A couple of weeks ago, my husband and I went in to drop off his car to get an oil change and in that process we found my "forever" car. I say that with quotes because I plan to have this car for a long time. In the process, our dealer, Todd, was a great guy! He found me walking around the lot and just mentioned that if I needed anything to let him know. Once we wanted to look at a certain car, he was ready for give us all the information we needed. During the test-drive he gave us no pressure regarding buying that car. Turns out, I loved it more after driving it around. He is a great guy and was very helpful during the process of trading in my old car for the new one. I've already told everyone I could to go see him if they are looking at getting a new/used car!

I have purchased two Hyundais (a Tucson and a Sonata) from Ricky Zallicoffer and can honestly say that I have enjoyed the process both times. Ricky is a bit of an anomaly in the new car sales business in that he does not bring undue pressure on the buyer and he truly knows his product line. Ricky has learned and respects the fact that I come prepared with information and he has the patience of a saint as I ask many questions and he thoroughly answers. I will likely be in the market for a new vehicle in the near future and my first, and likely only, call will be to Ricky.
While Ricky is the gem of OURISMAN HYUNDAI the service department can sometimes prove to be the Achilles heel of the operation. By and large, the service department has done their job well, particularly with regard to routine maintenance. However, my fully loaded special edition Sonata (that I truly love driving) has been plagued by three different intermittent problems, all of which are very important to me. Unfortunately, each time I ask them to address these issues, the service department seems to only give those issues a cursory glance, leaving me to contend with these issues (blind spot warning, navigation/AV system and driver preset controls) again until my next visit. As highly as I think of HYUNDAI as an auto manufacturer, I am sorely disappointed that the dealer service department has refused to take the initiative to elevate these problems to a regional service representative who is likely to have encountered these problems at other dealerships and familiar with a solution to rectify them.
We’re it not for these service issues, OURISMAN HYUNDAI would get a five star plus rating from me. Indeed, if I were rating the dealership solely on my experiences with Ricky Zallicoffer the dealership would get ten stars if I could do that.
In sum, you can get a great HYUNDAI vehicle from a solid dealer if you visit OURISMAN. If you really want a terrific buying experience ask for Ricky and, like me, you will be elated with you car buying experience.

We needed a new vehicle due to the loss of our other one. This dealership is 2 minutes from our home....Best car buying experience we have ever had. Honest staff, no gimmicks or strategies or back and forth negotiating...just straight to the facts and deal was made on the first day we went to showroom. They were very busy with other customers so we were able to drive the car home for the weekend. Awesome and comical salesman-down to earth and easy to talk to. Made us feel welcome the minute we arrived all the way through the sale of the car the next business day. Financing was also quick and to the point-no high payments or difference from the salesman's information. Quick to get us processed and into the new vehicle. Never had a car dealing experience that went this smooth and without any nonsense like with some other dealerships. These people know how to treat customers and handle selling a vehicle. I have been there to get my Jeep fixed and every job was done wrong or poorly. Only thing that they do good is change oil. They had to fix a check engine light code on my Jeep and they made 5 different repairs and still got it wrong and the light still came back on every time after a day. Plus they will lie during the buying process. I purchased a Jeep and after I bought the Jeep there was broken glass all in the back of the Jeep. The trunk would not close because of this and they said that I should have looked at the vehicle more carefully before buying it from them. You could hear broken glass inside of the trunk door also when you opened it. Worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle and will never go there again. I feel robbed...

Went looking for a car for my daughter. She wanted a 2014-16 Elantra to replace one that was totaled due to hail damage. Found a car that we liked at the high end of our price range. Did not end up buying (but wish I had). We dealt with Ken Cooper, who was seemed genuinely helpful without being pushy. We will be looking for another car soon and I will definitely consider this dealership.

Dealing with a broken down car is not a good situation to deal with. And the truth is i have no faith I wont be taken advantage of. However, at Fitzgerald's I found this experience to be pretty much as good as it gets. I was helped by Josh mostly in the service department, and he was a pleasure to work with. Communicated with me often and simply. No fluff or nonsense, just the good, the bad and what my options were. Offered advice and supplemental help above and beyond the specific repairs they were taking care of.
They did it VERY quickly and had me back in my car well before the expectations they originally had set. And I needed a new engine, not just a few brakes and a timing belt or something. They had the car back to me within a week, set me up with a decent rental car.
But most of all, made sure i understood, was comfortable and explained everything thoroughly.
Ignoring the circumstances, a very pleasurable experience.

My Fiancé and I visited Len Stoler Hyundai to go look at mid-size SUV’s on Memorial day weekend. Our agent, Sheila Martin, was very helpful and very friendly. She was also not pushy in any way in trying to make a sale, like some other car sale agents can be This sort of treatment is what I like when buying a new car. I tend to ask about a lot of the smaller details when buying a new car (I.e. gas tank size, Drive mode, and 360 Camera View), and she could answer all of my questions without delay. We Test drove the 2018 Santa Fe and 2018 Santa Fe Sport. In my mind, I wasn’t quite ready to buy a car yet, however, Len Stoler Hyundai was able to make an offer that exceeded my expectations.
