I needed a car immediately. I was admittedly fearful of buying a used car again anywhere. But Leah Wilson from Newton Chevrolet contacted me and asked my needs. She didn’t try to oversell. I felt confident in my purchase of a 2025 Kia Soul. After driving a series of ultra used cars, the difference is incredible. If not for Leah, I would probably still be driving my brother’s truck and having anxiety about getting sold a lemon. Leah hustled for the larger part of a day to get me a loan and the lowest payment. I trust her. If and when I buy another vehicle I will be returning to Newton Chevrolet. Thank you Leah and the rest of the staff at Newton Chevrolet. I now have a reliable vehicle! Trint was great! I bought my 2026 Silverado for the lowest price within 100 miles of my home. (Glenn Chevrolet is @60 miles from my home.) We did the deal over the phone and they detailed it and filled the tank while we finished up once I got there. Trint helped me get going by showing me how all the bells and whistles work. They also threw in a free oil change when it comes time. I felt like they were open and honest.

THREE TIMES now, I've found a car I've really wanted to explore purchasing further, only to hear it was sold at another dealership before I could get to the lot - in one case I found this out AFTER getting there.

This is for Michael Olson in the service department ! We were in Louisville on vacation from Wisconsin when our truck window was broken out in downtown Louisville by thieves. I contacted the service department to help and Michael Olson was fantastic from the beginning. He was able to get us a window locally, get us into the service department the same day and get us back on the road by the next morning to continue our travel plans. This was a life saver as there was no way to secure the vehicle . It would have been easy for Michael to tell us they were booked when everyone is busy and everyone wants their stuff done right away. Michael’s kindness and willingness to help was incredible . Indoor this reviews makes it to the management of Montgomery Chevrolet and to other dealerships across the country . This is the type of service that makes a lasting impact on people and someone like Michael deserves to be recognized for his efforts. BEWARE! - joedtown03

BEWARE!! took my 07 silverado to shop @ Taylor Chevrolet they "worked" on it for about 2wks. I was told reason truck was missing was an intake leak that they claimed they found by "spraying brake cleaner on engine & engine idle increased while doing so!!" they said they fixed that & put plugs & wires on vehicle + a non OEM throttle body because GM doesn't make throttle bodies for my 07 truck anymore, which I found out later after an internet search was a lie. I had to finally call them about truck several times but they finally claimed truck was ready & I was told they had put Justice Bros injector cleaner in fuel tank that "it might run rough a day or 2 but take it home & RUN THE HECK OUT OF IT!!" So I paid them $1791.04 & drove home while truck was missing the whole trip to Paris Tn. 2 days later I had same trouble w/truck multiple cel's & reduced power msgs. I was told by Richard that if I continued having problems w/truck that it was BAD INJECTORS & would require another $2700.00 to fix them because they're NOT CHEAP!! Well I finally found great mechanics @ Street Dynamics #2 in Paris Tennessee on Volunteer Dr. Michael Clark & team were great @ diagnosing problem & they didn't use brake cleaner to spray on intake to find leak either! In the future I will take my vehicles to Street Dynamics #2 & stay away from the dealers...
