I left Mercedes after 20 years - julielockecasper
Summer of 2019 I went to Capistrano VW to see a used Mercedes ML350. I met Mike who was an awesome car specialist. I did not purchase the ML but while I was visiting Mike told me about the smaller Atlas that was coming out in 2020, I continued my search and nothing seemed to come together. A few weeks ago on a Saturday night I got an email for another car company and went to see if the Atlas sport had come out, the next day Sunday July 12th 2020 I made the decision to move to an Atlas and made my purchase. Mike was a pleasure to work with and Nick the manager went out of his way to stick to my very ridged goal to purchase and not lease. I could not be happier with my experience and how I was treated, I would highly recommend if you want to be heard and respected. Jim and Luis in service have also been wonderful to work with. I could not be happier

Good Deal, no BS - jkhopp
I worked with Fritz Dunn. He was knowledgeable about Tiguans and willing to get a deal done. The dealership experience was good. I have had other VWs serviced at Lasher's downtown VW and can also vouch for their service department, which is top-notch. Parts department is also good.

Very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. Was waiting for me at JWA when I arrived from Las Vegas. Prompt service getting everything signed and on my way. Approximately 25 years of experience with VW's. Gary didn't know I had driven one of these Jetta's for a month, but he didn't make anything up trying to sell me the car. Very honest.
Truly Restored My Faith in Salespeople - ssacks2020
Shreya is a consummate professional. From beginning to end she restored my faith in salespeople with a servant's attitude and transparency. The price for my car is worth paying just to have her as my contact at Volkswagon. Extremely efficient and outstanding service. If you ever need a car, ask for Shreya.

I just want to give a BIG THANK YOU to Anthony Briseno and the team at Volkswagen of Murrieta. Anthony stayed in communication with me every step of the way while my car was getting serviced. When things didn’t go according to plan, Anthony stepped up and looked for solutions to get things back on track. He was accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process. He truly is an asset to the service team! Thank you to everyone at Volkswagen for making me feel welcome and I will definitely bring my car back for service again!

Bought a Q5 from this dealership. Negotiated via email/phone for availability and pricing and had a good experience. Were able to even trade in our BMW while we were there for a reasonable price. We'd done our research on what we wanted to pay, and the sales guys were straightforward, fair, and didn't put any pressure on us. We were able to pick up the car, and get the paperwork signed very quickly. We tried going to other Audi dealerships in the area and the sales guys were terrible. Do your test drive at those dealerships, but when you're ready to buy and get the price and car you want, go to Audi San Francisco
Horrible purchasing experience & false photo advertisement - charityvilchezjuang
My husband and I had a pretty bad experience during the purchasing process. I was offended by the sales person coming back from seeing my car and him making an inappropriate comment about it. They low balled our Corolla for the trade-in (lower than the Kelly blue book price range) and had to fight hard with them for a higher trade-in value. Instead of matching or giving us a better trade-in, they denied the trade-in offer printout that we got from VW Oakland. The sales person said it doesn't count because it's not an official trade-in offer. They wrote down the interest percentage on a piece of paper before even checking my credit. It wasn't until we demanded printed documents did we see anything more official. We lost trust in the VW sales person and were on high alert the rest of the purchasing process. It was uncomfortable and we only went through with this because it was a relatively good deal for the CPO Tiguan we were purchasing.
A few things to note when going to this dealership: They do not give you a full tank of gas for any CPO cars and do not trust what is shown in photos on their CPO cars. The Tiguan we bought had a privacy cover shown in the images and video clip. We already lack trust in VW through the experience we had at the dealership, so I took screenshots before they took down the advertisement in case they denied that it was in the car. I know that this is my car because of the defect on the screen that had the same URL. Indeed, the dealership denied that it was included in the car and claimed that their photographer placed it in there to show customers what accessories could be available for the car. I told them that this was false advertisement. I was told that I had to ask if certain things in the pictures are included even if they're shown in the photo. Do I have to ask about everything in the photo if they are included?
Weeks of countless messages were sent to VW on facebook and calls with the VW Dublin dealership sales people and VW customer care. At the very end, we escalated this to a VW case manager. In the end, we were given a $100 gift card which wasn't even enough to cover the privacy cover ($180) and the emotional trauma but we didn't want to waste more time on this.
The main point of this review is to warn future VW buyers. Beware that you won't be getting service at the Dublin VW that you'll get at other dealerships (such as Toyota, Honda, Ford and Mazda) and also be sure to ask if certain things in the photos are included because Dublin VW CPO car advertisement photos can be misleading and doesn't come with the things they display on their images.

