oil all the way to Georgia and another chevy dealership had to replace the rubber ring. Kelle svc dept cant even change oil, now the abs light is on and the brakes are acking up--chevy's main customer svc said we have to bring it to the dealership to find out what is wrong and we are scared shitless what Kelle svc dept. is going to do. Please God Help Us.
