What a fantastic turn-around from days of old. Beyond the beautiful new building, it seems the crew has new life as well. Actually had the chance to speak to Cameron the Service Manager. I appreciate him being accessible to customers. Shows that he cares. Both advisors are great but my big shout-out goes to Michelle. She is so personable, explains things very well, and has the patience of a saint as I observed her talking to a few more difficult customers. She even checked on how I was doing if I needed anything. I think I saw more technicians than every before, and they weren't just standing around but actively working!! I will be back and I will bring others as well.

I bought an 09 1500 from a different dealership on the beach in 2018, i was having a re-occuring problem with some sensors. after three months a new transmission the problem was still there. i called Bob Forte Motors and i feel like a fool for not going directly to me. they fixed the problem in four days, and i dropped it off Friday after hours and picked it up Monday afternoon. this was in the spring. since then i have had a lot of work done to my truck , a lot of it preventative maintenance, and they have been straight shooters. i cannot foresee taking my vehicle anywhere else. they are located 26 miles from my house and they are worth the drive. The price may be a little high on labor but good work ain't cheap and cheap work ain't good. I just found a place with cheaper tires and installation closer to my house, but I am still going to see Anthony. I love the way i feel when i leave, not a worry in the world that my ride is anything less than reliable and ready. thank you so much!!!!! Robert Beauchamp

My car is buying experience. Here was great. However, the service department is among the worst I’ve ever experienced. I made an appointment two weeks in advance. I was expecting a call back that day. None arrived. The next day I made two calls and went to voicemail. The service guy later, called back and apologized for not returning my call, but said the car would not be ready the next day and could not give a date when it would be ready. Do not expect anything good out of the service department, find somewhere else. Even though the sales experience was good I would not recommend using this dealership because you can’t get decent service.

We were very impressed with the team at Gator used cars. They went above and beyond with service. We didn’t expect to be able to drive away with the vehicle that evening. They provided full car history and video of the cars undercarriage. Jamal, our salesman, was very upfront, personable, and honest with us. Will, in the office was very professional and efficient with all the paperwork and even gave us a great deal on the vehicle. He connected us with his clerk, Tammy, who was phenomenal with our complicated paperwork that needed to be done. We brought plates from NY that needed to be transferred to the car we bought in Florida while we drive it to Texas. Tammy went above and beyond. She kept us updated on her progress with the NYDMV. She sent our registration documents to us in Texas and a tracking number so we could track it. Her pleasant and professional demeanor made it so easy for us. Should you need a vehicle we highly recommend the team at Gator. Our experience far exceeded our expectations. They sold us a great car at a great price. We’re really enjoying it.

Bought a Chrystler Pacifica 6 days ago, 800 miles on it now and already having catastrophic problems. No one is willing to lend a hand or help to get this resolved, we are a one car family and I am now worrying about being able to get to my place of employment in the mornings. Dealer states they have no loaner vehicles and cannot get my vehicle in for an entire week which I will also have to take time off work to attend, if they cannot fix it at that time I am still out of luck because no loaners. I will update my review accordingly if this situation is made right.

And yet once again another truly great experience with the Joey Accardi CDJR service team in Pompano Beach and in particular with my interactions with service advisor Jesse (Jesus) Martinez. Just when I think that my experiences with Joey Accardi in Pompano Beach couldn't get any better, I have the pleasure of a customer service experience with service advisor Jesse Martinez. Jesse kept my opinion of the Joey Accardi name as strong as ever and that is why I will continue to do business with Joey Accardi for many more years to come because aside from just getting my vehicles serviced there I am now the happy owner of a certified preowned Jeep Cherokee Latitude. I can’t speak on the sales department, but the service department, (I mean, I never thought they would one up the quality of service I received from them, the last time i had my truck in there). This time in, Ms Ashley was my rep/liaison. After the initial “welcome to Dayton Andrews, have been helped or checked in yet”(less than a minute after I pulled in), I explained everything that was happening, along with a safety recall issue notice, she just said, this might take a while, and we’re probably gonna keep it over night, depending on the diagnostics, so to be safe, let me get you into a rental and get you out of here as fast as possible”. As I was waiting In the lounge area, not more than 10 min. Ashley walks up to me and says my rides here to take me to get my rental. She handed me the paperwork and I was out the door… (MIND BLOWN) That’s just the beginning… Ashley was so on it with the communication, updates on the truck while it was being serviced. It took the stress of my mind. And lastly, it was one of those busy work days for me and even though I was notified my truck was ready for pick up around 11:00am, I wasn’t able to get there until about 6pm, and they close at 5:30! She was there, patiently waiting and not mad about it. I mean come on, how often do you see a person stay late for a customer they don’t even know, to make sure they get their vehicle back. Update! Thank you Brian! Brian the GM had to get involved to determine a solution to my mechanical issues and this 5 star rating is completely dedicated to him. I appreciate his professionalism, efficiency, & especially his sense of humor when I was beyond aggravated. He was very personable & literally checked in with me everyday until I had my jeep back on the road! My critique, it would have been wonderful if I was compensated for the $3,400 labor fees that I paid for & the jeep wasn’t fixed & wouldn’t change gears. Nevertheless, I am thrilled Brian was my advocate, he truly went above & beyond to help me!

Long story short I had 2 dealerships I was in deep negotiations with. And the following day dealer "A" had sold the truck. Enter Alan Jay of Wauchula. I had seen their truck initially but thought it was going to be out of my price range so I never reached out. Needing another offer to compete with dealer "B" I reached out to Alan Jay and no lie within 2 or 3 back and forth texts they were at the number I needed. And they offered a very fair amount for my trade. The icing was during financing my rate was actually lower than than initially quoted so my payment was even better! Amazing experience!
