One of the best car buying experiences I've had. We had chosen a car online and showed them the add when we arrived. They immediately brought the exact car we were interestd in, explained all the details to us and made sure we had no questions. They were straight forward and worked hard to get to the deal we wanted. Our salesman Kadeem was knowledgeable, funny, freindly and focused on us. Kadeem gets 5 out of 5 stars. I'm pretty sure my next car is going to be an Atlas and I'll surely make the drive to Riverside Volkswagen again. I'll calk ahead and make sure Kadeem is working first. Overall an excellent experience and it didn't take my whole day.

He has gone above and beyond to be helpful in our first few days of ownership with answering lots of questions about electric cars and making sure the car got properly detailed. Overall our experience with this dealership has been excellent. Chris in financing is also very easy to work with and professional.

Ongoing efforts to have be able to smog my car. Several attempts to smog my car at local smog station and it still hasn't cleared. Out of pocket for repeat visits to the smog station and it still doesn't clear. I have been a customer of Hansel VW since the early 1980's..... have been a car buyer; dealership user since then. I have bought all cars since the 80's at Hansel and have I bought my cars at your shop and have never left!! PS: I had the smog work done at Hansel VW at your Corby Ave . location

I would caution anyone thinking of purchasing a VW not to. When it comes to trading in Volkswagen Cerritos will lowball on your car's worth, $2k - $3k below Kelly Blue Book Value. This tells the customer they have little value in what they sell, VW has become dull & worthless.
