Slider roof has no parts available to fix - DOTNYJETS
Barbara opened the Sky Roof and it came off track. The parts are considered obsolete, none available. Please check your service history, this whole roof assembly was replaced under the original factory warranty. I purchased this Certified Jeep from Firkins, also a Mopar/ Chrysler certified Jeep service contract from Firkins. We do all our maintenance service work at Firkins.I called customer assistance they said to look in a junk yard for parts. Why should I look in a salvace yard for parts ? The technician did get the top closed and I thank him and Ken, service advisor. Ken has always gone out of his way to help me. The service contract is still good until Sept.2019. The girl at customer assistance said Chrysler only had to supply parts for 7 years, it is 2012 liberty and it is 2019. This Jeep liberty is in beautiful condition, with many options . I purchased this Jeep to enjoy all the options the sky roof especially. Please have Service Manager call me at 714-0721 home, or 705-2476. I will expect a call, thanks Denis OToole

We were making a road trip from Texas into Florida when the electrical throttle on our Jeep Compass gave out on the way back to Texas. We called this dealership while waiting on our tow. When we got to the shop, Justin remembered my phone call and set my husband at ease. Even though we got there late, they really helped us to the max. They provided us a loner so we could find lodging. And before we left, they told us the problem, cost to fix, and that it would be ready the morning of the next day. The next day, after leaving a little way down the road, we noticed a hesitation that had us concerned, so we turned around and went back. Justin immediately took the vehicle on a test drive. He was honest, and said he felt it, too. He pulled the vehicle into the garage and took out a spark plug. He showed us what had him concerned, we took his recommendation, and within 10 minutes the spark plugs were changed. Problem solved! No more issues with this on our long way back to Texas. Also, they assured us there is a 2 year warranty at any Jeep dealership on parts and service. Even a dealership in Texas! This is the most honest and genuine dealership we've ever dealt with.

Let me say that I was a returning customer and that my first experience buying my 2013 Ram was a total joy, except for the finance manager that always seems to leave a penny owed on the agreement. This is part of their magic. Recently on July 31st I bought a 2019 PowerWagon. MSRP was $64K. The internet price was $58K and a saleswoman named Cricket said she would knock off an additional $1K when I came in. My wife and I went there but we somehow did not get Cricket, we got a new salesperson and a very nasty crafty wingman named Moose Safi. We came armed with knowledge, we visited multiple dealerships and brought $49K cash and a very pristine 2013 Ram with 22 K miles and all the maintenance records. No one seemed to know of my agreement with Cricket about the $1k reduction so we started negotiating at $58K. I was told they would give $16K for my trade in, it was worth $23K but I agreed on this price. So, to make a long story short, you would think $58K minus $16K equals $42K. Nope, not in this case. Through the magic of trickery, $55 electronic filing fee,$79 dealer BS fee for cleaning the car and inspecting, $744 predelivery BS services charge I paid taxes on $45339.90, which means as stated on the paper, they only gave me $14,344.60 for my trade. So, in total, I paid cash of $49K and gave them my trade in valued by them at $16K. Taxes were county $50 and state $2720.19. The magic of trickery, I gave them $65K total. They got me. Where were my discounts, military and otherwise? And for the love of God, as Richard (salesman)told me, the front facing camera is nice....really? I keep looking for it and on my level 2 Power Wagon, it just is not there. listen folks, they are going to write something clever as a response. I am telling you the facts, and facts do not lie. Oh and that finance manager, yes once again a penny was owed to them, why is that? So the buyer will focus on that and not on the real scam. Just do your homework and go in with your numbers. Do not let them add on extra fees such as gas and such. there is only one fee On the Moroni sticker and that is destination. Everything else is snake oil.

I was given Alex’s number through a very close mutual friend and knew many people that worked with this dealer. I was excited to work with this dealer as a result. I spoke to Alex and told him my situation on a Friday. I gave him all my info to run credit and ended up filling out app on the website. He wanted me to come in but i was busy with work and wanted him to at least start my deal before coming in and spending the entire days there. Friday evening came around and said it was too late and to come the following day. He manager wasn’t there or something as well. The following morning I was told told to go and see him that his manager would be there. I reached out in the am and asked what I should do. Go in? Call? Text? I heard nothing back. I reached out again in the afternoon to see if he can assist and what I should do. No answer. I reached out one final time in the evening telling him I guess he wasn’t willing to work my deal or I wasn’t worth his time. To this moment I have yet to hear from him. Maybe his manager will see this and tell him how critical communication is with sales people. As a business owner I would never ignore a potential customer. I’ll make sure to let everyone know my experience with him and this dealer.
