Arrived early for appointment and visit was still over 4 hours long. Sales were nice of course and service dept. Did nothing before my arrival from 1.5 hours away. They never changed oil, tire was flat and just added air. Oil maintenance light was still on when left, several engine lights were on and they reset so sure enough check engine came back on as soon as I get home. 4 hour visit and home with uncertain feeling after spending $16k. Had a very "take your money and move you out feeling".

Being the closest dealership, have been forced to use them on several occasions. Once to replace driver lumbar: they replaced the lumbar and neglected to hook up the seatbelt warning. When I returned, SURPRISE SURPRISE, they wanted me to PAY for them to fix their mistake! Had a KNOWN BY GM problem with battery cable: Jack Burford “could not find any problems” but could charge me $650 for the “diagnosis”. Even when I took the print out of KNOWN problem that I diagnosed, I was charged nearly $500 for the temporary fix! NOW, I have a fuel sending module problem…they have had my truck four days. They WILL NOT call me EVEN THOUGH they have promised to call “first thing in the morning” or “as soon as he returns from lunch”….however, to be fair…they did not specifically say WHAT day they were talking about. It will be in your best interest to find a different service department.

Took my vehicle to them to sell to them, my wife and I agreed with the salesman on a price , when the salesman returned with the paperwork for us to sign they were going to give us $1000 less than we had agreed on, he said that this price difference was a "sales tax". Firstly, seller's do not pay a "sales tax", secondly, if a dealer purchases a vehicle from an individual, the dealer does not pay a sales tax on something that they buy for resale. Total scam and I'm sure they have used this same ploy on other unsuspecting individuals. Would not recommend doing business with this dealership at all!!!!

I would not recommend the dealership based on the experience I had with the Online Sales Manager. I asked very simple questions. Here they are -
1. Has this vehicle ever been in an accident? (sent me the carfax)
2. What warranty, if any, still exists? Is there extended warranty? (never gave me a straight answer on the existing warranty. Told me they had extended warranties after 5 emails exchanges)
3. Are there any dents, scratches, or dings, not depicted in photos? (did not answer right away, took 5 emails later)
4. Photos of the driver side is missing. Are there any? (answered within three emails)
5. What is the vehicle maintenance history on this vehicle? I'm looking for oil changes, tire rotations, recalls, etc. (could not answer accurately and told me it was in the car fax after 5 emails later. This is not a viable answer)
6. Are the front and back brakes original? (5 emails later answered)
7. Is there any cracks, nics, or chips on the windshield? (5 emails later answered)
8. Is the price negotiable on the vehicle? (not only avoided this question, but got irritated I even asked again in the fifth email to him)
9. What type of arrangements exist for pick up? (His response was an incomplete sentence I could not make out)
He resisted on even discussing negotiations with pricing. He did not ask, "Hey let's discuss over the phone." It's a drive from where I live to go down to the dealership to buy a vehicle. I also do not have a spare car. I would need to get someone to drive me there. That's not only my time, but theirs plus gas too. That also means I need to get my finances in order and have a solid out the door cost of the vehicle prior to showing up. I do not think it's much to ask for and would of discussed further on the phone with him IF he actually would do his job. It's unfortunate that dealerships like this one don't put people first. In this example they failed because the sale wasn't as easy as taking money away from the consumer.

The dealership is wonderful. I could never say enough positive things about the salespeople as well as the receptionist. The staff in sales match the definition for professionalism. HOWEVER…The service department is horrible. Beware single working mothers. Please take a trusted person with you and ask questions! I feel I was grossly taken advantage of and I could have saved well over 500$ if I had brought my vehicle back to my hometown rather than using this service department. I hope to never have to go back. If I do, I will have a trusted person with me.
