I HATE buying cars. HATE it. I was reluctant to begin the process yet again, but really needed a car and liked the Ioniq quite a lot. Paul was quite fun to work with and i felt no pressure from beginning of the process to the end. I have already recommended the dealership to several folks and hope the send their business to them. I feel you vote with your business and I am so glad i can vote yes in this circumstance. I can only give the price a four star because paying over $20, 000 for anything reminds me my parents first house cost less.

My experience at Thompson Hyundai was great. My salesman, Sam, was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and did not pressure the sale. His aim was to find the best vehicle for me. Also, Frank was very, very helpful in helping me understand the android auto application....not just once, but twice, giving me hands on training.
The only, suggestion I want to make is to ha've the salesman double check or ask the buyer to double check that they removed all of their belongings from a trade in vehicle. I'm waiting and hoping to hear back about something I forgot. But, overall, a very good experience.

I have mixed feelings about Fitzgerald’s at this time. I had both a great and terrible experience at the same time. Bobby Davis is the car salesman I worked with, he is WONDERFUL. He’s got a positive attitude, is easy going, doesn’t make you feel pressured to buy anything, and made me feel very comfortable. His manager on the other hand is probably my least favorite person I have ever met at a car dealership. He told me won thing, wrote another on my contract, and then left for the night. It took three or four hours to lease the car after all of the decisions had been made. Never in my life has that portion of the process taken so long.
On top of that they couldn’t get their equipment to work properly and now almost a month later I have to go back in and resign my contract. It’s not like this dealership is right next to my house either, it’s a hike to get to and a waste of gas and miles on my new (leased) car. Honestly, I never want to use this dealership again if I have to work with the same manager. He really made the experience a sour one.

I purchased a new Santa Fe last week. I was stunned by the professionalism and personal touch. George Sparks was attentive and thorough in presenting, explaining, and delivering the vehicle. Nick the Sales Manager is wonderful. I had an after market towing kit installed and he facilitated the whole process. Ed in finance was excellent as well, with no high pressure marketing. All in all this was the best experience that I have had in 40 years. I higjly recommend Bob Bell!!

No doubt this is a 0 not a 1 star. DO NOT BUY FROM MASSEY HYUNDAI HAGERSTOWN (FRAUD?). I purchesed a 2014 Hyundai Elentra on June 3rd 2016. Paid $541.00 for a maintenance care plan for 10 oil changes 3 years 37,500 which would be 1 oil change every 3,750 miles. Took my car for oil change the next month (July 2016) and they charged me full price (still have the receipt). I just noticed this error after selling the car and being told by my new dealership about checking the car plan for possible refunds. I called the warrenty place and they say the dealership printed out the 10 coupons. The dealership says the warrenty place should have sent the coupons I didn't receive anything but 1 peice of paper from the dealership they day I pruchesed the car which describes very little to nothing. Looks like they are working together and pocketing the money giving the customer nothing in return. They had the chance to make this right after calling them 3 times ( just give me what I paid for oil changes) but chose to make the excuse the it's been 2 years and you sold the car. The management is so weak they would not speak with me and just relayed the messages through someone named Robby. Shame on you Massey, you did not honor the plan just 1 month after I purchased the car. Stealing from your customers is never a good thing. I will be posting this everywhere and anywhere I can. Good day

22 Aug 18 - I had an issue with the lug nuts on my 2014 Equus. I was told my car was not safe to drive which left it stuck in Springfield, VA. Since I normally get maintenance completed at Pohanka, I contacted them regarding the issue. I was transferred to Ralph, the Service Manager. I threw all my cards on the table explaining the situation. Ralph told me not to worry. He will find out what's going on and keep me informed. True to his word, Ralph stayed in contact with me and two days later I have my car back. I've never had such a great experience from a car dealership...especially from a service shop. I going to reach out to Pohanka’s General Manager so he will know my experience with working with Ralph. I’m a happy customer of Pohanka’s Service Department. Thank you
