Every interaction with this dealer was professional and friendly. Everyone was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and did not attempt to hard sell it. The product speaks for itself but everyone was ready to answer my many questions. Amy Ludlam was the best sales person I have dealt with while buying a car. She was very friendly and did everything she could to answer my questions in all the available options. This is my first experience with the BMW store and I would highly recommend it! I have dealt with many different dealers in the past (Lincoln, Porsche, Mercedes Benz) and nothing compares with The BMW store and Amy. When looking at options for my BMW X7, I started at BMW North in Cincinnati but they didn’t have the colors I wanted. Sales there was more typical to what was used to. I would say a 7 out of 10 rating. They even tried to force the dealer paint and interior protection on me by saying they do this in all vehicles regardless if I order a car or buy one from their lot. This was very odd putting to me so I tried my luck at The BMW Store. I am glad I did because the sales experience here was a 10 out of 10! They offered the dealer protection but did not push it or say it was mandatory. When I go back to buy my nest BMW I will seek out Amy and her team!

I flew in from Tennessee and drove the truck home the same day, so communication and trust were extremely important to me. Kenton Shoemaker was excellent throughout the entire process. He was responsive, transparent, and patient with all of my questions while I compared several trucks across different states. Before I traveled, he made sure the truck went through the Ford Gold Certified inspection process, coordinated a tailgate repair I requested, and kept me updated on timing so there were no surprises. When I arrived, everything was ready exactly as promised — paperwork was smooth, the truck was clean and fully prepped, and the experience felt straightforward and honest. Buying a vehicle long-distance can be stressful, but this was about as easy as it gets. I never felt pressured, and they followed through on everything we discussed. If you’re considering buying from out of town, I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Kenton and the team again. Great experience overall.

I had to get in a new car but didn't have the time to physically be at the dealership and Sierra J. made the purchase so easy by sending me pictures and videos of the vehicles I was interested in, she followed up with me, she listened to my criteria on what I wanted and let me do the majority online so I could pop in, fill out the paperwork and drive away in my new car! She was so helpful, knowledgeable of the vehicle inside and out and kept the process smooth and kept my priorities as number 1.
