I had a great sales experience. My sales agent answered alI of my questions. I give him five stars. love my new car. The one reason that I did not give my experience five stars is the very low trade in credit for my old car. Yes it is a 2013, but it only has 63,000 miles and is accident free. The value of that car is much higher. I would recommend the dealership, but I would warn them about doing a trade.

However, the dealership team came through when only 4 days after purchase, & before our extended warranty was in effect, we had a tire blowout! Jenkins Leesburg VW replaced not only THAT tire, but the other rear tire so the proper balance would be maintained for the AWD.

Took our new Kia Sorrento back for its first initial service. Made a 7 AM appointment. Oil and tires done back on the road by 745. Spectacular service. My surface advisor Marshall was spectacular. He let me know exactly what was happening and where my car was in the process. I also received a video from the service department, showing me what they were doing. That is a first. Angel is quite possibly the worst dealer / owner you will ever encounter. A compulsive liar. I made the biggest mistake of my life in purchasing an exotic car from them. They said the car had been inspected and created bogus reports (fraud) and then would not return calls once the car shopped to me. Stay away or you will be sorry. There's no one worse.

Outstanding, professional and courteous service. Would highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a Genesis. We had a problem for 2 months with a previous dealership where we bought our car and they didn’t return calls, texts or emails and they could not resolve our issue. One visit to Genesis Central Florida and they solved our issue. The dealership is conveniently located near the turnpike, the ‘waiting room’ is an elegant lounge with snacks, coffee and soft drinks. But most important was their friendliness and great service and they were the only ones who could actually update our maps and get wireless Apple Car Play installed and working. We’ll return here anytime we need service or for a future new Genesis.

Drove 2 hrs to buy a car that they had listed ,the car wobbled very bad, they had to change 2 tires and made us wait 2 hrs to fix it , one would think it should have been fixed before be it was on the lot to sell . Then they handed over the keys to us and it had an empty gas tank and a non detailed or cleaned car, they actually laughed at us when we told them we wanted the tank full for all of the inconvenience..After waiting all of that time, they wouldn't even fill our tank up... Horrible customer service as far as I'm concerned!

Saturday, 01/26/13, I traded my 2000 Jeep, for your 2006 Jeep Commando,(which is nice), after purchasing this vehicle, I realized with the help of my credit union pulling up the NADA that I was overcharged and didn't get the full benefit for my trade in.Nada show for a 2006 Commando,12,125; rough trade,$7225, ave trade, $8325, clean trade,9225, so now I feel cheated, with this overall with everything should hv end with me being finance $16000, not me end of paying 23,000 or more. So my credit union want finance me because I was over charge. If they,'re not willing to finance my vehicle @ a low interest rate, what you think the bank or whoever you get to finance this vehicle I purchased? That 7percent rate that we did in the contract might end up being, higher & I lose again. I guess I should have done my homework with this company. I'm disappointed right now in this company & myself for not doing my homework.

They had an automatic email response that didn’t and any of my questions and no one ever called me as the email said they would.
