DeWayne got us everything we were looking for in a new vehicle, for the price we were looking to pay. He worked with the bank to get us the payments we could afford. He kept our needs in mind, which is very important when working with a sales person - he kept OUR needs at the front of his mind. I would recommend him as a sales person to anyone - because he works to get you in a car that meets all your needs and expectations while also considering you as a customer, and looking out for the same things you are concerned about. He made sure we could afford to get the extended warranty so that we wouldn't need to worry about anything for a while. That was very important to me, as the vehicle we traded in had issue after issue. He even got us a fair price for our trade in. Even with all the curve xxxxx we threw at him (name change issues, motor vehicle taxes needing to be paid, etc.) he managed to help us get through it all and drive away in our new vehicle that day. Not a great experience. I test drove a Durango and it was an ok car but didn't fit my needs. When I reached out to the rep Josh he directed my to the website and never followed up. The dealership even had a special promotion for a test drive gift card and I not only gave it to the rep and I also emailed it to the manager and not submitted I even reached out to his manage John and requested a new sales rep to deal with and still nothing done and its been 3 weeks. I know there are some other dealerships on that road that might want my business because I guess they don't . They have my email and if they want to fix the issue and contact me that way.

I was excited to check out the new Ram 1500. My girlfriend and I made the trip Sunday Morning. I worked with Gary Vega. I wish I didn’t. Gary did not have any interest in what we needed, asked no questions, and could not stay off his phone! It was incredibly rude! The test drive, he gave us short answers and played on his phone in the backseat. This was a $52000 truck and he took us on maybe a 10 minute drive around the block. When we got back to the dealership he told us to hang out in the truck while he grabbed us lease payments. We sat around for 5-10 minutes and decided to walk inside because I had a few questions. He stopped us in the doorway and says $630 a month, no money down! It was embarrassing because there where customers behind him that looked at us and we had no privacy! Little did he know, because he didn’t get to know us, I sell cars for a living too! I’ve been doing this for 6 years. I knew they where trying to take a crack at me with a Higher Tier. I asked to sit down and talk. He kept picking up his phone and could not answer my questions. I asked for the Money Factor, and for a Tier 1! He had to keep running to the manager. Eventually the manager came out and asked what would make me buy it now? I said I wanted to be under $500 with no money, we are wayyy too far away because I have a better deal on a Silverado. It eventually came to $2000 down at $499 a month which I can take to the next dealer. But they where still hitting me at a higher Tier! My girlfriend was super uncomfortable and wanted to leave. Very high pressure. I will be buying a new RAM, but not here.

I strongly believe this place does not inspect their vehicles. I would stay far away from this dealership and recommend it no one. This dealership put profit over the safety and satisfaction of me and my family. When we reported 2 problems 6 days after buying our vehicle that made our vehicle unsafe, (transmission problems and heavy vibrating while braking) they refused to fix the problem at first and told us "nothing we can do" It took us 3 WEEKS to finally reach an agreement. They asked us multiple times for money to cover the repairs even though it is the dealerships legal obligation to make the car safe. In my opinion they tried to take advantage of us multiple times and when it was all said and done they only fixed 1 problem, returned our car with an empty gas tank and filthy floor mats. I'll be taking this car elsewhere for the repairs because this dealership is not worth the time and frustration.

Once again you can't put the oil filter on tight. Finger tight leaked everywhere. But you take out my spark plugs without my permission and try to sell me new ones. The only reason im not doing all the work myself is the life time warranty i purchased. Then you try to tell me my brakes are assembled wrong. You would be better off taking a vehicle to hill billy jack in the back yard than ever trust this service department to touch your vehicle. BEWARE
