We purchased a new to us Ford transit van, and the inspector found something he wanted us to have checked out before our road trip last week. I called our local Ford dealer and no one answered. The phone rang and rang forever and never ever picked up. I then called city Ford who had a Human pick up the phone right away and transfered me. They let me know that unfortunately they were booked. So I called the other Ford dealer back and tried it again. Was put on hold and no one ever picked up after 20 minutes. I called back to let city Ford know that although they couldn’t get me in I really appreciated ithat they had a Human pick up the phone. Audrey heard what I needed and told me to just drive over and they would put it up on the lift and take a look. This all happened within a matter of an hour. I was in and out and on my way, I went ahead and scheduled my next next tuneup with them for after our road trip. Thank you, thank you so much for being Human and for understanding we needed something checked out really fast.
