I will begin by saying that I really enjoyed my experience at the Mercedes of South Florida - Service Center. Viktor was outmost pleasant, patient and courteous throughout my experience at the service center. I was visiting family from New York and my engine light came on as I was driving down to Florida. I own an IMG Mercedes GLC 63S Coupe. I called up Mercedes of South Florida - Service Center and spoke to Victor and he told me to bring my car in for a check up. When I arrived I got to sit down in Viktor's office and explain how and when the car started to show the engine light. He explained that he would like to put the car in the Mercedes Diagnostics to see what codes the car registered when the engine light came on. When I purchased my vehicle I got the extended warranty of 75,000 miles. After a few minutes, he came back and explained that the car had leaks in both the turbos. He continued to assure me that he would take care of the issue with no problem. The service center looked very busy that day. Viktor kept coming back to me periodically to make sure I was being taken care of. That showed me that he really cared. After the repair was finished he apologized to me for the time I spent there waiting away from my grand-son that I was visiting. They replaced the two turbo clamps so that there is no more leak. In return I thanked him for his support and care that he showed towards me as a customer. My car now runs smooth and is in great shape. Viktor you are a great person and wonderful human being for showing me great patience and respect. Mercedes of South Florida - Service Center will be proud to have you in their staff. I would not be surprised that you someday get promoted to a higher leadership role because of your patience and communication skills you have with your customers and people around you. I had one of the best experiences away from home in car service center in Florida. Thank you Viktor Kazakov and thank you Mercedes of South Florida for this wonderful experience. Very negative experience with the finance department at Rick Case Hyundai Plantation I want to share my experience during the process of purchasing and financing a vehicle at Rick Case Hyundai. Unfortunately, my experience with the finance manager Paulo Grandez was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Throughout the entire process, Paulo Grandez repeatedly tried to push additional finance products that I had clearly declined from the beginning. On several occasions he attempted to condition the deal by insisting those products “had to be included” in the contract. Because of this situation I had to review and sign three different versions of the contract, since products I had already rejected kept being added again. The most serious issue occurred when Paulo Grandez ran my credit with four different banks without any real need, even though I had clearly stated that the financing would be done through Hyundai Motor Finance. These multiple credit inquiries directly affected my credit score, which should never have happened since the financing option was already defined. This situation is even more frustrating considering my previous experience with the brand. I previously purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe 2024, which turned out to be defective and required a full transmission replacement. Later, I purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe 2025, which also developed transmission problems and eventually became a Lemon Law case. Because of this entire process I was left without my vehicle for approximately 47 days, which directly affected my work and daily activities. During that time I had to accept an inferior replacement vehicle. Despite all of this, I want to recognize two people who did act professionally. Sales Manager Nick Tagle was one of the few individuals who showed transparency, professionalism, and respect throughout this difficult situation. From the beginning he tried to handle the problem in the most honest and transparent way possible and made a genuine effort to help manage the situation and find a solution. I would also like to recognize sales representative Joel Beltrán, who was respectful, patient, and attentive during the entire process. If anyone decides to visit the Plantation location of Rick Case Hyundai, I recommend asking directly for Joel Beltrán, as he genuinely tries to help customers. Even though the transaction was eventually completed, my experience was very unpleasant. The final interest rate ended up being almost twice as high as the rate I had previously secured with another financial institution, but due to the complications related to the Lemon Law case, I felt practically forced to accept it. For all these reasons, I hope Hyundai Motor America reviews this situation and takes appropriate action regarding how Paulo Grandez handles customers, since this type of behavior damages customer trust and leaves a very negative impression of the Hyundai brand.

Just when I think that my experiences with Joey Accardi in Pompano Beach couldn't get any better, I have the pleasure of a customer service experience with service advisor Jesse Martinez. Jesse kept my opinion of the Joey Accardi name as strong as ever and that is why I will continue to do business with Joey Accardi for many more years to come because aside from just getting my vehicles serviced there I am now the happy owner of a certified preowned Jeep Cherokee Latitude. I had a 2022 Jeep Compass Trailhawk lease that I acquired at a different dealership that will go unnamed because my experience with that dealership couldn't hold a candle to type of service I now have a true privilege to be a customer at Joey Accardi Chrysler Jeep, and in particular I'm referring to RICK QUINONES & Dane. I am not exaggerating when I tell you that the 5 experiences I have now had with Joey Accardi have made me a customer for life; furthermore, with over 20 years as a dedicated customer with a Ford dealership in Massachusetts and with all of the hard earned money that I gave to that dealership over that 20 years. In just a matter of 1 year the Joey Accardi dealership has surpassed the 20 yr relationship that I had with that Ford dealership, so I highly recommend u try Joey Accardi Jeep Chrysler dealership and service team at least once to form your own opinion, because I will be back 4 sure & if you go in to check it out look for RICK QUINONES and Dane. Very dishonest organization, and it is truly unfortunate that it is in Mercedes-Benz dealer. They sold me a car that had 12,000 miles on it and with the 130 point inspection and full detail. After receiving the call, I realized your car was never detailed. I never even waxed. Additionally, the left front tire was flat and should've been replaced before releasing the car. The battery level was at 11.94 which is very low and complete unacceptable. The manager spoke to me and completely lied to me that the car on the went all the above and was shipped to me in XO and condition. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. It's truly disgraceful that a Mercedes-Benz dealer in the United States should be this dishonest. Stay away

