Thank you for your kindness and doing what you said you'd do, plus more! I called the dealership and was connected with Caleb in Service. After explaining my issue and the very poor experience I had with another local dealership that created the issue and wanted $420 to fix the issue, Caleb asked that I bring my vehicle to him, he'd get me in immediate and have someone specifically assigned to help me. I was at the dealership an hour after our phone conversation, he introduced me to his colleague and 15 minutes later, my vehicle was returned, FIXED! The colleague went through several wheel lock keys until she found the correct one that matches my wheel, removed the wheel locks and replaced with new lugs. I asked where I can pay for the lugs and was told there would be no charge for the service or parts. What one dealership couldn't and WOULDN'T do for a customer, another exceeded all expectations and with pure kindness! Thank you so much - I will definitely use CB for my future new vehicle purchases and all services. Please give Caleb an "atta boy," high five and gold star! He could definitely teach others about customer service and how positive experiences evolve to repeat customer purchases! Thank you, again, Caleb!

We had searched the Internet for a new 2019 Silverado 2500 Duramax, black on black. When our son contacted Woody Folsom Automotive they found the exact truck we wanted in 24 hours and it was delivered to Tx just a few days later! I took my GMC Sierra 2500 Duramax in for service and Wendell and the rest of the guys at Nalley took care of me and the leaking differential and transfer case. Easy Care (my extended warranty) at first refused to honor the repair but Wendell worked with the dealership that I purchased my truck from and they were able to get Easy Care to cover the repairs. They have also done all of the maintenance on my wife's Honda. Great dealership.....Thanks!

Straight forward deal. I found the deal online. I was able to quickly get a price work up remotely. I looked at the car vs others in the area and found it was compelling enough to not negotiate it. Since we needed a car that day, we found the convenience factor of working with somebody who just lists a decent price right up front compelling. Even though it was a 1 hour 20 minute drive, we decided to trust Chris and the team and to come and buy the car. We're glad we did. It was the least painful experience I've had at a dealership.

I visited Heyward Allen today for the first time. I was greeted by the very kind receptionist holding the door open for me when I arrived. She immediately started looking for a sales agent for me and apologized it was taking longer than expected. All the agents were working with customers. The wait was worth it. As soon as available Luke came to introduce himself and asked how he could help. I told him I was there to look at 2 trucks listed on the website. He went to get the keys to them but one still wasn’t quite ready for the lot. He showed us the available Colorado and let me drive it. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, and most importantly he was not pushing us to buy the truck!! After going to many other dealerships and dealing with pushy sales people I was very appreciative he didn’t try to push me to buy the truck or try to upsell me to something I couldn’t afford. Needless to say he won my business and I’m a proud owner of a new, used 2020 Chevy Colorado! I’m also impressed with the gentleman, Sean who helped us with the Financial aspect of the sale. We told him what we had for a down payment and about how much we needed the monthly payments to be. He made it happen with no back and forth negotiation which was very pleasant. Thank you Luke and Sean!!

However, when it came to service, they basically neglected to help me with very small issues that were wrong with my car. Either they were too lazy or don’t care about customer service And did not care to fix monitor issues.

My experience isn't yet over but has been excellent with their Service Dept and overall manager Charles, and his advisors. On our family 1 mo. vacation to FL and back with three Goldens a roof carrier and $7k worth of ebikes in tow, we lost nearly full driver controls / nannies with limited use; and alarms blaring in a thunderstorm in Jackson. We made it a little further with everything going sideways electronically and made it to the hotel. The wife's BMW x5 hybrid had a failure of the BCU (body control unit) and died as soon as it was turned off and these guys were exceptional with follow up and getting us something capable of getting us all home. It was stressful but they couldn't have helped more. FIVE STARS. Now BMW NA is helping us get it fixed and seeing about delivery to NJ!

This dealership was dishonest. I drove 2.5 hours to purchase a car. Yes this review mean that my vehicle buying did not happen. They made up a lie about my credit it was totally false because I was already approved through GM for financing. They caused me to waste time and money. This should be considered fraud. Buyers be careful.
