I am SO glad I found heritage hyundai. It was an hour and a half drive for us from Southern maryland but well worth it. George Varga and manager Jason were extremely friendly and helpful. George answered every single question we had and was very thorough. I told him exactly what I wanted and what my payment needed to be (I knew it was a stretch to get there). I was flexible and realistic, they were friendly and as accommodating as possible so ultimately a deal was made! Just the customer service alone would of been enough to convince me to purchase after dealing with the headache we had at our local store, sheehy hyundai of Waldorf. They first had me test drive a vehicle I made clear I didn't want and didn't tell me. Then they automatically assumed we would be purchasing and started asking us to sign stuff without going over anything. From now on, if I purchase any other hyundais in the future, heritage hyundai will be my place to go! Its worth the drive. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family as well.
Side note, I went in completely prepared not to add anything else, such as gap or any extra little packages but George made us feel so comfortable and completely at ease that we decided to opt for the ceramic coating on our vehicle. The fact that we didn't feel pressured to get it was the big deciding factor to opt for it.

I hate the way pricing is shown on their website, where the "Freight" charge (that is shown as being included in the MSRP on the sticker), has to be added back into the discounted price shown on the internet in order to determine the actual selling price. Luckily I was able to determine that based on the comments posted by a previous irate customer, as opposed to being surprised by this charge upon arriving at the dealership. Supposedly, they present prices this way because their competitors in the area do the same thing. That being said, while I understand why they do it, I think all the dealers should be prevented from using this deceptive practice.
Given the above, once I arrived at the dealership, the rest of the sales experience was truly EXCELLENT. Everyone was polite and professional. I had spoken to Travis W on the phone before making the 4-hour drive to the dealership, and then worked with Steve S for the rest of the sales process once I arrived at the dealership (Travis' earlier appointment ran long). Steve's demeanor made the sales process very pleasant. He was polite, professional, extremely thorough, and really knows the product he is selling.
In summary, I highly recommend Massey Hyundai..... once you get past the convoluted internet pricing.

Zero stars if it was possible. We bought a new Venue on 10/03. Paid the same price as all the other new Venues listed. Promised tags would be mailed to our home without a trip needed to DMV. More than 3 hours waiting outside for the paperwork to be ready to sign......
On 10/20 we got an email from the title department telling us that we bought a rental car, not a new car and had to take it to DMV. How is that even possible? Emailed about it. Salesman says he had no idea the car was a rental. GM says it was disclosed. Purchase agreement is marked NEW.......not as a rental. GM, President and salesman completely silent after we sent our copy of the purchase agreement to them.
Apparently we are not the the first person this has happened to.....according to BBB. We asked for them to take this one back and replace it with a true new one, same specs. No response. No apology.
They sold a used car as new and now that they got caught they just ignore us. Pathetic excuse for a car dealership. Buyer beware!

There was a recall on my Tucsan for potential risk of fire which can happen when the vehicles part no running. I spoke to them to find out if my 2019 was one of those affected. Zac in the service department checked the VIN number and told me my vehicle was not on the recall list . I then contacted Hyundai's corporate offices and they said my car was on a list for recall . When I called Jones back later they finally came clean and admitted my vehicle was at risk of catching fire . Asked to speak to Mr Kilby they would not allow it . I will continue to encourage everyone not to do business with any Jones dealerships .

These people can't even get a simple oil change right. They did not properly replace the plug and my car left me strandef 3 hours away from home. I drove the brand new car almost 1000 miles after the oil change and no one knows how much damage these mistake has caused to my engine. All they can say is that the engine didn't lock up. Now they are taking the rental car that was initially issued and leaving me high and dry because I want a guarantee that my engine life has not been compromised. STAY AWAY!!!!
