Everyone at the dealership has been wonderful to work with. However, after I bought my Jeep the service engine light came on. I have had it in two times. They reset it but they can't find anything wrong with it. But it continues to make a noise. A grind sound almost as if it is going to die. It is not idling correctly. Currently we are in Florida on vacation and we took it to a dealership in St. Augustine, Florida. They too ran a diagnostic on it. They were able to reset the check engine light. We drove away and within 30 minutes it went back to what it has done before and the check engine light came on again. My Jeep Mojave is still not running right and the checkland engine light is back on again. When I return to Kokomo I plan on bringing it in again and having them look at it once again. This has been very frustrating because it has been happening ever since I bought it. Brand new.

It’s so good to know that you CAN have a wonderful & stress free experience when buying a car or SUV…..you just have to buy at BOB ROHRMAN LEXUS of ARLINGTON or BOB ROHRMAN KIA of LAFAYETTE INDIANA!!! Last week my 30 year old daughter’s small SUV was totaled (no injuries thankfully). She is single & lives in southern CA.  A nurse at UCLA hospital,  she needed a vehicle immediately. She went to 3 dealers in her Santa Monica neighborhood. looking to buy another SUV. All 3 tried to take advantage of her dire situation with high pressure sales tactics, bait & switch, etc. Being so fortunate to know MARCIN AJDUKIEWICZ of LEXUS of ARLINGTON, we knew we could count on him -again! Our family & friends buy their vehicles from MARCIN AJDUKIEWICZ.  His dealership is the best dealership & the ONLY dealership for us. As usual, MARCIN returned our call immediately. Hands down the best place in Kokomo to buy a vehicle. I was debating on whether or not I would go there but Austin on the TNT sales team made it impossible for me to go anywhere else. He answered every question I had, was very relatable and easy to talk to, and even made time for me to stop in and test drive with my busy schedule. The buying process was fast, easy, and enjoyable which is hard to come by these days. I would recommend this place to all of my family and friends!

While travelling from South Bend, IN to Indianapolis, IN for business, the left turn signal on my F150 began blinking erratically. Just north of Plymouth, IN I noticed a Ford dealership sign, so I stopped at the dealership and met with Mike Friar, a service advisor. He said he thought the issue was a burned out tail light bulb and had me pull into the service area. Mike and a mechanic removed the tail light assembly, which took about 15 minutes, and replaced the bulb which remedied the issue. When I asked how much I owed, Mike said he was happy to help me and there was no charge. As I drove away from the dealership, I thought about all of the doom and gloom we're subjected to through media and social outlets, and I realized we are surrounded by wonderful people like Mike and the mechanic. Oliver Ford is truly blessed to have employees like Mike and his mechanic.

I even had to come back later to pick them up after the paperwork was signed. That’s the kind of service every buyer wants: fast, attentive, and without any pressure.
