When doing the due diligence to find the right vehicle for my mother, I read the reviews of this dealership and the reputation of their customer service — specifically with Gregg — and decided to call Gregg directly to talk about the VIN in transit we wanted. While talking with other dealerships to get a sense of their pricing and service, Gregg called me the moment the Bronco Sport we wanted came off the truck — and within the day we came to terms on a price that was better than any other we had been offered. When we arrived the next day to inspect/purchase it, Gregg was pulling it up the moment we drove in— a few minutes before the scheduled time. His helpful, friendly demeanor matched what I had heard over the phone. He let us drive it, made certain all questions we may have had about it had been answered, and had us in & out in a very timely manner with dedicated care & intention. Marlos immediately started working on my power of attorney and had all the paperwork ready to sign in a matter of 30 minutes. Kenny had patience with me and my two screaming children, allowing me to feel comfortable in my decision. I highly recommend if you are military, dealing with a POA, or just wanting a good experience.

Brought my car in to get body work. They broke one of my taillights taking it out. After parts delays to get the bodywork done it took a week of sitting in a parking lot before they even touched it for paint. I received the car back with the taillight misaligned. The battery was dead (had no issues with it before whatsoever) and I had to get a new one. No i’m not changing my review, don’t call me, take it on the chin buddy.
