I THEN ASKED IF THEY COUKD GET THE WORK DONE TODAY AND SHE SAID SHE WASNT SURE BECAUSE THEY HAD WALK IN CUSTOMERS AND THEY WERE REALLY BUSY. I ASKED WHAT SENSE DID IT MAKE TO HAVE AN APPOINTMENT IF THEY WERE GOING TO PUT WALK IN CUSTOMERS AHEAD OF ME.

Took my Equinox in for my routine oil change and Kathy checked me in and was very nice. You could tell that she had a million things going on, but she still helped me as if I was the only person asking for her assistance. Upon inspection, I needed two new tires, as well as a rear alignment. She tried to find me the same tires that I currently had, which she could not, but she got me right in for my alignment after I went and got tires elsewhere. She is very professional, and nice at the same time. I also have dealt with Kathy with my business, and I get the same great service each time! Thank you Kathy!

Hi I have had a great experience with the service department. Once I was told by another dealer I needed a battery but that dealer did no have a battery , so I went to prince and I did not need a battery , the ends just needed tighting up. They were very busy on a friday just before closing but they did not rush me. It was very nice so I called today for a oil change. They were again able to work me in and took their time to check everything. They drove me back to work and the price was lower than quoted. The driver was very friendly, (sorry I didn't get his name). The service man on the phone and in person was very friendly and helpful. The only thing, It was raining when I picked up my car and it was not pulled up under the sally port for me. I will recommend this place and I will be back again. Thanks Nancy

I live about 3 hours away from Hobson in Santa Rosa County, FL, but they had the vehicle I was looking for at a heck of a price. We worked everything out over text and email, I drove up there and got back on the road in a hurry. Even factoring in the drive time, it took less time than my last car purchase did in town.
They were able to get better financing than I could get using the lowest local credit union in my area, and handled the tax/tag/title flawlessly, too, which is not always best for out-of-state purchases. Next time I need to buy a car, I'm just going to send Bubba what I'm looking for and wait for him to find it.

Very poor service. I jumped threw all the hoops and offered to put money down over the phone. And still the truck was sold out from under me. I already went threw my bank and was approved. I did the loan application like I was asked to from the dealership. I talked to the financial department told them to be looking for it. and even after that truck was sold I still haven't heard from the financial department. Mr Avery and I had a conversation about the problem and I asked if he would be interested in buying my truck since I was gonna use it to trade in he said he would be interested in it and he would call me back. Well it's been almost a month since we talked and he won't even call or answer his phone.

