Contacted Alessandro Cordova about a vehicle I saw online. He was extremely helpful & answered all my questions prior to my 2+ hrs drive from out of town to view & test drive the vehicle. An extremely accurate description of vehicle, then good test drive. Our subsequent purchase was also very quick and easy. Would definitely travel to purchase from this dealership again A++++ experience with Alessandro.

I had a wonderful experience leasing through Sauers GMC. - CLDay15

I had a wonderful experience leasing through Sauers GMC. I sent an inquiry online, and within the hour I was contacted by Luke. The texting option is very convenient, as I'm often busy and unable to take calls throughout the day. He invited me to come by to value my trade-in, and I let him know that I was from out of town so I was hoping to get some some preliminary numbers before deciding to come in. Through texts and pictures, he was able to give me an initial estimate, and it ended up being pretty spot on after my car was assessed in person. The entire process ran smoothly, and I ended up leasing a beautiful new 2026 Terrain. I had shopped around at multiple dealerships in northern Indiana and southern Michigan, and I found that Sauer's discounts and pricing are the best in the area! The entire staff was friendly and welcoming and made the process so easy. I will see you again in 3 years once my lease is up!

While travelling from South Bend, IN to Indianapolis, IN... - bhubbs8765

While travelling from South Bend, IN to Indianapolis, IN for business, the left turn signal on my F150 began blinking erratically. Just north of Plymouth, IN I noticed a Ford dealership sign, so I stopped at the dealership and met with Mike Friar, a service advisor. He said he thought the issue was a burned out tail light bulb and had me pull into the service area. Mike and a mechanic removed the tail light assembly, which took about 15 minutes, and replaced the bulb which remedied the issue. When I asked how much I owed, Mike said he was happy to help me and there was no charge. As I drove away from the dealership, I thought about all of the doom and gloom we're subjected to through media and social outlets, and I realized we are surrounded by wonderful people like Mike and the mechanic. Oliver Ford is truly blessed to have employees like Mike and his mechanic.

I saw a 'Coming Soon' listing for a blue Elantra at R&B - Codi Pippenger

I saw a 'Coming Soon' listing for a blue Elantra at R&B Car Company that checked every box I needed. Good vehicles don’t last long, so I reached out right away. Cole responded quickly and got the car pulled straight from the service department for me. It was so fresh the floor mats were still drying! I even had to come back later to pick them up after the paperwork was signed. That’s the kind of service every buyer wants: fast, attentive, and without any pressure. Cole gave me the exact car I came for at a price I was happy with, and he did everything he said he would. Some people say the car should sell itself, but Cole sold more than just a car. He sold service, trust, and loyalty. Highly recommend working with him.
