We took our 2004 Cayenne to Bakersfield Porsche for front suspension issues. The initial cost estimate was quite high but Jason did his best to reduce the amount to a more paletteable level. Jason was also quick to respond to my inquiries. In short very professional!

I will start this off by saying this is my second car purchase through this Ford dealership. My first vehicle purchase was flawless and the whole reason I went back to purchase a second vehicle. I purchased a Ford Explorer 2020 in February 2024. about a month and a half ago my transmission went out and after a bunch of fiasco and being told different things by different people I finally was able to find out that I did have the lifetime powertrain warranty and that I was covered. I took my car in June 30 give or take a day and they have not started the repair as far as I know as of now today’s date. I was told 5 to 14 days for a transmission repair is what it usually takes on average. I was told no loaner cars. They don’t have a loaner program anymore, but then I was then told that they would look into getting me a rental and would try their best to give me a rental or a loaner vehicle. well, so far I’ve not gotten help on either department and me and my fiancé and my two children have been using one vehicle and really don’t have the means to go and get a rental on their own as of right now, so therefore the dealership helping me out with this would have been a huge plus, especially with how long this is taken and all the crap that I’ve been told and had to endure through this process. I’m very unhappy this time around with the customer service and pretty much being told many things by multiple people there’s been a struggle to use one vehicle this whole time and to be told different things and different dates by individuals. *UPDATE* Well this morning I was contacted by Eddie from poway ford, and he ended up helping me and fixed the issues i was having. I appreciate him helping me get a rental and gave me the set completion date for my repair. I appreciate the extra effort to help come to a resolution time!

Our normal advisor called in sick so a different one took care of our service needs. Art handled things very well and communicated status promptly. Turns out the CBS service was not needed due to a broken sensor. The dealership replaced the sensor at no charge and apologized for the inconvenience (but it wasn't even their fault). We appreciate the honesty and service here, always a superior experience.

I have had my vehicle serviced and paid $430 for ongoing 5 yr maintenance service that is good for up 2 yrs. But they didn’t check batteries or other fluids. I had to buy filters separately and worked up and concerned about the other meaningful issues
