After driving the truck and thinking about it, I decided to make a purchase offer. I found the dealership to be very open to negotiating what worked best for me. BUYER BEWARE! Shottenkirk Nissan/Riverside Nissan are a bunch of scam artists and dishonest! JT (think he’s gone), Tori the Finance Manager, and Sarah Kate are soulless snakes who will lie, cheat and steal from you! Sold me a 2024 Titan Platinum Reserve with 2,200 miles for $54,000. Was told it was Certified Preowned and a Nissan Fleet Vehicle. Complete lie! The truck had all the certified preowned stickers on the truck which Shottenkirk/Riverside, Shottenkirk Hyundai and Honda are still doing on NON-Certified vehicles! Got the truck home and found out it wasn’t certified and couldn’t get the hood to open! Called them to ask what to do, lots of xx and never got a call back. Truck sat in Nissan of Cumming for 10 days and was told it needed body work to align the hood. Estimates from collision shops for $2,000 to $10,000 to fix the front end. Had to get Nissan executives and USA all the way up to Japan to get involved and almost 2 months later the truck was replaced by Nissan. STAY AWAY!

My wife is terrified of buying a new car, Sandy Gilreath made the experience wonderful for her. There was no hassel, she test drove several models to see which one she likes the best. Sandy explained everything on the new Traverse she picked,and it has all the features you can get. I talked to the service manager, Robert before the sale about the engine and any troubles they might have had. The entire experience from top to bottom is not like other dealerships. I have bought several trucks there and all of my service work is done at Day's Chevrolet in Jasper. I can't say enough about these folks, My wife loves her new Traverse and is thrilled with the experience Sandy gave her buying it. We will continue with all of our service and Car or Truck needs to go to Day's Chevrolet in Jasper Ga. Again if you need a vehicle go see Sandy Gilreath.

He even notice something is not right with one of my pick up trucks by hearing the engine he notice the engine wasn’t running OK He took my truck in for oil change and find out it’s an issue with the engine.
