The dealership under the previous management - Fletcher Jones - was well run. It is too soon to tell how the new owners -Autonation - are managing the service department. I have had experience with the Autonation BMW dealer in Tucson AZ which has been positive.

I was a walk-in and they took me as soon as there was a technician available. They kept me informed about what they were doing. They did a test of the computer systems and an overall check of the car. Updated a software system which had not been updated and did a test of the car after they worked on it to see that everything g was running properly.

I was in town for a few days, ended up with a "low tire" message on the dashboard. I pulled into the dealership since I was worried about running on a flat. I was helped by Lonnie Mosbacher. I did not buy my car there but you would never know it by the treatment I received. They worked my car into their busy schedule. A long nail was the culprit. My tire was repaired in short order. I was back on the road again. I appreciated the treatment I received at the dealership, as well as the fair price and good work.
