I always use Garavel for servicing my 2012 Dodge Durango, which I purchased there, from Annie Granchelli, 5 years ago. Keith Zarembski is my go to guy in the Service Dept. He always gives me sound advice, makes scheduling easy and I leave feeling like I've been taken care of on a personal level. I definitely recommend Garavel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram.

Bill showed me the car I asked for and I liked it but the boss didn't. I was a little negative when I returned but bill turned that around quickly. He showed me another car that could work but after a test drive I realized the headlamps were not what I wanted. That was when Bill found multiable possibilities that would fit the criteria I gave him. We ended up driving to a sister dealership and the car was perfect. During the sale we were texting back and forth to make everything as smooth as possible. Registration became an issue for a short time but Bill was on top of it. Bill Reudgen is a professional that listened, found a solution and worked for the sale until the end.

I went in for an oil change and while waiting, talked to a salesperson about the fact that I was about to go over on my allotted mileage on my lease. Within a short amount of time, we reached an agreement on payments for a new lease. There was little to no drama like I have experienced in the past. I went back a coupl of days later to pick up the car. The paperwork was ready to go and I left with my new car and a full tank of gas.

The team was proactive on getting the Simonize treatment completed during the sale, appreciated, but recommend advising the customer ahead of time in the future to minimize unexpected wait times. I went there to replace my breaks three times and they never stopped making noise. I was told it was the manufacturers fault but I don't hear of any other cars doing this. They didn't put my oil filter back on correctly. It was about a year ago but NO ONE else has touched it and I barely drove it.Plus, I waited for the change engine oil light to come on - which it just did. As soon as my oil light came on I noticed constant puddles under my car. I take it to another shop and they tell me it wasn't screwed back on correctly. I look and sure enough, it's everywhere. I talk to a manager and he tells me " if it was leaking for a year it would be out of oil." No matter how many times I tried to explain to him how long it was leaking he deflected my concerns with he same attitude as his employee. Before that their employees left a large bag of dirty tools in my back seat. Someone with less integrity would of left with them. I was annoyed because it took me a while to get he dirty from in between the leather. I will not recommend anyone go to this dealership for any repairs. Their sales reps are nice people but he repair shop seem to lack discipline.

We have been a customer of Crowley Auto Group since 1998 when a much smaller family oriented dealer in the area closed. The service there was great and I felt that a much larger dealership would just treat me like a number and they do, Number ONE. We have purchased 13 new vehicles since 98 with six of them being Jeeps and the balance either Dodge cars, vans, or Ram PUs. We presently have an 11 Ram 2500 PU, 15 Grand Cherokee and 17 Cherokee and they are all very reliable having never been stranded or even broken down. Service is easy to schedule and completed when expected.
They bend over backwards in my opinion. In closing, I feel it's a dollar well spent. Many of the staff are like family members, the good ones.

I was very surprised at how I've been bringing my car over the last 5 years here to the dealership to do any fix on it. And recently the customer service was awful the workers didn't do exactly what they was told about what was wrong with my car and they took further decisions to take out a different part of my car without consulting me. My car didn't turn on and it wasn't drivable when I went to pick it up. This is the worse thing to do to a customer!!!

Part of buying from a dealership is what you can expect from their service department. The dealership is beautiful and conveniently located from Danbury. They fail to mention that you must travel another 10 minutes down the road to the middle of town for the Service Department until after you purchase a vehicle.
The Service Department claimed that they didn't hear the death rattle coming from my 2011 Jeep Compass until after 3 trips in for service I demanded they come for a ride with me. Suddenly they heard it and ordered the part (after arguing that it was out of warranty because they failed to comprehend on the calendar October comes before November.) After fixing the rear axle they were supposed to order the same part for the front. Getting tired of waiting for my Jeep to either be fixed or break down again, I traded it in for a RAV4. When I called to cancel the part, I found out they never even bothered to order it! Additionally, my vehicle was also returned to me with greasy handprints all over the windows and paint.
Lastly, they offer NO loaners! What kind of dealership does not offer any sort of loaner service for warranty work even if it is through Enterprise?
Buy from Pamby if you must, but don't expect excellent service to continue through your ownership.