I only got a response when we did a 3 way call with Ford financial. I bought out my lease on Nov 17 th and now have left 4 messages to get an update on where my title is. Crickets. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’m sure there will be no response to this review which is consistent with there responses from my prior inquiries.

This was a classic "Jekyll and Hyde" dealership experience. If you visit, I highly recommend asking for Michael in Sales or working with Sha in the BDC—they are fantastic. However, be extremely warned about the deceptive tactics used by the Sales Manager (Houssine) and the Finance Manager (Alstofo). ​THE GOOD (The Frontline): Our salesperson, Michael, was patient, kind, and transparent. He went above and beyond, even washing the vehicle specifically so we could inspect it for a potential sunroof leak we were concerned about. Sha in the BDC was also responsive and helpful in setting up the appointment. They deserve 5 stars. ​THE BAD (Management & Finance): Unfortunately, the deal turned sour once it reached upper management. ​Negotiation Games: Sales Manager Houssine initially refused to honor the $500 coupon prominently advertised on their own website/listing, claiming the car was "too good a deal." I had to use third-party market data just to get them to honor their own advertisement. ​The "Fee Shift" in Finance: This is the major warning for buyers. I negotiated a strict Out-The-Door price remotely. My estimate showed roughly $655 in Government Fees. When the actual state fees came back much lower ($441), Finance Manager Alstofo did not pass those savings to me. Instead, he quietly added new "Electronic Filing" and "PTA" fees to the dealer profit section to absorb the difference. ​Deceptive Tactics: When I tried to review the contract, Alstofo actively tried to separate us—attempting to walk my wife to the cashier to pay the down payment while I was still trying to read the terms. When I caught the fee change and pulled out a calculator, he became hostile, refused to explain the line items, and even mocked me as "Mr. Chat GPT" for asking if the warranty covered known manufacturer defects. ​THE VERDICT: When we challenged the hidden fees, management threatened to "blow up the deal" over the small difference, banking on the fact that we were out-of-town buyers who had driven hours to get there. We paid the extra fees to end the standoff, but it was a predatory move. ​Advice: Work with Michael for a great test drive, but verify every single line item in Finance. If the tax numbers change, ensure they don't add "junk fees" to keep your money.

BUYER BEWARE, SCAM ALERT I purchased a 2007 Chevy Tahoe LS from Check Auto after being told it had a clean 5.3L Vortec engine that had been recently inspected and was in great condition by the owner. I paid $400 for transport and an additional $1,000 deposit via Zelle. Within 45 minutes of delivery (about 20 miles of driving), the vehicle overheated and the check engine light came on. A mechanic inspection revealed the vehicle did NOT have the advertised 5.3L engine—it had a mismatched “Frankenstein” 4.8L engine with no coolant, incorrect spark plugs, engine misfires, and clear signs of poor-quality repairs. I was told the engine needs full replacement, costing $5,000–$6,500. A second independent mechanic confirmed the same. The pictures were also deceiving as the car had multiple peeling clear coat areas not shown in pictures. When I contacted the dealer, they dismissed the issue and claimed it was essentially not their problem because the car was sold “as is.” There is also no signed purchase agreement because the paperwork was returned to me by UPS because of an address error. Despite clear misrepresentation, they have refused to work toward a resolution or refund. I can't, in good conscience sign the paperwork as it was not the car I paid for. I’ve already spent over $1,400 trying to diagnose the issue and even offered to compromise, but they have refused all reasonable solutions. Based on my experience, and similar reviews from others, this appears to be a pattern. I have filed an official complaint with CarGurus as well as the Florida Motor Vehicle Field Operations Office (Region 6) at DmvRegion6@flhsmv.gov. If you’ve had a similar experience, and by looking around it seems many have, I strongly encourage you to do the same.

