I’m up in NE Philly, so Pacifico isn’t exactly around the corner. But it was well worth the drive. Their internet and phone reps were very helpful and that’s what got me to head down that way. I found the dealership to be top notch with a large selection. And laid back low pressure sales staff was pleasant to deal with. Great experience

Chapman Ford Chrysler Jeep Ram of Horsham had provided - ericdaubert

Chapman Ford Chrysler Jeep Ram of Horsham had provided great service to us in the past and this time was no different! Our Sales representative, A.J. Is very friendly and helpful, and he was able to direct us to the perfect vehicle to suit our needs. We were pleased with the time he took during our test drive and to explain the vehicle’s special features. We were also satisfied with the signing process and the explanation of the various warranty and protection options available to us. All in all, we had a very pleasant experience purchasing our new vehicle!

I just leased a 2025 mustang Mach E from Winner. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and willing to work with me as far as reaching a fair deal for both. I’ve purchased a few cars in the past, and was waiting for the “up-sell” extra services etc. were presented, but I did not feel pressured. I would definitely return for my next purchase!

Mike, John and Landen were awesome. Mike you’re my BF. They were all very accommodating, patient, helpful and felt they were sincere with all the information they gave me. Mike, thank you for going over and above giving assistance in getting proper products my F150. However, parts and service were very slow providing us the installation of the bed liner and tonneau cover. They were all very friendly.

Worst service department. - wendys5646

Worst service department. Spent $700 on the labor to fix an interior door handle. What AI thinks should be a 30 minute fix. This is after the $200 fee to tell me the handle is broken. Now I am back because a plastic cosmetic cover wasn’t replaced after the fix. Waiting an hour so far. Apparently it is just as hard for them to just hand me the cover to put on myself so I can leave. Total cost so far is 3 hours, $900 and alot of anger. They will likely offer me a car wash as reparation. Don’t fall for it. Last time they washed my car they scratched the trunk.

Called the dealership and spoke to a human. - KJ

Called the dealership and spoke to a human. They confirmed that the Bronco was on the lot and available to test drive. Then got text from them indicating the vehicle was there, and set up an appointment to see. Got to the dealership and Bob the sales manager said "Oh no, that is a loaner vehicle, and it won't be back for a week. You can leave a deposit on it." What a waste of two hours for me. If you have plenty of time to waste and enjoy incompetence, Fred Beans Ford is your dealership.

So I had a great experience with Brian ,bought my truck - Bennett.pam96

So I had a great experience with Brian ,bought my truck on Friday..then here comes the problem. I gave Patrick a check ,and he promised to wait till I transferred money into my checking account and wrote out the check,,trusted him that he would wait then I woke up today to the check being cashed..Well that ruined my day..So instead of putting up my Christmas decorations,,I was running around Tommy bank, then my card was turned down at the Acme.. Gave them whatever cash I had.to pay for groceries. My blood pressure was out of control today. All I wanted was a nice experience ND to be excited about my new Bronco ,but instead it turned into a nightmare for me..I will say they are trying to fix it ,but it should have never happened in the first place..im sooo miserable today.took all the fun out of having and buying a new car.

My husband found a green Bronco that he wanted to look at so we drove over from NJ to check it out. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Ron Haines was personable, knowledgeable and honest the entire transaction. We were in and out in around 3 hours and left with a great deal and my husband’s dream car. I’d highly recommend this dealer!
