Just about every time I bring me car in for a grease & oil change I have had to bring my car back in before I even leave so they could put air in my tires. No one has checked it. This time they did not even reset my oil gauge to 100%. I am just wondering what else they did do. I thought this was a 6 point inspection. I never got a sheet for one.

The good reviews on here are soo fake it's laughable. I have purchased multiple cars from Hennessy and they've been pretty decent, but the service center is absolute trash. Go read all the 1 star reviews, they're absolutely true. They lie to you and count on people just saying "yes" and not asking any questions. If they get a halfway informed customer in there who questions them, you can see the panic on their faces. They were supposed to grab the manager to speak with me, but I'm guessing the manager just told them not to charge me for the diagnosis and send me on my way, car problem NOT fixed, because that's exactly what happened. I have to say I'm a little surprised because service on the sales side has always been pretty good, but seeing how they take advantage of their customers in Service/Parts I will never return to Hennessy for anything. And I've purchased my last 3 cars here.

If you need your vehicle fixed for a reasonable price I do NOT recommend taking it here. They said I needed a new belt because they cut mine off and charged me $200 to put a new one on and when I asked why it would be so much the woman at the counter acted like that was the dumbest question. Also, they said it would be $1,300 to get my AC compressor fixed when we found the part at O’Reily’s for $330 (yes for my car, year, model, etc.) so they pretty much wanted to charge $1,000 in labor. I will never take my car here again to have it fixed.

The buying process was excellent. Everything else was trash. They have given me the run around about fixing my car since the day I purchased it. Finally received the full report from the service department and find out that my car was not NEW even though the paperwork says it is.

I found myself in Macon, Georgia for work in the midst of Hurricane Michael. One morning I left my hotel, intent on getting to the jobsite to continue providing critical backup power for the area hospitals. As I approached my field service truck I noticed with a sunken heart that my window was broken and upon further inspection realized that all of my tools had been stolen and my truck door had also been bent whenever the thief pried it open. I was very distressed of course and after filing the police report and notifying my employer I sought out a dealership to repair my vehicle.
My truck is a Chevrolet product. I could not find a Chevy dealer close to me to drive with broken windows so when I approached the staff at Hutchinson Auto Mall and explained my situation, I was pleasantly surprised to hear they were happy to fix my vehicle. The staff at Hutchinson went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Not only did they source a window for my vehicle and get it installed the next business day but they treated me extremely well. I am from out of state and now just realizing My whole livelihood had just been stolen. The staff at Hutchinson assured me that they would keep my truck locked inside the dealership overnight while they waited for the window to be delivered and they secured a loaner vehicle for me for the time period they had my truck.
I was very impressed by all of the staff at Hutchinson Auto Mall and I would encourage any person to go there for their vehicle needs. I will also be getting my new vehicle there too.
Still getting the runaround after 3 months! - NC consumer
My son purchased a used vehicle from Thigpen automotive group in early May of this year. Our lien company still has not received the title and we are unable to register the car in our state due to missing paperwork. He has tried calling multiple times with the promise that someone will return his call or that the person who completed his title paperwork "is out of office". We called once again today and got the same story that the person who completed the paperwork was not in. We've had to notify the lien company as well. Pieces aren't adding up as to what has taken 3 months to obtain this information. Still waiting to hear from them but the customer service has been extremely poor and very frustrating especially because we are out of state.
