Alan Kurtz, the manager, went above and beyond by personally arranging to have my vehicle picked up directly from my home so it would not have to be driven while experiencing a severe oil leak. That level of consideration and customer care immediately set the tone and gave me confidence I was in the right place. From there, Alan put me in the hands of Pat Lannon, the Service Manager, and it was truly smooth sailing. Pat assigned his best mechanic to my truck and, for the first time in a year, a long-standing oil leak issue was finally diagnosed and properly resolved. Throughout the entire process, Pat provided regular updates along with video proof and photos of the work being done, which showed transparency, honesty, and pride in his work. Pat never wavered in his strict work ethic and commitment to getting the job done right. That kind of integrity is rare these days and is something I deeply respect and admire. I called that morning to purchase a truck that I saw online they told me it was good as done 5 hours later they called me back and said that vehicle was already sold I was absolutely livid I called the general manager complaining about this they said unfortunately these things do happen the computers aren't as up-to-date as they should be 2 hours later Gabriel called me and said Mr Ellison I don't believe we've sold that vehicle because I have the keys in my hand let me walk the lot and make sure that I find that vehicle. 20 minutes later they sent me pictures of the truck that I wanted to purchase I was extremely happy it took two days to do the deal but we got it done and when he realized there was an issue with the truck he made sure that he got it right before he had it sent to me Gabriel goes that extra distance to make sure that his customers are completely satisfied thank you very much for your assistance on this Gabriel I appreciate it very much I wish you the best and God bless.

I worked directly with Kevin the Service manager, he was prompt and he addressed all of my concerns from my previous visit as well as my current visit.
