I found a car I liked online and contacted them via their website. I got a response within 10 mins of the dealership opening that monday. I was an out of state buyer who had never financed a car by myself. I was unsure of the process and was nervous about driving so far for a car I knew nothing about. They pulled all the service records and told me everything about the car. Then the sales man I worked with David Johnson called me and was very willing to answer all my questions. I recieved all the paperwork I needed to see before I planed my trip. He had me approved on a loan within 30 mins. The day I had an appointment to go see the car he had it detailed and already ready for me. After I drove the car, he had all the paperwork prepared for me and it only took maybe another 20 mins to finalize everything. The sales staff are very polite, honest and professional. They were very fair on their pricing and didnt push anything extra on me. I was very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend this dealership.

I was looking for a 2018 Colorado ZR2. I used my bank's car buying service and was pointed to a dealer in Frankfurt and Rod Hatfield here in Lexington. I had hear nothing but negative feedback on that dealer but since my bank gave me a fixed price I decided to give the lady who called me a change.
I showed up at Rod Hatfield and met the Lady and was immediately passed off to a standing salesman. Who them proceeded to minimize the lady and said he be right back he had to talk to his manager. He proceeded to go behind the glass and yuk it up with I assume his manager. I waited 5 to 10 minutes and walked out, blocked their phone calls and figured I was done with wanting a new truck.
I had a 2015 Silverado LTZ and was getting the service done at Sutherland . The interactions were great and they had gone above and beyond to fix a few things that really didn't need to be and do it parts cost.
I met with Denver and he was polite and respectful the whole time. He introduced me to the owner and aside from the finance guy Denver was the sole person I talked to. No, talking about payments, and the four square BS...just a straight deal, simple for both he and I.
Its amazing what a difference in attitude and culture can make in the car buying process. Everything you read about the Lexington dealer is likely correct...I would recommend Sutherland if you don't mind a few miles...

Have not had the best car buying experience at Montgomery Chevrolet. WOULD NOT Recommend. Heres why. I made an appointment to see a truck and was ready to make a cash offer the day of. I show up to my appointment and wait around 45 minutes just to see this truck. Finally someone pulls around a truck. This truck is beat up and not even close to the one I made an appointment to see. After almost an hour after my set appointment I was informed that my truck was sent off to the auction that morning. Even though I already had an appointment and they told me and promised me that they would make sure to call me if the truck was sold. They took me to the auction yard where the truck I wanted to see was but at this point it was more than two hours after my set appointment. I was still very interested in this truck. I decided to buy it. I had to make a quick decision at the auction yard if I wanted to buy it or not because the salesperson told me if I didn’t buy it, that it would be sold in the next couple minutes. I didn’t get a good chance to inspect it thoroughly because of the rush. Once I got home I noticed a big 6 inch gash in the back drivers side tire. I took my truck up to discount tire. Here I was told that the dealership should replace the tire because they can’t sell a vehicle that has less than a certain amount of tread by law. My truck tire had less than this amount of tread because of this 6inch gash. I contacted the dealership within the next three business days and waited over two weeks before I heard a response. After over 10 phone calls I finally got a call back and was told to get in contact with one of the managers. I texted him and gave him a call two weeks ago and still haven’t heard back it’s been over a month now. This car dealership does not care about their customers after the sales have been made. This dealership violated my trust and put me at risk by selling me a vehicle that was and that is still not up to basic safety standards. I do not expect them to warrantee it forever but what hurts me more is Montgomery Chevrolet doesn’t want to take accountability for this or even take the time to call me to address and discuss this obvious safety issue. Then I posted this review and Montgomery Chevrolet reached out to me right away. The sales manager said that he never received any of my text or phone calls but I don’t know how because I texted the review to the same number I texted by concerns too. Still at this point Little was done. I was offered $25 off a tire that’s about it. I told him that I didn’t care about the tire as much as customer service. At this point the sales manager stoped texting me back. Isn’t that funny. I highly recommend that if you do shop here and you’re going to buy a vehicle to look it over THOROUGHLY because after the sale is made, Montgomery Chevrolet will not be concerned.

I took my vehicle in for routine maintenance. During their inspection, thy found problems with my left caliper, rotor and brake. Also, the driver's side front speaker had gone out. Repairs would be $634. However, all parts and labor were covered by my warranty, and all I had to pay was the deductible. These folks are great, treat you with respect and like they WANT your business. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Herb Kinman is responsible for the worse car buying and owning experience I have ever had...period. Avoid this place at all costs! Drive a little further and buy from a dealership that doesn't have a "C" rating from the BBB.
I've had 10 lifters replaced in my truck in 4 years. In 2015 I had 2 replaced and was assured by HKC that it wouldn't happen again, that this was a fluke. A few weeks ago another lifter went out. I called HKC and the general managers solution was to sell me a new car.

I contacted the internet sales department about a used Chevy Trailblazer they had for sale. I dealt with Annette. She was great and very easy to work with. I live 700 miles away but was very interested in the Chevy Trailblazer they had for sale. Annette provided all the extra pictures and a close-up video I requested. She got all my questions answered very quickly and I was able to purchase the Trailblazer the same day over the phone. When I arrived to pick up the Trailblazer, it was pouring rain. The car was ready to go, looked great, drove great, and the car was just as she said it was with no surprises. The paperwork was all ready for signing and the whole process went very smoothly. We were in and out in less than an hour. Annette also followed up with my wife and myself to make sure we got home safely and that we were still satisfied with our purchase. Thanks to Annette, she made this whole process very easy and enjoyable.

I brought my truck in to service department told them there was something wrong with either my transmission or rear end. They called me back said it was the front end and it would be $1000 (which I did for $175). But the truck didnt even make it home (30 miles) and the transmission went out completely and stop pulling.
