We were traveling N on 95 pulled into Hodges Ford and they got us back on the road and I was not even driving a Ford.

I contacted the service department to schedule an appointment for 3 issues on my new 2018 F150, which I purchased elsewhere. They were supper helpful and called me a few times to make sure I knew the truck would be there for several days. I fully expected it to be there awhile, but the calls certainly were meant to make sure I KNEW this. They reassigned the service advisor a few times, in an attempt to have them available when I picked the truck up. I ended up with Haley White and was completely satisfied with her efforts and the completion of the work.

I bought a used Honda Accord from JC Lewis and drove it for about a week. I noticed a small dent in the roof and several scratches I had missed when I purchased the car. Now I realize it was a used car and you’ve got to be reasonable, but I wanted it to look like new so I called and asked Virgil if he could give me an estimate on what it would cost to get those fixed. Not only did they give me a loaner to drive, but they fixed the dent and buffed out the scratches at no charge! I might be wrong, but I don’t think there are too many dealerships in Savannah that would go to that extent to make a customer happy after having purchased a used car. I am well pleased and love the car. Thanks again Virgil!

We bought two vehicles at Chatsworth Ford so far and plan to get the next ones there as well. Buying was a breeze, we got what we wanted at a good price, and service after the sale has been great. Everybody is friendly and does a great job. Service visits are fast and reasonably priced, and the multi point inspection results give me peace of mind that nothing was missed. We are totally happy with the experience we've had at Chatsworth Ford and will continue bringing our vehicles here for service.

This place is beyond terrible. First they let my car sit a week before looking at it. They do not call you and tell you anything they just let your car sit .You have to call them and its a pain getting someone to the phone. The PCM and fuel pump were supposed to be replaced in my car. Finally after two weeks I get to pick my car up. The next morning the car was doing the very same thing that it was doing when I took it there. Towed it back to them and after several days wrote a Facebook review and finally someone called. It was a guy named Troy who seemed very annoyed that I wrote a bad review. His customer service skills are lacking .Called me back from his cell phone and was very rude .When I picked up my vehicle he was rude and tried to tell me that the PCM is not covered by the warranty .I think they may have problems with females like other reviewers have stated .I spent over 2000 that I feel was wasted .Needless to say I will never go back to this place not even for a oil change.
Missing emissions part - outbackgeorgia
I noticed a missing hose on my nearly new (3500 miles) 2017 Ford Flex.
I did purchase it from another dealer, as Chesatee could not find a vehicle that met my requirements.
I was told that "someone" had probably removed the hose. Said I should go back to the dealer from which I purchased the vehicle, which I have done.
I do understand the Ford dealer model, and that Chesatee cannot be responsible for another dealer's issue. However, I was a not given any options, nor did the service department even look at the vehicle or give me a quote for replacing the hose.
The parts department should get 5 stars for helping.
I did not get the feeling that there was any interest in my continuing service business, I have not even reached the first oil change service.
I will revise this review as time progresses but it is difficult to change my first impression of a less than interested service department.
