It’s so good to know that you CAN have a wonderful & - West Hollywood

It’s so good to know that you CAN have a wonderful & stress free experience when buying a car or SUV…..you just have to buy at BOB ROHRMAN LEXUS of ARLINGTON or BOB ROHRMAN KIA of LAFAYETTE INDIANA!!! Last week my 30 year old daughter’s small SUV was totaled (no injuries thankfully). She is single & lives in southern CA.  A nurse at UCLA hospital,  she needed a vehicle immediately. She went to 3 dealers in her Santa Monica neighborhood. looking to buy another SUV. All 3 tried to take advantage of her dire situation with high pressure sales tactics, bait & switch, etc. Being so fortunate to know MARCIN AJDUKIEWICZ of LEXUS of ARLINGTON, we knew we could count on him -again! Our family & friends buy their vehicles from MARCIN AJDUKIEWICZ.  His dealership is the best dealership & the ONLY dealership for us. As usual, MARCIN returned our call immediately. We told him our daughter was looking for a  blue Kia Sportage with light interior, moon/sun roof out & of course all the safety features & she needed it shipped to CA ASAP! The next day MARCIN AJDUKIEWICZ connected us with  GM ALLEN GOOCH  of BOB RORHMAN KIA of LAFAYETTE INDIANA and his BEST salesperson LOGAN VANDEMEER. Two days later these 2 magnificent individuals found my daughter’s dream ride! LOGAN VANDEMEER is THE ONLY person you need to see when looking for ANY vehicle in Indiana. LOGAN VANDEMEER was knowledgeable, professional, polite & most importantly empathetic to all our needs! LOGAN VANDEMEER was such a pleasure to deal with. Thank you GM ALLEN GOOCH, salesperson extraordinaire LOGAN VANDEMEER & the BEST finance manager BLAKE TERRY. YOU make a normally overwhelming experience painless & effortless! We now have another EXCELLENT dealership in our hands!  BOB ROHRMAN FOREVER!!!! Bob & Julie Pellegrino

I have gotten great service from this dealership. - Dan L.

I have gotten great service from this dealership. This is the first time I have brought my Jeep Gladiator in for service at Fieldhouse CDJR. Service writer Matt Peo was able to pull up everything maintenance wise related to my Jeep and all Warranty items available from my original purchase. Complete inspection and tire rotation done at a reasonable price. Due to the friendly atmosphere I choose Fieldhouse and Matt Peo to insure proper maintenance. I would rate them 10 out of 5 stars. Thanks Matt and Fieldhouse CDJR.

I hated the idea of buying online. I had several issues... - Stgbt

I hated the idea of buying online. I had several issues with dealers online and in person ranging from dishonesty about price to dishonesty about the vehicle they have online being for sale. I had zero issues with Wiers Chevy. I purchased my truck from Wiers Chevy. Joe Billy was on top of everything. I even added things I needed added on the truck and was amazed how Joe got everything done. He even updated me on progress as my bed liner and hard cover were being installed. Everything he had done was on time and done to schedule!! Thanks Joe Billy and Wiers Chevrolet!! I almost forgot I had my vehicle delivered also and that was pretty nice also!!

My 2022 Ford Raptor purchase with Dan Bard at Smith Ford - Randy

My 2022 Ford Raptor purchase with Dan Bard at Smith Ford of Lowell was an exceptional experience! Dan is a very straightforward, honest, and up front guy and I have only great things to say about him and this dealership. The buying experience was top notch, Dan was very patient with me coming from out of town, the pricing and selection was far better than everyone else nearby, and the entire process was seamless. Dan even had appreciation for the great condition of a ten year old truck I traded in and the trade in value I was given was significantly higher than three other dealerships I had spoken to recently. I can't emphasize how refreshing it was to deal with a dealership that didn't play games or hide anything. Dan is a great guy and called this morning, a couple months after purchase now, to check in and see how the truck was working out and how we were doing. Title affidavits and processing paperwork arrived in my mailbox just a few days after purchase as well. This small town dealership still has the customer service many of us have known but watched fade away elsewhere. Thanks again Dan and everyone else at Smith Ford who handled this transaction. You're all great and highly recommended!

My salesman, Tony Malzone is the best car salesman I have... - mmw1140

My salesman, Tony Malzone is the best car salesman I have ever done business with. He is no longer a salesman. but my friend. I spent 2 days with him. He made sure everything was taken of for me. I also like doing business with the service department. I may just go to the dealer to say Hi to everyone I have gotten to know. Tony also gets you talking with other customers. The day I bought my car he had 3 customers. Handled all of us, and I made friends with one of his other customers, it made waiting go so much faster. The second day I had to finish up some last minute things, and he had another couple, Tony got us talking with each other such a pleasant experience.
