Scott went beyond sales to help me get into a used Cadillac on his day off. He not only brought the car to me to test drive, but later the same day he took me to my credit union to pick up the check to purchase the Cadillac. The lot was closing at 6pm and he talked to finance and arranged for finance to wait until we could get back there with the check so I could drive home! Briefly, I had been without a car for 5 days due to a car accident in April, where my Cadillac was totaled by my insurance company and I was stranded due to unusual circumstances.

While in route, that other dealership sold the car without even contacting me. Perhaps it was devine intervention, however, as Woodhouse had exactly what I was looking for with 20k less miles, in far better condition, and still in my price range! Upon arriving, Alec had the car outside and ready for me. He was a wonderful representative of the franchise, knowledgeable and very respectful. Moreover, the dealership was even willing to remedy an issue with the tires on my new vehicle after I paid for it, "as-is." Matt, one of the wonderful managers, had absolutely no obligation to honor my request, but he genuinely wanted to make sure that my family was safe on the road this coming winter—mitigating a potential issue raised by the tires that came on the vehicle. They went the extra mile, and I'm so grateful that I drove the 3.5 extra hours - went the extra miles myself - in order to work with such a fantastic team of people.