We we’re looking for a new Volkswagen Tiguan for a good price and after looking around we saw that VW Of San Bernardino had the best prices. When we came in Joe was our salesman and he was very laid back and not overly pushy like other salesmen. He made us laugh and feel comfortable and happy when looking around the car lot. When we chose the Tiguan that we loved Mike the Sales Manager helped us crunch numbers and get our Tig down to an even better price then we expected! Next Yessir the financial manager helped us get the best deal on a full warranty and gap insurance. All three of these men made this car purchase of our beautiful 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan SE flawless. We wouldn’t go to any other VW dealership and we will be recommending them to our family and friends. Thank you guys! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Help a customer? Not on our watch! - jespinosa1469
A few weeks back they replaced my water pump assembly. When it came time for oil change, I noticed that the threads for the seal screws for the lower engine cover were badly damaged. I knew right away that the service tech must have had their driver torque set too high. A simple mistake. So, I stopped to ask for some replacement screws. From the get go I was passed back and forth by service and parts. I mentioned that I didn't need brand new ones, used ones were ok. After that the service manager sat me down and approached me as if I was trying to steal. Belittling my concern, dismissive towards request for help, and just acting like a bully. After trying to make me feel like a criminal, he said he would check for some used ones and shunned me to the lobby. He came back with used screws and shooed me away. I can understand people being treated this way if they are trying to make them redo thousand dollars of work but, 7 screws?! Really? And in the end, I was given parts that would of been tossed anyway. So, I pretty much went there to be treated poorly for trash. Amazing... I'm sure the General Manager will read this and promote the guy :/

Unprofessional and damaged my car - VWBUG15
Took my car in for service today. They called and said I needed two tires and by law couldn't rotate them because of it. They told me my tires were down to 1/32 of tread. I just had them measured at a different tire store and they stated they were at 4/32 which I agreed is near replacement. After I asked for the law to be shown to me about not rotating the tires and proof that tires were down to 1/32 they called back and rotated them. The price they quoted me was more than 25% more than another tire store. I am really upset about what I noticed next. When I got home I noticed several chips where they leaned over my fender to replace the fuel filter and conduct the service. I am not happy nor do I feel this place does business honestly. I will be writing them to repair the chips in the fender but you can't fix dishonesty. I would not take my vehicle there for any reason. The people seem nice enough but the business model appears to lack transparency. In the middle of a crisis trying to scare people by giving them false information and then damaging the car to boot, they won't be in business long if people share their stories. I hope they do.
Sales & Service Excellence - John P.
Our family has a small fleet of VW vehicles (five in all....three Jettas....one Passat....and one Atlas). Several of these vehicles were purchased new from Norm Reeves VW and we have come to rely on Norm Reeve's VW for our service needs for all of our vehicles. Our family has enjoyed the integrity and competency provided by Norm Reeve's sales and service team. E.g. Jaz Hira of sales has provided excellent sales counseling on models and finance options in a no hassle setting. Raul Escamilla (and his supporting technicians) have provided outstanding maintenance and warranty service with honest appraisals of vehicle condition and needs. It has been a pleasure to recommend this dealership to other family and friends. PS: They have a G-R-E-A-T coffee machine in the visitors lounge....makes coffee, Latte's Cappuccino, et al ;-).
Great service - Park Yeeeee
I have had many VWs and I have always had service at Bozzani. Charles and Ruben , they are the coolest guys in the service industry. Honest, friendly and easy going, no pressure. What more can u ask for ? Car wash, repaired right the first time ? It's all there. I, myself am a Service Advisor and have been in the automotive industry well over 20 years. I'm always hoping they'll hire me one day. Bozzani is definitely a place I would like to work at. I leased my last VW from Derek . He made the process so
easy...and again he wasn't pushy either. No pressure. The whole dealership operates so calm and smooth, how can I not wish I work with these guys. Buy or Service for your VW....Bozzani is the only place I'd go to.
My Dream Car with Red Carper Treatment - CaliGirl93
I received the best service ever at a car dealership. Rami Zeid took wonderful care of me. I was not in the most positive mode having less than perfect credit, mechanical issues on my trade-in, and upsidedown in the note. He jumped through hoops, and with his solid long time relationships and expertise he was able to get me approved on the terms I wanted on my dream car, a fire engine red Volkswagen Jetta. He gave me a great of advice, truthful information about the car industry, and treated me with the utmost respect. I left there feeling like part of their family. He even followed through on setting up my first service appointment. Over all the presentation of their dealership was not crowded or hectic like most. I felt the highest amount of quality and true class. I highly recommended this dealership and my sales representative.