The fact that they make you give a review of their services at the moment that you were getting the the car of course the review will be positive, but having my car since December 2024, I beg to differ that they deserve a five star rating. Ever since I’ve gotten my car, my check engine light has been on my car does not start as it should and the same codes have been on my car for months I took it in. It was told oh if your car runs OK and your check engine light is on then you should be fine. No my car is not fine. There are tons of noises that are made Just to tell you the same things or not make the changes at all. I’m actually still waiting for a call from the supervisor because I paid the $95 initially they fixed one thing without fixing the other codes and then was told I had to pay the $95 again. No I went in with all the codes and there’s no reason why I should be paying the $95. Also when your car payment isn’t paid of course the car get shut off but here I am today with a current account I was out doing deliveries late night went back to my car and my car is shut off and there is no one to contact after hours. There is no emergency line or anything and now I’ve had to Uber back home. I’m having to Uber back to my car and wait until 11 AM to get my car back on and they’re not gonna probably give compensation. They’re gonna act like it was a mistake, but there is no reason why my car should be shut off when my account is current and please believe I do have the receipts of payment and a current account.

I can’t speak on the sales department, but the service department, (I mean, I never thought they would one up the quality of service I received from them, the last time i had my truck in there). This time in, Ms Ashley was my rep/liaison. After the initial “welcome to Dayton Andrews, have been helped or checked in yet”(less than a minute after I pulled in), I explained everything that was happening, along with a safety recall issue notice, she just said, this might take a while, and we’re probably gonna keep it over night, depending on the diagnostics, so to be safe, let me get you into a rental and get you out of here as fast as possible”. As I was waiting In the lounge area, not more than 10 min. Ashley walks up to me and says my rides here to take me to get my rental. She handed me the paperwork and I was out the door… (MIND BLOWN) That’s just the beginning… Ashley was so on it with the communication, updates on the truck while it was being serviced. It took the stress of my mind. And lastly, it was one of those busy work days for me and even though I was notified my truck was ready for pick up around 11:00am, I wasn’t able to get there until about 6pm, and they close at 5:30! She was there, patiently waiting and not mad about it. I mean come on, how often do you see a person stay late for a customer they don’t even know, to make sure they get their vehicle back. Thanks Ashely!

I would give them a zero if I could. I communicated a half dozen times with a Samantha Pita. Specifically asked if the car I was interested was still available. Was told yes. Asked her to verify, I was going to be driving an hour and a half, maybe two hours with traffic. Was told yes. Drove there, took me almost two hours in 5 o'clock traffic and they sold the car a day or two ago. The sales rep tells me Samantha works the internet and goes by what's listed online, not what's on the lot. What a stupid statement. Shouldn't what's online be what's available. Shouldn't she have checked when I specifically asked because I was going to be driving two hours? Then they have the audacity to ask me if I'd like to see any other cars that actually have available. Horrible experience. After cooling off on my drive home, I stopped and purchased a 2023 Honda Ridgeline from another dealership.

I came here ready to buy a car (2021 Porsche Macan), but the salesperson, Roman, completely killed the deal with his incompetence and deceptive tactics. First, Roman knows nothing about the cars he sells. When I asked specific technical questions about the vehicle's condition, he completely ignored them and kept talking only about the price and how I need to add $5,000 on top of the listed price. He couldn't answer basic questions about the product. Second, and most importantly, he tried to force a fake mandatory fee on me. The purchase proposal included an "Elite Protection Plan" for $1,698. When I told him I didn't want it, Roman lied to my face and said it was "mandatory" and the car could not be sold without it. This is a lie. I checked their own website's disclaimer: it clearly lists the Pre-delivery Service Fee ($1,299) and Electronic Filing Fee ($899), but it says nothing about a mandatory $1,698 protection plan. I was a serious buyer ready to close the deal, but Roman decided to be greedy and dishonest. He lost a sale over a junk fee that he refused to remove. If you want to be treated with respect and not be scammed with hidden "mandatory" add-ons that aren't listed on the website, go somewhere else. Management needs to teach Roman that lying to customers is not a sales strategy.

The service department at this dealership is just awful! If it was possible to give zero or negative stars, I would have. The waiting area is small and dirty with coffee spilled on the floor. The worst part is you have to wait between the desks of the two service advisers, one of whom was constantly talking loudly on speakerphone, yelling at customers and generally being obnoxious. I was told they no longer offer the valet service or loaner vehicles, and it took over a month to get an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for bringing the car in myself and waiting for the service to be completed. For my service appointments under the previous ownership, they picked up and dropped off my car, and when it had to be kept overnight, they gave me a loaner vehicle. They were always courteous, polite, kept me updated and were overall very professional. Not the case these days! This dealership has definitely gone rapidly downhill since it changed hands in 2025. Steer clear of this place. I'll be going to Stuart in future I would never buy from this place ever again! Nor should you!
