This dealership accommodated my arrival from out of town even after a delayed flight. The salesperson, James Howard, arranged a driver at the airport which was approximately 2 hours away. Mr. Howard left his own home at 8 PM to help me because of the unfortunate delay. The car was clean and ready to go, priced competitively nationwide, and everyone involved couldn’t have been nicer and more gracious. I highly recommend this dealership and the employees that make it possible. My local dealership needs to learn from them.

I received an alert that my car had an update needed due to a recall. Working a 9-5 as a contractor, I don't have much time during the day to get things like this taken care of, and there were no weekend appointments available (through the scheduler I was using) until seemingly forever. However, I called the number of the closest dealership (this one - not the one I bought my car from) as it was closer to where I work. I spoke with La Toya, explained the situation and the difficulties I would have getting this situation resolved. She was very polite and told me if I could bring it by today, ask for her, I could get the work done within an hour and a half to two hours. Obviously, I was ecstatic that I could handle the situation the day of. I convinced my boss to follow me there so he could drive me back after dropping it off, but he insisted this sounded too good to be true and to call again and verify. So I did, and spoke to a different lady, who told me it was impossible to get an appointment the day of, and they didn't have anything until at least seven days away. I explained my conversation with La Toya earlier, and she said that isn't how things work until I asked to speak to La Toya again, who reiterated what she said when we had spoken earlier. So, I arrived at the dealership, walked into the service department and I explained the situation to the first person I encountered who said it couldn't be done today, and if it was, it wouldn't be until 6 or 7 o clock. I then saw La Toya, who was extremely polite and helpful, and she informed me they were going to be able to take care of it in a much shorter time frame, roughly an hour and a half to two hours. She handled the paperwork quickly and told me everything I needed to know in a quick and efficient manner. Due to my boss driving me there, I insisted on buying him lunch to return the favor since he was going to be driving me back here after work. Lo and behold, I received a call from La Toya while at lunch saying my car was all ready to go and was available for pickup - before we even finished our lunch. My boss was able to drive me back to dealership right then and there to avoid having to bring me back at around 5 o clock.
The process of getting things done in a quick and easy fashion was very relieving as I was worried about when I would be able to get my car serviced, and La Toya made the process extremely easy and smooth. She was super polite and made the seemingly boring experience of bringing my car to get serviced into a nice and pleasurable experience.

I found my dream car 2014 Equus online, Contacted the dealer and got RD as my sales rep, he was on it - Prompt, professional, answered all my questions via phone and text, Arrived from Baltimore, MD (1hr 15 mins away) for my appt and the car was ready, Test drive was informative especially about the vehicle's history, Loved the car and proceeded to finance. I was already approved by Credit Union but offered Massey's to opportunity to beat my Credit Union terms and they DID !!!!! My Finance Mgr (Yvonne) was fast, honest, personable and professional. After signing my contracts, RD walked me thru the dealership depts and I had a chance to meet the Service Director (Matt) and staff which gave me even more details on my car that was serviced their previously. I even met Parts staff (Brock). This process was so streamlined even with me changing to be financed thru Massey's lender. I was in at 12:30pm and out at 3:30pm -

I spoke with Mike over the phone, asking him if they had any 2018 Hyundai Elantra Sports. He told me they only had 1 however it was not the color I wanted. I told him what color I would like. He gave me over to Frank, who I told what type of vehicle and color I would like. In no time Frank called me back and told me he found the car that I wanted at another dealership, and if I was interested he would secure the vehicle for me and have them bring the vehicle to their dealership. Frank and I went over the financing details over the phone, and we had agreed on the pricing, trade in, and financing details. I told him I would be right down. When I arrived they had the vehicle I wanted sitting at the main entrance of the building. To be honest they made it feel special and very welcoming, and they talked to me like they have known me forever. After I looked over the car and it was what he promised me. I was ready to sit down and start the paper work, which for me is always the worst part. However they had again some how made the entire process so completely painless and stress free. We did not have to go over any of the financial stuff again as we already discussed it, and they had me look over the numbers and ensure that everything was correct and matched what we talked about. They did not try to haggle me for anymore money, press the issue on any extend warranties nothing. It was amazing they did not pressure me to do anything, but instead they worked for me and met ALL of my request. Unlike other dealerships where I felt I had to please them. Thompson was the complete opposite and did everything that they could to ensure my happiness and my buying experience.
All in all this was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone and everyone. The employees were fantastic, respectful, helpful and most of all they got me exactly what I wanted with no hassle and smiles through the entire process.
I will be back here for my next vehicle. If you plan on buying a Hyundai go here and get in touch with these employees. I am sure they will take care of all of your request as long as it is in with reason. They were fantastic.
Easy fix! - kcampbell
I called Hyundai Catonsville about a problem with my back tire going flat. Brooke in the service dept. was EXCELLENT. She got me scheduled right away, and when I got there she was very accommodating to me considering I had a sprained ankle! She even had the mechanic pull my car right up to the door so I wouldn't have to walk far. They patched my tire so I didn't have to buy a new one, and even changed my oil quickly on the spot when I asked. The whole trip only cost me $25 and I have had no problems with the tire since. I want to thank Brooke for making something that seemed very stressful to me, much less stressful.

Bad Attitude - Looking for used Hyundai
My wife and I drove an hour to see a used 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe SE. We were very interested in the car.
In a matter of less than 10 minutes we turned around and went home. In all our years, we have never experienced such a poor attitude in a sales person.

Buying a fuel-efficient hybrid car at College Park Hyundai - Robert Engelman
My wife and I were determined to keep driving a hybrid (possibly a plug-in if we found the right option) after being among the first hybrid drivers in the DC area over the last 17 years. (We bought a 2001 Toyota Prius in 2000 and drove it until it needed repairs worth more than its value.) We looked at several options and ultimately chose the Hyundai Ioniq after reading reviews suggesting it may be the most efficient hybrid on the market. We also considered another Prius and a Chevrolet Volt, but neither seemed to offer the right mix of fuel efficiency and overall price value as the Hyundai Ioniq. We would have been open to a plug-in Ioniq, but they're not yet available and we needed the car now. After checking out a couple Hyundai dealerships in our areas we found that College Park Hyundai had exactly the car (exterior and interior color and features) we wanted. The salesperson got the vehicle on the lot within hours, and we drove the car home -- and have been delighted with it since. All the people we dealt with were helpful, professional, and not pushy. We'd strongly recommend this car, and this dealership, to any others wanting a fuel-sipper of an automobile, even if not a plug-in.