Thanks VW Boardwalk for the exceptional service.
Service you can trust - jazhiel
I highly recommend Southbay VW, specifically the service adviser Ricardo Sanchez. One thing that's hard to find in a service shop or dealership is honesty, but with Ricardo honesty is his policy and he's build a reputation for integrity.
I've been coming here for oil changes, repairs, and auto body repairs. Ricardo has been very attentive and does everything he can to help me out. I really appreciate that he makes sure to call or text me with the progress on my car. I will definitely bring my vehicle back to Ricardo at Southbay Volkswagen as long as he keeps working there. No question about that. Ricardo is extremely professional and knowledgeable.

We worked with Nick Hassan at Moss VW in getting a 2020 Passat r-line. Purchased car, nick was very professional, kind, listened to what we wanted, and helped getting the deal done. I had knee surgery so they even delivered the car for me! I wish I can remember the young man who delivered it, he too was respectful, very professional, and we were very impressed with this young mans maturity (26 yrs old).

I have to say the the team at VW Ontario took great care of me. We got the car we wanted, the price point was spot on, trade in was above others, and they threw in a few extras. Armando and the rest of the team went above and beyond. I’m happy to recommend them to anyone. This was a painless car buying experience. Thank you and look forward to doing more business in the future.
I purchased a CPO 2016 Jetta from Mckenna on Friday... - sarah
I purchased a CPO 2016 Jetta from Mckenna on Friday (11/30) and within a week I had a flat tire, two bald tires, a dead battery cell, a major alignment problem, brakes that needed replacing and a vehicle that was unsafe to drive. ONE WEEK after driving my car off the lot and I've already racked up $1,285 in repairs.
When viewing the vehicle, I noticed that the front driver's side tire was completely flat. Before test driving, my salesman had it filled up with air. When I decided to purchase the vehicle, he promised me that the tire would be inspected and replaced if necessary. Before I drove off the lot on Friday, my salesman confirmed with me verbally and via text message that my vehicle had been seen by their service department, the tire was replaced and my vehicle was safe to drive. I was later informed by McKenna's service manager that there is absolutely no record of my vehicle being seen by their team that day.
It was reported my on vehicles certification inspection paperwork that my battery had been checked and was in good working condition, my tires had the minimum level of tread on them (not even going to mention the flat), there wasn't any major structural damage and that my rear brakes had 50% life remaining on them.
HOWEVER, I have documentation from the technicians that serviced my vehicle after I purchased it which states otherwise. My front tires were absolutely bald (not to mention my front drivers side tire was never replaced as my salesman confirmed with me), my battery had a dead cell, my rear brakes were at less than 4mm, and the alignment was so far off on my vehicle that my technician asked if I had gotten into a major accident. Is there something that McKenna isn't telling me?
I would like to have a representative from McKenna explain to me how a vehicle with two bald tires, one flat tire, a dead battery cell, major alignment issues and brakes that are about to go out passed the CPO inspection. It is clear to me, and everyone who has worked on my car since I purchased it, that McKenna fraudulently reported the condition of my vehicle as meeting the minimum standards for certification in order to make it more appealing to buyers AND CHARGE MORE FOR THE CAR.
I understand that wear and tear items such as brakes, batteries and tires are not covered under my CPO warranty. However, it is absolutely unacceptable to allow a customer to drive any vehicle off the lot in this condition. McKenna misreported the condition of my vehicle as it pertains to the items specifically not covered under the CPO warranty (how convenient) and KNOWINGLY let me drive off the lot in a vehicle that was ABSOLUTELY UNSAFE TO DRIVE.
In all honesty, I am GRATEFUL that my car's problems surfaced so quickly. It was reported to CarFax that my vehicle received the 40K mile service (McKenna's service manager has yet to provide me with any documentation of this), so I would not have been due for another service or inspection for another 10K miles. It is obvious that I would not have made it that far without being in a major accident that very likely would have been caused by either my bald tires or expired brakes.
The sheer level of negligence and complete disregard for my safety displayed by McKenna VW is appalling to me. I wrote McKenna a check for $15,045 and they let me drive off the lot in a vehicle that ended up costing me over $1,285 in repairs AFTER ONE WEEK of owning it and was ABSOLUTELY UNSAFE TO DRIVE!!!!
McKenna has agreed to cover the cost of my battery and one tire replacement. This puts a very small dent in the total cost of the repairs. Hans (service manager) has been pleasant to speak to and has been the only representative willing to get in contact with me – Thank you!
I want to warn anyone who is considering purchasing a CPO vehicle from McKenna. It is VERY likely that my vehicle is not the only one who's condition was falsely reported on the certification inspection. YOU MAY BE IN DANGER! If you purchased a CPO from McKenna please go get your car inspected immediately. If I wouldn't have had my car looked over by my own service technician, it is extremely likely I would have been in a major accident due to my vehicle's bald tires and worn out brake pads - both of which were reported as being in sound condition.
