He concistently communicated, and made sure I understood every step. I custom built my dream GLC and he helped me find the best options within my budget. Cee got me quickly financed, and was also very friendly and helpful. Before I left, I got a very extensive, thorough training on every button on my console by the sweet young lady at the front desk. (Her name slips my memory at the moment) Darren even followed up a few days afterward to check that I was happy. That kind of genuine care is rare these days, and it meant so much. I've had a company car for the last 20 years so buying a car was not something I looked forward to for many reasons. But Tyler Simmons made it all easy, no stress. I found the car I wanted online, asked Tyler to send me a video of the back (which he did immediately), we came in to drive it, loved it, bought it. I had questions the next day about setting up the app. I texted him and he immediately called and walked me through it. I had an issue with my backseat. He told me to bring it in and they'd take care of it. As much as I dreaded going through the process, I'm so glad we found Tyler and that he's as great to work with as the cars he represents!

Horrible experience. I purchased their most expensive CPO BMW in inventory at the time. It was said to be receiving 4 new tires when we negotiated a price. It was delivered to me with 4 tires within 30-50% of their useful life remaining, one of which had a nail in it. The rear view mirror cap was hanging off of the car. The alignment was off. How this passed as CPO BMW M5 is beyond me. They overcharged me for SC sales tax. They tried to mark up the BMW advertised interest rate while I have perfect credit - actually fought and won this battle. I will say that the Sales person was great to deal with, genuine car enthusiast. His management and ownership, not so much. They wouldn't even speak to me after multiple escalation requests. They prioritized the bottom line over doing the right thing and lost a long term repeat customer. They then had the audacity to ask me to lose $12k on the car a few weeks after purchasing it to buy a different car from them, which I obviously did not do. Would not recommend. Will be doing my business with Hilton Head BMW going forward.
