I would like to get this oppurtunity to thank Mike my advisor and Honda of Superstition Springs for handling my car xxxxxxappropriately. The low tire pressure warning sign showed up 3x on my screen for 3 weeks time, despite having it checked to other service center, but then when I had it service yesterday aug 12, 2025 to honda, mike knew right away theres a bigger problem after initial inspection. Then after it was thoroughly checked its not only the air, theres a nail sticking on my tire. It was smoothiy fixed by the service. Mike intelligence, always going for an extra mile and customer service was superb. Ill diffenitely go back for further service in the future👏🏻👏🏻

Each time I come in for service, whether it's scheduled or emergency, Tyler has always been such a big help! He breaks down everything that needs to happen and the why of it. He goes into detail just so I understand everything that's going on with my vehicle. He's even gone as far to sit with me (and all my questions) so I could better track and compile data (for my own use) to estimate and plan for future service. I am completely at ease when I take my car in to him, because I know all the necessary issues will be handled accordingly and within budget.

I bought my Sierra EV from another dealership in the Phoenix area. I found a manufacturing defect in one of the doors of the truck. After 3 months of constantly reaching out to the selling dealership to get my truck fixed, I gave up on them and contacted Liberty GMC. I was greeted by Rick Kinslinger in the Service department who quickly assured me they would make my vehicle right. Rick was a model of professionalism, keeping me updated along the way and going the extra mile to arrange a loaner vehicle that was comparable to my Sierra EV. Even though it is a long way to travel for me to visit this dealership, I will now use Liberty GMC for ALL my service needs from now on. Great communication, made me feel like I was their best and only customer. Thank GOD customer service lives!!

Absolutely FANTASTIC. I’ve never had someone sit down and explain the break down of my inspection with me. I know nothing about cars but he explained what numbers meant and all the details very well. This was my first oil change experience at the dealership and I will continue to get my vehicle maintained here because it was super easy and fast. This is a wonderful team.

This allows me to the ability to make arrangements for my truck maintenance when I return to Phoenix, no matter where I am in at the time. The available appointment times and drop off options are always the most convenient. Evan is always prompt and professional when I drop off my truck for service. He is thorough when discussing the recommended Ford Maintenance options and pricing. He always assures me, as best he can, the service timing, and maintains text communication to keep me updated on completion time. I appreciate Evans patience and attention to detail. I never feel like I am being rushed in or out following service. I will continue to rely on Surprise Ford for all of my Ford Truck Maintenance.

I love the dealership. I purchased this vehicle from a different place, but because of the history I had with them, I bought my car to them for service. They are always thorough and treat us well. Prices are high, but again, they are a dealership and the work they do is worth it. This last time I took my car in and asked for a loaner, they were not able to accommodate so they grabbed a tech to look at the problem and tell me what was wrong and what they fix was. We ordered the parts right there and I left with my car. They will call me when the parts get there and will get it fixed for me same day. We had a problem, they found a solution that cost me nothing. I love it.

They ensured that the service i received on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee was their top priority and ensured the work was done to meet exact specifications.
