Zachary introdused himself right away with a professional demeanour, and set up a test drive that actually showed what the truck can do and explained financing in plain language with no pressure or push for a purchase. I made an appointment a month ahead of time for a transmission issue on my 2025 f250. 31hours after my scheduled appointment time, my truck had still not been “torn into”. I was told there is only one transmission tech and other vehicles ahead of mine. How many are scheduled at the same time over a month in advance? Communication was non existent unless I called to ask the status. I left a message with the service manager as well and did not receive a call back. The issue is still occurring and was not resolved. I was told it was caused by a corrupt update from Ford and the new update should fix the issue. It did not

I bought a 2025 Chevy Colorado via Carvana - thats a simple enough, straightforward process. All I had specifically requested was that the vehicle's interior be cleaned, maybe even detailed since the truck was Ghent's pool vehicle the dealership would lend to customers while their own vehicles were being serviced. When I got the truck, it hadn't even gotten a cursory cleaning; the inside was quite dirty. To make matters worse, the inside of the windshield had a heavy layer of residue on it that had never been touched.

Buying a car can be daunting. I did my research and had an idea of what I was after, but the fear of having to work with a pushy sales person is real. Being ignored as someone tries to sell instead to my husband has happened before and I was anticipating a similar experience. Instead when I walked in, I was greated by Dejah Escobedo who worked with us through the entire process. She sat with us for a few hours as we went through questions and concerns, comparing the different trims and educating us on what would be our first electric car. Dejah was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and had a lot of insight into electric vehicles in general. We test drove a couple trims and she went through each pointing out all the bells and whistles. She was able to find the exact one we wanted and had it brought to the dealership. She then patiently sat through with both my husband and I to set up everything so we could get on the road. I can't recommend Dejah enough. A refreshing improvement over every other experience I've had buying a car.

I cannot brag enough about the service we received at your service department. To begin, Rachael was our service advisor and she treated us with the utmost respect, generosity, and a heartfelt desire to assist us in a time of need and despair. We are from Oklahoma and had pulled our 43’ fifth wheel to Salida RV resort and was staying there for a few days. While driving in town one day, we experienced a serious issue with our diesel exhaust system and our truck was put into limp mode. Initially, Rachael said it would be a week or so before she could get us in. When I explained our situation and that we had to leave and head home within 4 days, she moved mountains get us taken care of in a timely manner. The repair was going to take two (2) days so Rachael arranged for our transportation back to our RV and even offered to have the driver take us to any place in town should we need supplies to sustain us for the two days due to the fact that we did not have our own means of transportation. This was a very generous offer that, fortunately, we did not need to utilize. Our truck was completely repaired within the 2 days and Rachael arranged for transportation for us from the RV resort back to your dealership. I am a retired law enforcement officer and was in law enforcement for 42 years. My wife is also retired law enforcement. Throughout our careers, we both have encountered many people with varying personalities, traits, and characteristics. We both agree that our interaction with Rachael and your dealership rank among the most pleasurable experiences that we have ever had with a service oriented business. I went in for a tire rotation. I also asked that the piece of material behind the backseats that keeps falling down be repaired. It looked like it only needed a few more pieces of Velcro attached to keep it from falling down. However, when I got the car back, I was told that the service department had ordered a replacement part for me. This is not what I asked for. It should’ve been a simple repair. This piece has been falling down since a month or two after I purchase the car. It always seems to take a long time to get a simple service completed. I waited an hour and a half for a simple tire rotation. this is frustrating, as I had scheduled an appointment, so that they knew I was coming in, and knew what I was coming in for.
