I would not recommend the dealership based on the experience I had with the Online Sales Manager. I asked very simple questions. Here they are -
1. Has this vehicle ever been in an accident? (sent me the carfax)
2. What warranty, if any, still exists? Is there extended warranty? (never gave me a straight answer on the existing warranty. Told me they had extended warranties after 5 emails exchanges)
3. Are there any dents, scratches, or dings, not depicted in photos? (did not answer right away, took 5 emails later)
4. Photos of the driver side is missing. Are there any? (answered within three emails)
5. What is the vehicle maintenance history on this vehicle? I'm looking for oil changes, tire rotations, recalls, etc. (could not answer accurately and told me it was in the car fax after 5 emails later. This is not a viable answer)
6. Are the front and back brakes original? (5 emails later answered)
7. Is there any cracks, nics, or chips on the windshield? (5 emails later answered)
8. Is the price negotiable on the vehicle? (not only avoided this question, but got irritated I even asked again in the fifth email to him)
9. What type of arrangements exist for pick up? (His response was an incomplete sentence I could not make out)
He resisted on even discussing negotiations with pricing. He did not ask, "Hey let's discuss over the phone." It's a drive from where I live to go down to the dealership to buy a vehicle. I also do not have a spare car. I would need to get someone to drive me there. That's not only my time, but theirs plus gas too. That also means I need to get my finances in order and have a solid out the door cost of the vehicle prior to showing up. I do not think it's much to ask for and would of discussed further on the phone with him IF he actually would do his job. It's unfortunate that dealerships like this one don't put people first. In this example they failed because the sale wasn't as easy as taking money away from the consumer.

Specifically seeked out Bachman based on “Chevy Dude’s “ videos. Found a new truck I was VERY interested in. Had some back and forth with sales department, and ultimately could not create a deal we were both happy with. Not a big deal, it happens. I continued to “shop”, and less than 2 weeks later, found same exact truck on their site, listed below what I had offered. When I ran those numbers, I was content with the deal, and again reached out with an offer, they countered, I accepted. Salesman began gathering pertinent information to close the deal. Trade vin, miles, who financed with etc. I was then directed to complete credit application, which I did, and then, after running credit I get :that truck is sold, but here’s one just a few thousand more. Truck remains on the site, and when a buddy called, still available.

Dealership is a total scam. I worked with Darren Mullins as the sales rep and JR Banks in the business office for a remote purchase. We put a deal together on 2019 Corvette Z06. My credit was run twice and approved, and I was promised the paperwork would be overnighted on three occasions--never received. Both Darren and JR avoided my calls, and I was sent around the horn to other staff members until finally told the vehicle was sold to someone else. They are giving GM a bad name. Avoid this place.

Went to look at a 2018 Kia Sportage and after driving we wanted to talk about buying it. But before signing we had a question about one of the tires because in multiple spots the tires tread was lifting. The manager came in and had a attitude from the start and looked at us and said “I’m giving you this vehicle for pretty much whole sale” and “we inspect our vehicle well”. When my husband showed him the issue he looked at my husband and said “if it was a safety issue I would have to fix it but this isn’t a safety issue”. After this we decided to take our business somewhere else. He was rude and disrespectful! We have very small children we have to worry about also. I didn’t want anything taken off the price just wanted a simple tire fixed. But he put his pride in front of his customer service so he lost a deal. Plus it was listed for 17,500 and when he did the papers he made it 17,900. So I will never step foot in there again or buy a vehicle from them!!

Will Lorenz is awesome and I would highly recommend working with him. I originally came in to look at a truck but found a different used vehicle instead. I went through everything and noticed there was an issue with the passenger side vents not blowing out heat. We worked it out to get it taken care of and after driving I realized the horn wasn't working. They worked that into getting fixed. After dropping it off at their service department they realized it was going to be a few months before it could get fixed due to a parts issue with the other brand. Will worked with the GM and took back the original vehicle I purchased and got me into a newer model Chevy with way less miles.
I seriously can't thank them enough for being so patient with me and working with me. everyone I dealt with was amazing and friendly. I will gladly do business with them again.

Could not be more disappointed with this stealership. I bought a truck listed as “New”, I was told it was ”New”, and sold to me as “New”. Many dealers don’t title their service loaners and demo vehicles (the truck had 4,xxx miles). They did. Making it a USED vehicle. No MCO number. I had no way of knowing this until the title came in the mail a week later. How does the impact me? I had to pay an extra $1800 in tax, did not get the new car rebate price off taxes Or the trade in price off taxes because it was used, NOT NEW. When I spoke to the stealership it was “I can’t do anything about your laws in Ohio, it’s not my fault. IT WAS USED, IT WAS TITLED! You told me it was NEW. Also, I ordered over $1000 worth of accessories that I was told would be in in 3 or 4 days, it has been over 4 weeks. I still have not heard from them. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Was on tour with the National Corvette Museum during one of the Museum in Motion (KY 1Lap) tours when I experience clutch issues with our 2018 Corvette Grand Sport. The service department was very responsive and took care of the issue very quickly. The corvette technician, Christian, met with us personally and explained the findings and solution. We were on our way within an hour. Great service from the time we checked in all the way through checkout. Customer lounge was clean and well maintained with internet connection to stay in touch with others. Great experience all the way around!

Deceptive advertising and trade practices. Advertised a car on FB marketplace and AutoTrader.com for $11,589. After inquiring online about the availability of the vehicle and being invited to the dealership to check it out, I drive 2 hours to be told the price was an "error" and that $12,900 was the real price for the vehicle plus a bogus $599 "document processing fee". Needless to say I did not entertain the price nor buying the vehicle after realizing they are were the epitome of why used car salesman have the reputation they do.

Very pushy, with a guy actually saying to me "I've done a lot of work to make this happen" after they tried to hide the fact that the monthly payment they wanted to give me was over $100 higher than what we told them was our Max. The vehicle was crap we had to take it back 3 times for repairs and still having problems. The entire experience was awful.... I will never go back.
It's been almost 3 months and we still have not gotten our license plate. We called Monday and they hadn't even sent the information, they told us they would overnight it and we could pick up the plate at our county clerks office Wednesday (today). Just went by and it wasn't there. We called patriot and guess what they didn't do. This is seriously a horrible business. Buying from them has been a huge mistake. Wish I could rate lower than 1 star.
