This dealership, and more importantly, service department is outstanding! We offer our highest endorsement of the Perfection Honda service department in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Rodents had chewed through my fuel line while I was on vacation and I came home to fuel dripping down into my driveway. I got my vehicle to the service department at Perfection, and they went about doing a major repair for me in a matter of two days; that involved draining the gas tank removing the gas tank, replacing all the fuel lines and associated hardware and then getting everything put back together again to get me back on the road. Sincere thanks to the whole team in the Perfection Honda service department!

I have nothing but good things to say about Trent Paisley & Larry H. Miller Jeep! My father gave us his 2020 Jeep Cherokee before he passed away this year. I love the vehicle so much but mostly because it’s a part of my dad. When the service 4x4 light came on we were very concerned. My husband took it in to the local dealership and met Trent Paisley who took it right in and through a series of tests found that the PTU had premature wearing and needed to be replaced. The part alone is $1920.. When we picked it up today and there was no charge, I about cried tears of joy! The power train warranty was still good and it paid for the complete repair. We have our great gift back and are driving on cloud nine! Thank you Trent Paisley!!!

Hmm where do i start.... purchased a truck from the dealership less than 30 days later needed a new turbo after they said it was "Normal waste gate noise " took to another ASE certified shop they said was turbo took back to M&F on coors with documentation saying bad turbo.... they than fixed that issue.. but there is a laundry list of stuff that was brought up within 72 hours of the purchase of the vehicle... NOT FIXED.... Minimal customer service.... AND LESS THAN 4 MONTH'S LATER A ALMOST 5 THOUSAND DOLLAR REPAIR BILL FROM FORD!!!!!!! GUESS THERE "120 POINT INSPECTION" SHOULD BE 121 CAUSE THERE WERE SO MANY THINGS WRONG WITH IT FROM THE START!!!!! SO IN MY EYES I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUYING FROM ANOTHER DEALER BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
