I was recently in the market for a used car but thought - eabreslin

I was recently in the market for a used car but thought I'd take a look at the new Broncos on a whim. First of all, I was treated courteously and promptly by Chris, who did not make the mistake of looking for my husband before waiting on me. We shopped for my low mileage 2025 Bronco, which I ended up buying. Chris explained all the bells and whistles to me on the test drive. He also showed me some other used Broncos at my request. I highly recommend Webb Ford as a Ford dealer. There wasn't any high-pressure, pushy salesmanship. Just a friendly, helpful salesman answering questions and giving tips.

McCarthy Ford completely redefined what car buying should - GREGALM87

McCarthy Ford completely redefined what car buying should feel like. John, William, and the entire team went above and beyond at every step. They gave me an unbeatable price, respected my time, and made me feel like a valued customer instead of just another sale. I now have a dealership I’ll return to every time I need a car. Outstanding service, fair pricing, and a team that truly cares. Thank you, McCarthy Ford—you’ve earned a lifelong customer!

Only go to this dealer if it's below 85 degrees. I've been shopping for a used Escape for a while. Went to River Oaks Ford and looked around the lot. I'll admit it was pretty hot, but I was on the lot for about 20 minutes checking out the Escapes. After nobody came out to greet me, I went in to see what the deal was. There were 3 guys sitting at a desk. I asked if they had any used Escapes and they said no. Didn't get up, didn't do anything. Okay then. On to the next dealership.

This letter was also sent to the Ford Motor Co. in Detriot, MI: 1 of 3 submissions My name is Gerald Bradford. I finalized a deal in cash to purchase a new 2005 Ford Ranger FX 4 Off-Road pick-up truck from Bert Weinman Ford Inc. on Ashland Ave in Chicago, Illinois on August 11, 2005. I traded in my 1998 Ford Ranger XLT 4X4 that was also purchased at Bert Weinman Ford Inc. in August of that year. On August 9, 2005, I viewed my new 2005 truck for the first time. It was a filthy mess. I never said a word about its appearance at that time because I was assured on Thursday August 11th that it would be ready and prepared for delivery. I returned to Bert Weinman Ford Inc. on that date to trade my 1998 Ford Ranger XLT 4X4 in and pick-up my new 2005 Ford Ranger FX 4 Off-Road truck. After the transaction was completed, I had a chance to view my new truck again. Due to the weather conditions, I was not able to totally inspect the vehicle the way it needed to be because it was raining that day. When I went home and after it stopped raining, I was able to thoroughly inspect my new truck. I was shocked to find out when I lifted the hood, the engine compartment was filthy and the front grill where the top meets the hood was bubbled, faded, and cracked. The bed of the truck was covered with some sort of tree sap because the finish was so faded and dull they could not initially clean it. All four tires had an average of 25 lbs. of pressure when the maximum air pressure is 44 lbs. Also one valve stem cap was missing on the right rear tire. How nobody at Bert Weinman Ford Inc. ever saw the condition of this vehicle is beyond me.

1995 Ford Windstar ( green ) with the usual head gasket problem
associated with the V6 aluminum engine. I let Webb service this gasket and had no problem until The wife drove the van to West Virgina through the mountains. Bam! The engine blew and I had to buy a new engine in Mt.Airy, NC. Anyway, when I got back to Chicago
I called Webb and told them what had happened, they said bring in the repair bill and they would see if Ford Motor would refund my money for the head gasket. The results were positive and I received
a refund. Happy-Happy.