On April 29th I made the mistake of trusting a car dealership, (Bennett Chevrolet-Buick in Kingsland Georgia) to be honest and fulfill its word/commitment. I know better and this will be a life lesson I will pay for 72 months and carry with me for the rest of my life.
Here is what happened. I stopped by to look at 2019s and possibly to trade in my 2018 Chevy Equinox. Keep in mind I have not bought a brand-new car since 2011 (it was ironically a Chevy as well) . Typically, I buy used cars with 5k to 20k miles on them because of the cost savings but we had purchased a used 2018 Equinox in 2018 with 19K miles and we really enjoyed it. We put 15K miles on it in 5 months and now the warranty was about to be up, so we were considering buying a new one.
My salesman, David Strong, seemed like a decent enough young man and had a low-pressure sale pitch. I was satisfied with his approach and decided to do business with Bennett Chevrolet . They did not have an AWD vehicle on their lot, but I was promised that one could be located at another dealership and brought there same day for delivery. I agreed and was convinced/encouraged to complete all the paperwork immediately so that I could take delivery on the new vehicle that same day. It had been a pleasant experience and I failed to see the great harm I would soon suffer.
I went home for lunch and was called around 4pm to come get my new car. I excitedly took the keys to my new car. My wife and I got in and as we left the parking lot, we noticed a buzz/vibration/noise coming from the shifter knob. It’s a 40 mile drive back to the house and I called Bennett Chevrolet from the road and told them of the issue. They told me it was almost closing time and to come back tomorrow and they would make it right.
April 30th at 8 am I was at the dealer and took David (the salesman) for a ride. He agreed that there was a problem and could hear the noise. So, I dropped the vehicle with the service department (I was going out of town for work and would be gone 5 days). I told the salesman I would not take delivery of this vehicle if It was not made right and David gave me his full assurance all would be repaired.
While I was gone I waited 3 days until I finally reached out to the service department by phone and spoke with Mr. Wit for an update. He told me that they could hear the noise but had no idea where it was coming from or what was causing it but that they had ordered a whole new shifter assembly from transmission to column and would replace all of it if necessary. On Friday May 3rd I got a call back from service department informing me that all the parts had been replaced but that the noise was still present. Further, they advised that GM was aware of a noise occurring in some 2019 Equinoxes, but at this time there was no solution and it could not be fixed.
I called sales and spoke with a manager, Anthony, and Denise in customer service who both told me, “sorry come get your broken new vehicle.” I asked for a replacement vehicle - they told me NO, it would be too much paperwork because they had already registered the VIN . I asked them to take it as a trade- they said they did not want it and said we would have to order another AWD and it could be broken too. I told them I would not accept this vehicle- they informed me I had signed a contact and that I owned THIS VEHICLE. I reminded them my contract was for a new (properly working) vehicle. They told me take it up with GM or my lawyers.
I have been a Chevy man for my whole life and I have purchased 10 new cars in my life and all but one was a GM. This will be my last.

Completely satisfied with the sales lady and buying experience. Completely dissatisfied with the representation of the truck I purchased. Bought a used 2019 Chevrolet Silverado with 21,000 miles. Paid over 43k with an extended warranty. After having the truck a month, the backglass is leaking, enough to stain the headliner. After doing a little more inspecting, I notice a spot in the paint on the rear quarter. Along with paint runs, sanding scratches, and overspray.. I was assured numerous times the truck was free of accidents or damage before buying. The Autocheck they provided also confirmed it was free and clear. After all this, I personally bought a carfax report, which in return shows damage reported while under the ownership of Nesmith Chevrolet. Now, all the dealership wants to do, is stand behind the Autocheck and not take responsibility for selling me a truck falsely represented and I’m left with a truck with diminished value! Wouldn’t recommend buying from Nesmith, spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

Terrible customer service and very unresponsive. Contacted the dealer about a vehicle 2 weeks ago and received a text from a rep & she never followed back or responded to any text messages after the 1st day. 2ndly I recieved a email that claimed the dealership was closed and they would return my call as soon as they reopen. I had several co workers and family attempt to contact the dealer about the vehicle & the received no response as well. Lastly, there are 5-7 different numbers for the dealer and no one ever answered any of the numbers. Ive monitored the vehicle for several days & to my surprise today 9/23/2020 the vehicle was sold. So obviously either the rep I was dealing with wanted the vehicle for herself or one of the employees wanted it for themselves. SO if you look for a dealership that will keep all the best deals to THEMSELVES & leave the remaining trash vehicles to the public...COME TO PARKER CHEVROLET!!!(Suge Knight voice)

Pathetic is the only word I can say to describe my experience at Dublin Chevrolet. The absolute WORST service department I have ever used in my life. The service woman has CRS (can't remember xxxx) and the service manager just doesn't give a xxxx. The last dealer I would ever use and I would highly suggest you think twice before leaving your vehicle with them. They did absolutely nothing I had asked them to do. RUN!!!!

Got wind of this dealer on CarFax's web site. Had already made plans to buy a vehicle from Carmax in Morrow-they never responded. We drove to Macon (45 min. ride) to look at a comparable car and were not disappointed at all! John Hall was awesome in getting everything together for the completion of the sale and Dan in finance was just as awesome in putting together a better deal than we had been promised at X. We were very pleased with everyone at the dealership and if the occasion arises in the future, we will check with these guys to make a vehicle purchase.
