Aces The whole team there is great. The only reason I'd ever stop using your shop is because you are crazy expensive. Doing my oil there is a courtesy because Frank and the team ARE that good. Otherwise I'd wait in line at a shop that prices fairly.

Pleased with repair but disappointed that the damaged part was not returned to me as requested. Also, $500 for a gas line when retail online is about $150 seemed excessive as was the $1,400 total cost. That said, I'm still glad that they were able to fix the damaged gas line

When we were leasing vehicles, all our contracts were smooth & easy and the cars were great! When we returned to buying outright, NWH was excellent in acquiring a vehicle with the options we’d looked for & requested. Service on all these vehicles over the years has been exemplary, and body work needed from a few weird accidents, were done right. Our most recent service visit left us needing a loaner vehicle for the day and we were pleasantly surprised to be loaned a brand new Cadillac SUV…sweet ride and a great way to check out Cadillac for a possible purchase in the future. NWH does it right!

Mark in the service dept. retrofitted my carrier so it would be secure and safe rather than just slapping it on. The manufacturer's brackets were not fitting correctly and he took all the time he needed to do the job right. I'm sure another service center would have allotted him a certain amount of time, but Joe insisted he take his time and do it correctly, rather than rush him onto another job. Mind you, this was at no charge to me. And I got a fantastic price on the entire carrier system. This is a small auto sales and service center that does things the right way. They are good people and I highly recommend them if you need a car (see Pat, I bought my Subaru from him) or you need some mechanical work done. They exemplify old school values and quality.

I thought that was great, that the owner quickly addressed the misunderstanding. He was extremely anxious to address the problem. He showed me he runs a company that cares about his loyal customers
