I recently (Feb 25th) had my 2017 Hyundai Elantra serviced. My experience was terrific. Nelson, my service advisor met me at my car as I drove up. We exchanged pleasantries and I briefly told him why I was there. He told me he would talk with me once the technician was done looking at my car, Nelson came over and explained everything and had pictures of additional items that also needed service - inside air filter, tires aligned, etc. Nelson also periodically checked on us to tell us how the service on our car was progressing. To sum things up, I am so delighted that Nelson is our service advisor. He deserves more than a 5 star rating. He is efficient, pleasant to work with and honest.

Hyundai of xx. Augustine is everything a customer wants from a dealership. The service is friendly and professional with a belief in integrity and good customer service. The sales consultant, Randy Selph was very knowledgeable, low pressure and courteous to us during the purchase of our new Tucson. Tunde O'Connor is a delight to work with and was the best in helping me with the updates and service needed on my 2021 Sante Fe. I will be going back to the dealership for any and all needed services to both of my cars. It truly is a remarkable place to visit and do business.

Mark was very kind. He assisted me with my 2019 Santa Fe service needs. He recommended that I obtain new tires, as mine were “in the red” per the service technician, so I elected to do so. He told me the fourth tire was $1 as there was a promotion. That was great. I asked to keep one tire to take and make a spare, and Mark accommodated my request. They were able to put the new tires on right away, so no extra trip was necessary. Thanks so much, Mark.

That made my day especially after hitting a USPS van mirror, making me already an hour + late. Yes, my mirror connected with a USPS, mirror😏. He made my day. While we started off on a bad note, my service advisor did end up doing their best to assist me with my issue. I understand that it wasn’t easy on both ends, I was stressed about a car I just got having transmission issues, and sort of arguing with my service advisor, which didn’t help his job in any way. But his continued efforts to help me with my situation worked in my favor because the dealer was able to get my entire service covered. I’m glad they relieved me of this, and I would definitely recommend talking to this dealership about your issue so that they can further assist you to the best extent possible.

He was very patient and understanding about the limited availability I had to get my car worked on. I highly recommend going to Doral Hyundai for your service needs. I was in a pickle when I realized that my 2023 Hyundai Kona had a Horn Problem. My car horn just stopped functioning from 1 minute to the next. I took my car to the dealership where I had purchased it (Potampkin Hyundai Miami) to get the problem fixed. But they could not assist me at the time. In fact I had to wait over 2 weeks for a diagnostic test to be performed on the car. I found this unacceptable because you see, it's a safety hazard and illegal to drive a vehicle without a working horn. Not only this, but my teen son also drives my car. I felt very unsafe and worried. So since they wouldn't give any solution or advise. I called Doral Hyundai. I explained my situation and they happily gave me an appointment the following day and were able to fix my horn in a matter of 2 hours. I can not tell you the relief that I felt. I feel safe driving my car again and no worries when my son drives it as well. Thank you Doral Hyundai. I will be taking my car to you for my future service needs without hesitation.

I had the most pleasant experience not once, but twice with this dealership. I helped a friend buy a car and they faciltated that loan protecting me all along. I then had to take the car away from this person 9 mo later, and brought it back to the same dealership and they facilitated a trade with my brother and myself with an even swap. I was so appreciative of Alex in Financing, Tom in used cars and most of all Regina Nicotra as my sales lady involved in both transactions. I want to do a shout out to Adam in Service he was AWESOME helping me out with the return of the car. Thank ya'll so much and hope to do business again... Thank you all for restoring my faith in car dealerships that are honest and trust worthy. I have bought 11+ vehicles over the years at various dealerships and have never been treated with so much respect and courtesy from a dealership. Usually they see a single woman come in and either do 1) ignore me until I go up to someone and say can you help me or 2) think I don't know anything about cars and try to up the price on me with various add ons or fees or whatever else they can think of.. Tis dealership does not. They did not know I could write a check for whatever car I wanted, and was treated as if I could from the get go.
